Domain Specific Custom Search for Quicker Information Retrieval

Recently researchers are using Google scholar widely to find out the research articles and the relevant experts in their domain. But it is unable to find out all experts in a relevant research area from a specific country by a quick search. Basically the custom search technique is not available in the current Google scholar’s setup. The authors have combined custom search with domain-specific search and named as domain specific custom search in this research. First time this research introduces a domain specific custom search technique using new search methodology called n-paged-m-items partial crawling algorithm. This algorithm is a real-time faster crawling algorithm due to the partial crawling technique. It does not store anything in the database, which can be shown later on to the user. The proposed algorithm is implemented on a new domain scholar.google.com to find out the scholars or experts quickly. Finally the authors observe the better performance of the proposed algorithm comparing with Google scholar.

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by novel Coronavirus. The overall prevalence rate of Covid-19 in Worldwide ( 9.94M )& it is (529 K) & (153 K) in India and Maharashtra. This situation can be considered under JanapadodhwansaVyadhi in Ayurveda. The primary purpose of Ayurveda  is the prevention of the disease in healthy individuals and eradication of disease, which are curable. Immunity comes under the Vyadhikshamatva. Further, Covid-19 infection is correlated with Vataj-Kaphaj Jwara. In Ayurveda Rasayana therapy to boost up immunity (Bala  & Vyadhikshamatva). The present study aimed to explore the concept of infectious disease and its prevention through different lifestyles described in Ayurveda. The above need-based information is collected from various Ayurvedicliterature (Laghutrayee, Bruhatryayi) along with numerous research articles from databases, such as PubMed, Google Scholar. All collected data were depicted in narrative form and tabular manner under different heads. Considering the above aspect in the prevention of Covid-19, the role of Ayurveda intervention may be proved more beneficial in Covid-19. Further, adoption of code of conduct may efficiently overcome the current pandemic situation by maintaining good immunity & implementation of Ahar, Vihar Vidhis, Dincharya, and Rutucharya& Sadvritta  for improving disease resistance.

AbstractHere, we describe a dataset with information about monogenic, rare diseases with a known genetic background, supplemented with manually extracted provenance for the disease itself and the discovery of the underlying genetic cause. We assembled a collection of 4166 rare monogenic diseases and linked them to 3163 causative genes, annotated with OMIM and Ensembl identifiers and HGNC symbols. The PubMed identifiers of the scientific publications, which for the first time described the rare diseases, and the publications, which found the genes causing the diseases were added using information from OMIM, PubMed, Wikipedia, whonamedit.com, and Google Scholar. The data are available under CC0 license as spreadsheet and as RDF in a semantic model modified from DisGeNET, and was added to Wikidata. This dataset relies on publicly available data and publications with a PubMed identifier, but by our effort to make the data interoperable and linked, we can now analyse this data. Our analysis revealed the timeline of rare disease and causative gene discovery and links them to developments in methods.

Purpose For sustaining a competitive advantage in the integrated world economy, it has become imperative for family firms to internationalise their operations in overseas markets. However, despite the growing set of literature, results are still inconclusive with respect to family firms’ internationalisation. Thus, this study aims to address this gap by systematically reviewing 142 articles (1991–2019) to help researchers in identifying and unfolding the unexplored themes in the underlying area. Design/methodology/approach For systematically reviewing articles, the study uses a three-step methodology following PRISMA guidelines, bibliometric analysis and thematic analysis. Descriptive statistics of 142 research articles are obtained through bibliometric analysis while thematic analysis is carried out to create themes or clusters of various factors relating to family firms’ internationalisation. Findings The current review uncovers the evolving trends in the research streams, most productive authors, top journals and articles, co-citation analysis, as well as the major themes surrounding the family firms’ internationalisation literature. Results from bibliometric analysis indicate that family firms’ internationalisation is an upcoming research area. Also, the review indicates an opportunity for scholars from developing nations to make significant contributions in the underlying research stream. Research limitations/implications Results from bibliometric and thematic analysis will help academicians and researchers in accumulating a holistic understanding relating to family firms’ internationalisation and understanding the upcoming trends in family firms’ research, thereby guiding the future research scope. Also, it will assist the family firms’ leaders and managers in understanding the important dynamics in overseas markets and various factors to be considered while planning their internationalisation. Originality/value Undertaking a systematic literature review presents readers with a state-of-the-art understanding of the underlying research topic. To the best of the knowledge, to date, the study is the first to conduct the review of literature through bibliometric analysis with the help of R Studio software in the field of family firms’ internationalisation. Also, the study is the first to review more than 100 research articles in the underlying area. Finally, the study proposes a comprehensive framework integrating the major themes and facets relating to family firms’ internationalisation.

The results of the biostratigraphic study based on the radiolarian analysis of the rhythmically layered terrigenous deposits from the Islands of the Rimsky-Korsakov Archipelago (Peter the Great Bay, Japan Sea) have been presented. These deposits are most similar to the medium-grained turbidites. For the first time the distribution and stratigraphic division of the boundary sediments of the upper Triassic and lower Jurassic separated by a marking layer were substantiated in the research area. On the basis of comparisons with isochronous zonal units of the Pacific and Tethyan areas in the upper Triassic sediments of the studied sections, layers with Globolaxtorum tozeri (upper Rhaetian) were established, and in the lower Jurassic zone Pantanellium tanuense Zone (Hettangian) was traced and layers with Parahsuum simplum (Sinemurian – Pliensbachian) were established.

Business intelligence (BI) institutionalization has become a growing research area within the information systems (IS) discipline because of the decision-making iteration in businesses. Studies on BI application in improving decision support are not new. However, research on BI institutionalization seems sparse. BI institutionalization may positively contribute to a managerial role in using BI application repetitively for the decision-making iteration in businesses. This article aims to carry out an integrative literature review and report consolidated views of the body of knowledge. The study adopted a qualitative content analysis to generate themes about BI routinization in the decision-making iteration. Eighty-eight research articles were selected for the study. However, 57 articles were finally included for review. The findings suggest information management capability as the key necessity for BI application and its alignment with the organizational standard for BI institutionalization.

Electrospinning can be used to create nanofibers with diameters of typically a few tens to a few hundred nanometers. While pure polymers are often electrospun, it is also possible to use polymer blends or to include nanoparticles. In this way, e.g., magnetic nanofiber networks can be created with a certain diameter distribution, random fiber orientations, and random crossing positions and angles. Here we present for the first time micromagnetic simulations of small parts of stochastically oriented nanofiber networks. Magnetization reversal mechanisms are investigated for different local spatial distributions; mutual influences of neighboring magnetic fibers due to dipolar interactions are depicted. This study serves as a base for the possible use of such stochastic nanofiber networks in the research area of neuro-inspired materials.
