Open access is one of the topics that attracted the researchers interest as it is a turning point for the recovery of technical and scientific information’s recovery which requires a set of tools and technical skills. This study aims to discover the main problems of information’s recovery within open access in addition to the inventory of the most important smart search engines and to know the strategies of information’s recovery. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and came out with a number of important conclusions, the most important are : Searching for scientific and technical information in the open access environment has become a very difficult and the researcher does not know which of them is more useful. Relying on the common ranking of sites, smart search engines in its work, depends on semantic web applications, most notably XML, RDF and ontology, users can quickly find specific search results through smart search engines without having to become experts in search engines or have a well-defined strategies for searching within the open access environment. The study also showed that the semantic scholar search engine deals with open sources more efficiently than traditional search engines through its ability to discover these sources and display them to the beneficiary in a distinctive way.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to know and assess the evolution of the themes and contents of the doctoral theses that have been read in Spain on Sports Biomechanics during the period between 1980 and 2019. The sample is made up of 233 theses after a selection process with the use of inclusion / exclusion criteria and specific search terms. The results show that there is a progressive growth in the production of doctoral theses over time with progressive increases, especially in the third and fourth periods. The thematic fields with the highest number of theses read are Support Biomechanics and Applied Biomechanics. The Basic Biomechanics field is a residual field with 3 theses read over time. In Support Biomechanics, the most represented subfield with constant growth is the Medical Area with 73 theses read, representing 68.2% of the total thematic field. In Applied Biomechanics, the subfields with the most theses read are the Analysis of Sports Technique and Analysis of Movement with 35 and 32 theses read, with no constant growth observed over time. The Biomechanics-Technologies field is the third with 10.7% of the theses read. The term most used in the thesis titles is "walking", which becomes a cross-cutting theme that has been approached from different scientific perspectives.

Abstract Background Benign anastomotic strictures (BAS) are a known risk of oesophageal resection, leading to significant post-operative morbidity and a reported incidence of BAS varies widely from 8.83% to 42.38%. This review aims to assess incidence, risk factors for development as well as treatment.  Methods An electronic search using specific search terms using Medline, Embase and the Cochrane Library to identify all articles studying the development of BAS in adults post oesophagectomy was carried out. Inclusion criteria were patients who underwent any form of oesophagectomy for malignant disease (Ivor Lewis, McKeown, thoracoabdominal, transhiatal, minimally invasive); patients in study >18-year-old; study reported only benign anastomotic strictures and any study design with a minimum of 6 patients. Only articles published in the English language were included. Review articles, case reports and conference abstracts were all excluded Results Seven studies reported on the incidence of BAS and an average of 34.1% was found. Cervical anastomosis, anastomotic leak development. Cardiovascular disease, diabetes and gastric conduit and smaller gun size in a stapled anastomosis were also found to be associated with BAS. Hypertension, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, transhiatal oesophagectomy or transthoracic were not found to be associated with BAS. The mainstay of management appears to be endoscopic balloon dilatation with adverse reported outcomes related to stent management. Conclusions BAS after oesophagectomy is common. Several risk factors have been identified and balloon dilatation appears to be the mainstay of treatment.

Abstract Background A number of ultrasound risk stratification systems (RSSs) of thyroid nodule, often labeled as TIRADS (Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System), have been proposed. As a consequence, an increasing number of studies have been published on this topic. This systematic review was undertaken to answer specific questions in this field: how many articles and what type of studies have been published, which TIRADSs/RSSs have preferably been discussed, and what is the geographic distribution of the publications. Methods The study was conducted according to PRISMA. A specific search algorithm was used. Defined selection criteria were applied. Results 502 studies were finally included. The number of publications about TIRADSs/RSSs has increased over the time, being the Horvath TIRADS the most evaluated one. The first author of the article was from China in one fourth of cases. Conclusions The number of scientific articles focused on TIRADSs/RSSs is high and it has been importantly increased over the time.

AbstractSkin aging has been defined to encompass both intrinsic and extrinsic aging, with extrinsic aging effected by environmental influences and overlaying the effects of chronological aging. The risk factors of skin aging have been studied previously, using methods of quantifying skin aging. However, these studies have yet to be reviewed. To better understand skin aging risk factors and collate the available data, we aimed to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis. We conducted our systematic review in compliance with Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Embase, PubMed and Web of Science databases were searched in October 2020 using specific search strategies. Where odds ratios were reported, meta-analyses were conducted using the random effects model. Otherwise, significant factors were reported in this review. We identified seven notable risk factors for various skin aging phenotypes: age, gender, ethnicity, air pollution, nutrition, smoking, sun exposure. This review’s results will guide future works, such as those aiming to examine the interaction between genetic and environmental influences.
