In response to the need of woven fabric color-matching CAD software in small and medium enterprises, the article proposes the implementation of software system based on elementary weave structure. Using Microsoft visual C + +6.0 application development platform, through the blending ratio of the fabric, color mixing effect calculation to develop a system which can rapidly match colors to the warp and weft fabrics and organizational structure changes. The results indicate that the software is easy to program and small pieces of weave fabric samples have tested its viability. The software can fast, conveniently and accurately simulate the effect of color matching.

The research aimed to provide the solutions for the method of selecting product development strategies based on competitive advantage criteria including Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service, and Morale (QCDSM). The research was done in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Ikat woven fabric in which the collecting data used questionnaires for the customers. The questionnaire was regarding the criteria for competitive advantage for MSMEs of Ikat woven fabric in Kediri. The analysis methods applied Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) based on the criteria of competitive advantage. The results show that the MSMEs of Ikat woven fabric should replace plastic materials into recyclable materials, ensure that raw materials do not contain dangerous and poisonous materials, choose coloring materials that do not contain dangerous and poisonous materials, choose the third parties to deliver products, weigh dye materials according to their composition and measurement, and utilize domestic raw materials.

The aims of this study were to investigate the entrepreneurial competence in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Palembang woven fabrics, the busniess performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Palembang woven fabrics, and whether entrepreneurial competence affected business performance at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Palembang woven fabrics. This research employed quantitative method. The population in this study was 90 owners of MSMEs as well as woven fabric craftsmen in the Tuan Kentang Palembang area. The sample used a random sample of 50 respondents. To collect the data, a closed-ended questionnaire was used. For data analysis, Ordinary Least Square was used. The research results showed 3 findings: overall, the entrepreneurial competence in the Palembang woven fabric business was in the high category, the overall performance of the Palembang woven fabric business was in the very high category, and entrepreneurial competence had a positive and significant effect on the business performance of the Palembang woven fabric business.

<p class="0abstract">Social media marketing communication has been widely adopted in organizations due to its values of interactivity, integration of communication channels, information collection and immediacy.  Nevertheless, a majority of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) do not realize how to systematically and effectively implement social media marketing communication.  In addition, few studies on application development of social media marketing communication have demonstrated the support for Thai hotel SMEs. This study aims to understand the pain points and expectations of SMEs in the Thai hotel industry, to design and develop an innovative social media marketing communication application for business promotion. The research utilizes design thinking process for application development using semi-structured interviews with 10 industry professionals. Based on results from the data analysis and conceptual prototype design, validated by group of professionals in business, innovation design and technology, the proposed prototype is practical and suitable for developing an innovative application that promotes Thai hotel SMEs’ social media marketing communication.</p>

Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan (Dispakan) adalah salah satu lembaga teknis daerah di Kabupaten Bandung. Tugas utama Dispakan adalah menjadi unit pelaksana tugas pemerintah daerah dalam memastikan program-program ketahanan pangan dan perikanan bisa berjalan di Kabupaten Bandung. Saat ini terdapat delapan puluh empat mitra binaan yang tergabung dalam paguyuban usaha kecil menengah yang memproduksi olahan pangan. Jumlah tersebut adalah jumlah mitra yang sudah terdata dan masih mungkin akan bertambah. Terdapat enam puluh empat produk hasil diversifikasi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) sebagai upaya menciptakan keanekaragaman pangan agar dapat berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan Kabupaten Bandung. Namun, sebagian besar mitra binaan masih menggunakan media konvensional seperti pameran dan brosur untuk promosi produk. Selain itu, saat ini, pendataan anggota mitra binaan masih dilakukan menggunakan file MS Excel sehingga memiliki kelemahan seperti kerentanan duplikasi, konsistensi, dan kesulitan berbagi data. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membangun content management system sebagai media promosi sekaligus pendataan mitra binaan dan produk-produknya. Kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, pembangunan aplikasi, dan sosialisasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kepuasan masyarakat sasar terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan.Kata Kunci: content management system; Dispakan; promosi produk, UKM Development of Content Management System for Product Branding Media Bandung Regency Regional Small and Medium Enterprises AssociationABSTRACTThe Department of Food and Fisheries (Dispakan) is one of the regional technical institutions in Bandung. The main task of the Dispakan is to become the representation unit of the local government in ensuring that food and fisheries security programs in Bandung Area. At present, there are eighty-four fostered partners who are members of the small and medium business community that produces foods. This number is the number of partners that have been recorded and may still increase. There are sixty four products from the diversification of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as an effort to create food diversity so that it can potentially become a superior product in Bandung. However, most of the fostered partners still use conventional media such as exhibitions and brochures for product promotion. In addition, at present, the data collection of members of the fostered partners is still done using MS Excel files so that it has weaknesses such as duplication, consistency, and difficulty sharing data. Based on the existing problems, this community service activity aims to build a content management system as a media campaign as well as data collection of fostered partners and their products. The activities are divided into three stages, namely data collection, application development, and workshop. The evaluation results show the target community's satisfaction with the implementation of activities.Key words: content management system; Dispakan; product promotion, SME

Abstrak - Perkembangan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) yang ada di Sulawesi Utara sangat diharapkan keberadaannya dalam menciptakan dan memproduksi hasil karya suatu daerah melalui teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, potensi dari UKM yang ada di Sulawesi Utara diharapkan dapat bersaing dengan produk luar dalam mempromosikan produk lokal dalam negeri. Sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah berbasis website dapat difungsikan untuk mengakses berbagai produk unggulan dengan bermacam kategori yang disediakan agar membantu anggota UKM dan masyarakat dalam mencari dan mempromosikan produk unggulan daerah. Metode rancang bangun sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah adalah rapid application development (RAD) yang tujuan utamanya memenuhi harapan dari pengguna dengan waktu yang relatif singkat dan menghasilkan kualitas sistem yang lebih baik, sedangkan objek penelitiannya dilaksanakan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.  Kata Kunci : UKM, sistem informasi, media promosi, produk unggulan daerah, website, rapid application development. Abstract - The development of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in North Sulawesi is expected to exist in creating and producing the work of an area through information technology. Therefore, the potential of SMEs in North Sulawesi is expected to be able to compete with outside products in promoting local products. With the establishment of a superior product information system in the area of website-based small and medium enterprises, it can be used to access a variety of superior products with various categories provided to help SME members and the public in finding and promoting regional superior products. Purpose Woven fabrics have been popularised in use owing to their superior properties and functionality. Today, weavers strive to add value to their product to be competitive and to secure profit in performance fabrics such as technical fabrics, smart fabrics and sportswear fabrics. Over the years, fabrics with special properties such as moisture management have gained higher demand. In this context, multi-layer fabrics provide a reasonable solution to the demand. Design/methodology/approach An attempt was made to develop two-layer fabrics with different compositions and properties. A two-layer woven fabric was produced using handloom weaving, with a hydrophobic inner layer and hydrophilic outer layer, the two layers being attached together using different stitching methods. Different fabric structures and yarn counts were used to achieve the objectives. Findings Experiments carried out verified the suitability of the developed fabric for effective moisture management. It was found that a fabric with a 100% cotton outer layer and 100% polyester inner layer, both layers of 2 × 2 matt weave, showed the best properties. Practical implications In the present COVID-19 pandemic situation, the use of masks in public has become mandatory in many countries. This research will help handloom manufacturers meet the need using simple methods. Originality/value This research uses handloom fabric. As such it provides an opportunity for small and medium enterprises to use available low-cost technology to develop fabric with superior properties.

At this time, small and medium enterprises play an important role in improving the economy of Indonesia, in terms of business number, job creation, and growth of national Economy. At this time many small, and medium enterprises are still in the manual recording process of financial transactions and financial reporting. The objective of this study is to develop an accounting information system method with Rapid Application Development (RAD) for SME as to answer whether there is an increased quality of information system in SME. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The small business enterprises are dominated by human resources. 2). Many of the owners of the small business enterprises do not understand the accounting and financial report system well. They operate with manual and conservative descriptions with a simple book noted. They have not known or have not been accustomed to computerized accounting system as well as have not known whether or not it is useful to support their business continuity. 3) Personal expenses and operational expenses paid by using the same sources.
