This paper presents a new method which can generate a digital camouflage pattern based on the background image of a target. It quantizes the background color, and extracts the main color, followed that determines the size of a mosaic block. By filling the blocks with the main color, the digital disruptive pattern is generated. In order to test the camouflage effect, the designed pattern is printed on the tent cloth, and the tent is placed in the actual background. The experimental result shows that, the digital camouflage is easier to blend with the natural background than the traditional camouflage, and achieves a good effect of the optical camouflage.

Based on camouflage performance of military tents, camouflage pigments with four colors are chosen. In order to obtain the good camouflage effect, the digital camouflage pattern is designed as well as based on basic features including main colors and texture of the target background. The camouflage pattern is printed on tent cloths with the pigments using rotary screen printing. The tent made from the tent cloth is located in the typical target background. Finally the camouflage effect of the tent is evaluated. The experimental result shows that, the digital camouflage tent is much easier to blend with the natural background, and achieves a good effect of the optical camouflage.

Focusing on the residual amount of liquid ammonia in modified cotton yarn, this paper presents a new method of drying the liquid ammonia by microwave. An experimental system is designed to find whether this new method is correct and to analyse the effect of microwave drying on the dyeing rate of cutton yarn. Firstly, the microwave drying experiment is carried out to prove that this new drying method is better than the traditional steam drying way. Then, another contrast experiment on the dyeing rate confirms the good effect of microwave drying. So it is concluded that microwave drying is an efficient and energy-saving way to remove the remaining liquid ammonia. Meanwhile, the experimental results provide the relevant data to make guiding sense to engineering application.

Fresh maintenance is the main problem existing in the storage of vegetables and fruits on ship. This paper introduced a new technology for vegetables and fruits storage: air discharge. According to the experimental result, air discharge treatment had good effect on the storage. It could reduce the wastage of total soluble solids and titratable acid during the storage. And, it could also reduce percentage of threshing. Air discharge treatment on grape storage appearance had obvious good effect. Air discharge preservation technology can effectively extend the storage time of fruits and vegetables. Improper air discharge can also cause damage to plasmalemma of fruits and vegetables. Various air discharge products concentration must be in safe range. This preservation technology needed to further research for applying on ship.

This paper has propose a new method (acoustic emission) to distinguish the pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the horizontal pipe. The signals which got from the probe when multiphase flow pattern changes in the pipe and the four probe installed on the different position. Through the analysis of time domination, energy of wavelet, collected the signal features and shows there has a significant differences among the three typical flow patterns (bubbly flow, stratified flow, annular flow). Energy of wavelet can clearly represents the signal strength. This paper found that the acoustic emission as a new method to distinguish flow patterns have good effect can as a new technology for the study of gas-liquid two-phase.

In acid fracturing, the fast acid-rock reaction limits live acid penetration distance. Many kinds of acids were developed to reduce the acid-rock reaction rate. Acid effective consumption time in the fracure is a key factor for accurate prediction of live acid penetraiton distance in acid fracturing designs. In this paper, we developed a new method for measuring acid effective consumption time in the fracture and did experimental result matching to obtain effective acid diffusion coefficient with a acid flow-reaction model. Firstly, we designed a apparatus and corresponding experimental procedure. Then used the new method to measure the effective consumption time for gel acid and crosslinked acid. The new method uses reservoir core samples and is convenient to heat all the fluid as well as pipe lines to the reservoir tempeature, which reflects in-situ conditions more reliably. In the experiment, the rock mass loss with time was measured, based on which the acid consumption time is predicted. Under the experiment conditoins, the gel acid has a effecive consumption time about 17-minute, and the crosslinked acid has about 22-minutes at 130°. Finally, a model of acid flow-reaction in a fracture was used to match experimental results to obtained the acid diffution coeffecient. The results from this study help improve accuracy in acid fracturing designs.

In this paper, a novel method is proposed for solving an open problem of shape matching in content-based image retrieval. Our method regards the stack-triangles geometrics histogram to be the feature of an image, the correlation of two images was decided by the compare result of their stack-triangles geometrics histograms. First of all, these methods extract the key contour fragments of an image, so that a shape can be presented as many key contour fragments in this way. In addition, we derivation stack triangles of a shape by the key contour fragments we get it before. Then, we can get the stack-triangles geometrics histogram of the image and calculate the correlation of two images use their stack-triangles geometrics histogram. Finally, experiment results show that our new method is a very fast method and can get more robustness than existing methods and achieve a good effect in the standard shape databases MPEG-7.

This paper takes the wheeled line-tracking robot as the investigative object and the realization of intelligent control as the target, bases on SCM STC12C5A60S2, make the design of line-tracking robots soft hardware, and the line-tracking algorithm emphasis, presents a new method in PID control, and combining straight-line acceleration and channel bend modification, The experimental result shows that this line-tracking robot meets the design requirements with rapid moving and stability.

In this paper, a new method based on Supervised Kohonen network (SKN) and Mel-frequency cepstrum coefficients (MFCC) is introduced. MFCC of heart sound signal are extracted firstly, and then features are got by calculating every order of MFCC average energy. Finally, SKN is used to identify heart sound. The experimental result shows that this algorithm has a good performance in heart sound clustering, and is of significant practical value.

Roll forming is a 3D deformation complex process. Stiffness of stands and strength of shafts are the preconditions for the production of precision products. However, the existing roll forming equipment cannot meet the requirements of the production for high strength steel or ultra high strength steel. In order to solve the forming problem of high strength steel or ultra high strength steel, it needs to redesign a set of roll forming equipment. The redesign of roll forming equipment not only makes the production cycle too long, but also results in a high cost. So it is not suitable for the production of forming products. In this paper, based on the existing roll forming equipment a new method of roll forming operation is proposed to optimize the production of U shaped products. The influences of the new method on the roll forming products such as mechanical properties, microstructures and surface qualities, have also been discussed, Based on the new warm roll forming operation, numerical simulation has also been carried out. The simulation result of geometry is in good agreement with experimental result.

In this paper, a decision ma;king model for faulted equipment maintenance ordering is established using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, and also a new method of maintenance ordering is proposed. Example analysis proves that a good effect is achieved by this method.
