Aimed at the demand of reducing the wiring harness and declining cost in the automobile control system, electrical controlling system of automobile power window is designed with PIC18F258 single chip computer of integrated CAN bus as the core. Hardware structure and flow chart of software are presented. Through the processing of sample current, it can be judged whether the automobile window meets a barrier, thus realizing the anti-pinch function of window. Compared to the point-to-point control, the bus control not only reduces the wiring harness and cost, but also makes the control more flexible and fast. The experiment results show this system can operate normally, the advantage of this system are reliable performance, low cost, low power consumption and easy to maintain.

An electric window control system based on low-speed CAN bus has been developed to reduce the wiring harness of vehicle control system, improve the system reliability and cut overall costs. On the basis of requirement analysis of the control system, a CAN application layer communication protocol has been defined. The electric window control system has been designed using Freescale 16-bit single chip microprocessor MCS12DP256 as central processing unit, and the control software has also been developed, in which an integral algorithm was used to realize the anti-pinch function.

This thesis introduces a low cost and high precision temperature cycle measurement system with adoption of PT100 as temperature sensor, with single chip computer as the core. The method of sub-three-wire connection is proposed for engineering practice, then, can eliminate the effects of lead wire resistance and simplify the external cable connection. We discuss and research circuit component selection, circuit design, improving system reliability, and a software method of piecewise linearization process is adopted, thus we ensure exact and reliable measure and the system characteristic of low cost and high precision.

One kind of automatic wireless infusion control/monitoring system based on micro controller unit(MCU) and nRF401 had been designed and implemented to overcome the shortages in the processing of venous transfusion care. The system used AT89C52 single-chip computer as machine’s core, the realization of communication between a master computer and a slave computer with nRF401. Doctors could get the information through the wireless transmission to control and monitor the process of transfusion in time. According to RS232 communication protocol, the system implements the communication between one computer and multi-computer by adopting AT89C51 single chip microcomputer. This system has many advantages, such as low cost, high precision, small volume, convenience, low power consumption, good extendibility and so on.

Control system and some functional circuits of automotive CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) based on ATmega164P single chip computer were introduced in this paper. Hydraulic system of the CVT was controlled according to the throttle position signal, oil pressure, rotating speed of the engine and transmission output speed etc. This system has achieved the clamping force control of the metal belt.

The aim of this study is to verify whether a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ can be utilized as a low-cost device for controlling a tensile-testing device used for material research purposes. A list of requirements based on already-available hardware was drawn up, which the new control system had to fulfil. To connect all the necessary equipment, a connection board was constructed, and some additional hardware was acquired for the system to be able to perform all the necessary tasks. The whole controlling system was also put in a small enclosure to make it portable. The control-system software was written in C++ using the Pigpio library. The developed system was then tested, and the results were compared to a commercially available Instron 8802 device. A comparison of the results shows that the upgraded equipment can produce comparable results to commercially available devices and is sufficiently accurate to be applied for research purposes for the characterization of soft tissues and other materials.

Compared to current technologies, the advantages of the include : realizing the each and every terminal equipment's control and communication of the application of IoT on gas meter control system. Through the connection of IoT, the connection between the control terminal and gas meter terminal is no longer limited to the point-to-point control. It realizes the remote control of management and price adjustment, internet payment, cash amount settlement on the terminal gas meters, avoiding gas hoarding caused by the gas purchase volume calculation.

In the paper, an in-car audio entertainment node is designed, which is a kind of pre-installed automobile electronic assemblies. In order to reduce auto wiring harness and solve the communication problem between nodes, the hardware and software of the electrical control system were designed by using body CAN bus technology. The product has been successfully applied in a model which is made in joint ventures with foreign auto makers. The practical operation shows that functions are practical and reliable. It reaches completely design requirements, with good user experience and value.

A kind of PLC automatic control system which is used to flush toilet consists of programmable controller, proximity switch sensor and solenoid valve. By means of proximity switch sensor receiving input signal with the core PLC, PLC gives motion instruction to control solenoid valve carrying out flushing toilets automatically. In addition, this paper presents controlling procedure of ladder diagram. In the practical process of application, the system is of high sensitivity and good stability, at the meanwhile, the hardware circuit is simple and easier to be maintained. As far as the system is concerned, the system can be applied to different places with appropriate designs of procedure. Owning to the good universals and low cost there is better prospect for application.

Controller Area Network (CAN) is a kind of serial communication network that supports the distributed control and the real time control. The CAN have high performances and high reliabilities. It can solve many problems of complex circuitry, wiring harness increasing, operation reliability reducing and the difficulty of fault maintain increasing while using CAN Bus technology in automobile. In this paper, the form of CAN bus and node design method based on MC912D60A single chip microcomputer were studied and introduced. At last, the hardware design principle diagrams and software flow charts were given.
