Four kinds of monomers were chosen to prepare ink to research the effect of monomer on the ink transfer performance of UV waterless offset and improve the printing quality. The rheological properties such as viscosity, yield value, thixotropy and stickiness were tested and the ink transfer equation was built, the ink transfer rate was calculated and the effect of monomer on the ink transfer performance was analyzed through the ink transfer experiment. The research results show that the type of monomers has large impact on the rheological properties of UV waterless offset, so the ink transfer performances with different kinds of monomers are different. And the viscosity, thixotropy, yield value and stickiness of the ink with TPGDA and EOEOEA are little, the ink transfer performance is better.

The emulsification ratio of ink has an important effect on ink-transfer performance and printing quality. The UV offset ink of gold and silver cardboard was prepared by three-roll grinder. Ink was emulsified by adding different amounts of water and the ink samples with different emulsification ratio were made. Printability tester was used to proof, test the ink transfer performance, set up Ink transfer equation, confirm the parameters of f’,b and k, and investigate the influence of emulsification ratio on ink-transfer performance. Test the solid density, dot gain and relative contrast value of proofs, analyze the effect of emulsification ratio on printing quality. The research results show that when the ink of plate was large, the amount of ink transfer and the volume of ink on the plate are basic in a linear relationship. When the emulsification ratio of ink is 11.76%, the value b, the solid density and relative contrast value are the biggest. When the emulsification ratio of ink is 6.25%, the value f’ is the biggest. The dot gain is the smallest while the emulsification ratio is 15.67%.

Design the formula of UV waterless offset ink, through changing the content of padding, different ink samples that with different rheological properties were made. Proof with the IGT printability tester, and the printing qualities of inks were tested. The influence of rheological properties on the printing quality of ink was analysis. The results show that the rheological properties influence the printing quality directly. The higher the viscosity of ink is, the bigger the thixotropy is, and the smaller the fluidity is. The solid density, gloss, ink-transfer rates and dot gain of the printed matter decrease with the increase of ink’s yield value.

In order to investigate the effects of fillers on the transfer properties of UV waterless offset ink, four ink samples compound with different fillers(SiO2 , CaCO3 and Talc) were prepared, the flow curve, thixotropy and ink transferred ratio were tested, and the effects of rheological properties on ink-transfer were discussed. The results show that: all of four ink samples show a typical shear thinning characteristics. Sample use SiO2 and CaCO3 as fillers has a higher viscosity, and with the increase of shearing rate, the viscosity decreased sharply. Sample use SiO2 and CaCO3 as fillers has the minimum thixotropic area, and the minimum thixotropy. Sample use SiO2 and Talc as fillers has the largest thixotropic area, and the largest thixotropy. Sample use SiO2 and CaCO3 as fillers has the highest ink transfer ratio.

In order to improve the printing quality, 10 kinds of different manufacturers, different gram weight offset paper are used in this title, measure the quantitative, thickness, gloss, K&N values, and roughness of those paper. Print papers through IGTAIC2-5, calculate the ink transfer rate and transfer parameters. Using SPSS to analysis relationship between the performance of paper and ink transfer rate, transfer parameter b, k, f ' by using mathematical methods. The research results show that the performance of the paper affect ink transfer rate and transfer parameter b, k, f '; The tightness, roughness ,glossiness and K&N value have notable effect on the ink transfer rate and transfer parameter k; transfer parameter b, f ' has no remarkable influence.

Ink transfer rate (ITR) is a reference index to measure the quality of 3D additive printing. In this study, an ink transfer rate prediction model is proposed by applying the least squares support vector machine (LSSVM). In addition, enhanced garden balsam optimization (EGBO) is used for selection and optimization of hyperparameters that are embedded in the LSSVM model. 102 sets of experimental sample data have been collected from the production line to train and test the hybrid prediction model. Experimental results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) for the introduced model is equal to 0.8476, the root-mean-square error (RMSE) is 6.6 × 10 (−3), and the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) is 1.6502 × 10 (−3) for the ink transfer rate of 3D additive printing.

Heat transfer characteristics of a three-pass serpentine flow passage with rotation are experimentally studied. The walls of the square flow passage are plated with thin stainless-steel foils through which electrical current is applied to generate heat. The local heat transfer performance on the four side walls of the three straight flow passages and two turning elbows are determined for both stationary and rotating cases. The throughflow Reynolds, Rayleigh (centrifugal type), and rotation numbers are varied. It is revealed that three-dimensional flow structures cause the heat transfer rate at the bends to be substantially higher than at the straight flow passages. This mechanism is revealed by means of a flow visualization experiment for a nonrotating case. Along the first straight flow passage, the heat transfer rate is increased on the trailing surface but is reduced on the leading surface, due to the action of secondary streams induced by the Coriolis force. At low Reynolds numbers, the local heat transfer performance is primarily a function of buoyancy force. In the higher Reynolds number range, however, the circumferentially averaged Nusselt number is only a weak function of the Rayleigh and rotation numbers.

The paper presents the results of research into the influence of calcareous fly ash (CFA) processing methods on the rheological properties of mortars. The study consisted of a comparison of changes of the rheological properties (plastic viscosity and yield value) of the mortars during 90 minutes when CFA, unprocessed or processed by grinding, grain separation, or selective collection from the filter, was used as a substitute for a part of the cement. The results show that processing of CFA decreases its negative influence on the rheological properties; the efficient methods are separation or grinding, while the effect of selective collection is almost insignificant.

The ink transfer rate and ink absorption rate directly affects the quality of printing matter, so it is very important to know the influence factors of the ink transfer rate and ink absorption rate. This paper studied on the impact of offset paper smoothness and offset paper absorbency on the ink transfer rate, the impact of offset paper compactness and offset paper absorbency on the ink absorption rate. The results show that ink transfer rate is affected by offset paper smoothness within a certain range. The ink transfer rate is affected greatly by offset paper absorbency. The ink absorption rate is greatly affected by offset paper compactness and absorbency.
