On-site experience suggests the possibility of condensation of the moisture in Current transformers (CTs) with initial moisture content lower than the Chinese National Standard. In order to verify such possibility, the relationship between moisture content and ambient temperature in a typical 110 kV CT is studied. The positive correlation of ambient temperature and moisture content without current flow is clarified, and the relationship of moisture content and current RMS value is studied. Increase in current results in increase of moisture content, and the longer the duration of operation, the larger the moisture content. The possibility of frost condensation of the moisture with sharp ambient temperature decrease has been confirmed with initial moisture content lower than the Chinese National Standard.

The article examines the etymology and prehistory of the introduction of the institution of antimonopoly compliance in Russian business practice, the relationship of this institution with the institution of general compliance. The article considers the definition of the concept of antimonopoly compliance, enshrined in the new article 91 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".The authors propose their own definition of the concept of antimonopoly compliance as an activity of an economic entity aimed at ensuring compliance with antimonopoly legislation by employees of an economic entity and an economic entity as a whole by preventing and suppressing violations of the requirements of such legislation and regulatory legal and law enforcement acts based on it.The authors also substantiate the advisability of developing a special national standard GOST R "System of internal compliance with the requirements of antimonopoly legislation (antimonopoly compliance system) of an economic entity".It is noted that the effectiveness of the antimonopoly compliance system will depend not only on the ability of an economic entity to form an antimonopoly compliance system on the basis of an appropriate national standard, but also on the state's ability to determine and guarantee effective incentives to comply with antimonopoly legislation. The authors substantiate the advisability of supplementing the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation with provisions that provide for the obligation and limits to reduce the amount of punishment or replace the punishment with a softer one in the event of an anticompetitive administrative offense by a person who has implemented an effective system of antimonopoly compliance.

Triticale kernels were extruded using a Brabender Plasticorder extruder with ¾-inch rifled barrel and 1:1 flight depth ratio screw. Whole grain samples were extruded at initial moisture contents of 15, 20, and 25%. Debranned samples were extruded at an initial moisture content of 22%. Barrel temperatures of 350, 400, and 450 F and nozzle openings of 1/8 inch and 1/16 inch were used. The products were analyzed for thiamine and riboflavin content. Results were corrected for final moisture content and expressed as fraction retained. A multiple regression was done to determine the relationship between independent and derived variables, and the retention. Riboflavin retention was correlated simply as a function of barrel temperature. Thiamine retention of the debranned material was correlated as a function of nozzle size and barrel temperature. Thiamine retention of the whole grain samples was correlated for nozzle size, first and second order temperature effects, and confounding between nozzle size and temperature.

In order to explore the disintegration characteristics of compacted loess, through the unsaturated soil disintegration instrument by independently developed, conduct the soaking disintegration experimental study on remolded soil unsaturated samples, obtained a series of experimental results:①The curves can be divided into the slow disintegration, rapid disintegration and stabilization of disintegration in three stages, the degree of compaction and water rate impact on rapidly disintegrating stage;②When the degree of compaction is certain, the disintegration rate decreased with the water contented increasing, the decreased amplitude is increasing with the moisture content increased to18%,the disintegration characteristics disappeared with the moisture content increased to 22%;③When the initial moisture content is certain, the disintegration rate decreased with the degree of compaction increasing, The time significantly prolonged when the disintegration completed. the decreased amplitude is increasing with the degree of compaction increased to 95%,the disintegration characteristics basically disappeared. Based on the relationship of degree of compaction and the moisture content to void ratio, the thesis establishes the model between the disintegration rate and the effective porosity ratio, the formula can be used to calculate the disintegration rate of compacted loess. The specific conclusions are:①When the critical moisture content increased to 22%,the disintegration characteristics disappeared;②When the critical degree of compaction increased to95%,the disintegration characteristics also disappeared.

The purpose of this work is to substantiate the parameters of the boiler unit, which ensures the cremation of manure using microwave radiation. The substantiation of the amount of heat released during the burning of chicken manure at the industrial keeping of poultry in the conditions of sharply continental climate on the basis of minimization of product utilization values - ash content of wastes and pollution of smoke emissions is presented. Using the obtained regression models of magnetron emission power, moisture content of the burnt manure mass, mass air consumption for the specified product utilization parameters, the analysis of the relationship between the obtained parameters is made. Correlation analysis has shown a high correlation between the amount of heat released during the combustion of manure and the concentration of carbon monoxide in the smoke emissions. Rationally, the value of carbon monoxide content in the flue gases is 3.9%, corresponding to the amount of heat released 2.1 MJ/kg at the combustion of a kilogram of manure at the ash content of the residue of 18.4% and the initial moisture content of the manure of 38.4%. It provides power of radiation of magnetron 400 W on 1 kg of a waste and the mass flow rate of air of 13.8 kg/h.

In this study, an experimental heat pump dryer was designed. The specific moisture extraction rate and moisture extraction rate were used as performance indicators to explore the influence of environmental factors and the style of the hot air cycle on heat pump drying. The average temperature and humidity in Nanjing’s summer, winter, and throughout the whole year were taken as the experimental ambient temperature and humidity. Garlic slices 3 mm thick, with an initial moisture content of 66.714% w.b., were dried until the end moisture content was 10% w.b. Experimental results and thermal analysis showed that the open and semi-open heat pump dryers were greatly affected by ambient temperature and humidity. The closed heat pump drying system was greatly affected by the bypass air rate.

The article defines the concept of hotel service quality as a set of properties and characteristics of hotel services, formed by the relationship of all stakeholders in their provision, potentially or actually able to most effectively meet the established and expected needs of customers. Comparison of requirements for hotel categories set by standards of different countries: Criteria 2015-2020 HotelStars system, The Diamond standard, National rating Quality mark from TGCSA, State Russian system and Ukraine DSTU 4269: 2003 showed a certain obsolescence and irrelevance of the requirements of the National standard for certain criteria. In addition, DSTU 4269: 2003 does not have a block of quality indicators. In Ukraine in 2019, 131 hotels were inspected for compliance with the National Standard, which is three times more than the previous year (43 in 2018), most of which were set the category of «4 stars» – 48. The leader in the total number of surveyed hotels is the Kiev region – 34 hotels. The Kiev region is also the leader in the number of hotels, which were awarded the category of «3 stars» – 14 hotels and «4 stars» – 13 hotels in 2019. According to the number of hotels, which were awarded «5 stars», the leader was the Odessa region – 8 hotels in 2019 received this status mainly in the city of Odessa. The choice of hotel services quality aspects is a priority in its evaluation. The author proposes to expand the list of criteria according to the SERVQUAL methodology and to assesses the hotel services quality in terms of materiality, tangibility, reliability, safety, responsiveness, cogency, speed, empathy, accessibility, flexibility, guarantees, strategic quality management and quality control. Each of the 12 quality aspects is revealed by a set of individual quality indicators and determined by a comprehensive indicator, will calculate the integrated level of hotel services qua-lity, assess indicators in dynamics and in comparison with other hotels, and in the future assess the readiness of hotels to reach the international level. Keywords: quality, hotel, service, aspect, standard, category.
