An energy recovery and high effective fatigue test system for accumulators has been developed through the improvement of test method JB-T 7037-2006 and test requirements JB-T 7036-2006 [1][2]. The test system contains hydraulic system and control system. The hardware system of control system is based on IPC as upper computer and PLC as lower computer, while the software system is based on Borland C++ Builder 6.0, which can realize collecting and saving the field data, drawing and saving testing curve, and generating export.

To solve the problem of detecting the permeability of the textile machinery, a dedicated test system has been developed based on the pressure difference measuring method. The established system has a number of advantages including simple, fast and accurate. The mathematical model of influencing factors for permeability is derived based on fluid theory, and the relationship of these parameters is achieved. Further investigations are directed towards the inherent characteristics of the control system. Based on the established model and measuring features, an information fusion based clustering control system is proposed to implement the measurement. Using this mechanical structure, a PID control system and a cluster control system have been developed. Simulation and experimental tests are carried out to examine the performance of the established system. It is noted that the clustering method has a high dynamic performance and control accuracy. This cluster fusion control method has been successfully utilized in powder metallurgy collar permeability testing.

To meet the needs of test for compound oscillatory roller transmission (CORT) reducer, A comprehensive test system for precision transmission performance was designed, the test-bed structure and control principal of which were introduced. First, a transmission performance test method was proposed and focused on the transmission performance of velocity ratio, accuracy, and efficiency. Then, user interface based on LabVIEW program was designed, and the transmission performance of torque, angle, velocity, velocity ratio, return difference, efficiency could be displayed. Finally, measurement example on an E80 type CORT reducer has been made, and shows that the proposed test system is suitable for test for these reducers of high-precision drive, high stiffness, high load characteristics.

In order to improve the testing efficiency of the cylinder leakage, a measure and control system based on LabVIEW is put forwards into application. This paper introduces a method of cylinder leakage calculation and proposes a cylinder leakage standard curves analysis method, and designs the hardware system mainly using the Mitsubishi PLC and the Art USB5935 acquisition card and the software system based on LabVIEW.

Although rate-change experiments are essential for characterizing rate-dependent flow, certain nonobvious aspects of test machine dynamic response and control system strategies can distort rate-change data. These distortions are large enough to cause rate-change experiments to characterize the test system dynamic response instead of the test material’s rate dependence. We demonstrate that both relaxation and strain rate change experiments exhibit this potential distortion of test data. Investigators performing these experiments must therefore examine control error carefully to assure that the experiments are valid. We demonstrate that the standard PID control modes normally used in servocontrolled mechanical test equipment will generate error. Either P or PD control modes are more appropriate for rate-change experiments.

Multi-exciter vibration test control system is the core of the multiple shaker vibration test, and multi-exciter vibration test control technology has become the hot point of vibration test field. Based on coherence principles, the coherence of two exciters control system was tested, the introduction of noise signal reduces the control coherence between the response spectrum and partial coherence between response and the corresponding drive signal. By means of increasing the coherence between drive signals, the control coherence between the response spectrum can be raised and control performance of system can be Improved. The above means could provide technical support for multi-exciter vibration test system development.

At present, the Lithium-ion battery are the most used batteries in a large number of applications because of its high performances. It is important for Lithium-ion battery to make objective and accurate judgment to its performances before the practical application. A multi-channel high precision Lithium-ion battery test system, which could realize complex measure control, was designed in this paper. The system consists of upper computer (PC) and lower computer (control circuit unit). The communication between upper computer and lower computer is through RS-485 bus. The control circuit unit, which is mainly composed of micro-processor, control circuit, data acquisition circuit and protection circuit, can realize the function of testing Lithium-ion battery performances such as charging, discharging, internal resistance. Furthermore, based on actual use conditions it has shown that the system can accurately measure various Lithium-ion performance parameters and the current measurement accuracy can satisfy the test requirements.

This paper firstly explained the working principle of Subsea Control Module (SCM) and function and performance of the electro-hydraulic control valves, and then mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM was analyzed. The test board was designed according to characters of hydraulic system of the test stand. And on the basis of these, an effective testing method of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM has been defined. According to the test method of hydraulic system, we built and analyzed a model of the hydraulic test system by using the AMESim software. Based on the analysis results, the judgments whether or not the test stand could meet the requirements is made.

Purpose of research. The article deals with the problem of monitoring water areas in order to control their physical and chemical conditions using a flying laboratory (FL) which includes an aircraft with attachable water intake equipment and a software and hardware system. A specific feature of the monitoring of surface waters is the unpredictable behavior of air and water, periodic absence of visual contact with the aircraft, the uncertainty of tricopter characteristics. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the parameters of the control system (CS) to meet the requirements for the accuracy of aircraft positioning in conditions of uncertainty of external parameters. Methods. Theoretical mechanics and robot mechanics methods were used to solve the set tasks. Methods for mathematical modeling of dynamic systems were used to study the patterns of convertiplane movement. Adaptive control with a reference model were used to plan and control the movement of the aircraft. Results. The use of adaptive FL motion control made it possible to ensure convergence to zero of the tracking errors i.e., the difference between the output signals and the reference model. The proposed control system gives a good result with small disturbing effects. The parameters of the regulator that ensure the quality indicators of the ACS within the specified limits are determined. Conclusion. A mathematical model was developed and mathematical modeling of the convertiplane movement under conditions of uncertainty of external influences was performed. The problem of parameter control of a convertiplane was considered when the control coefficients were available for setting. The developed algorithms in the adaptive control system made it possible to provide faster suppression of external disturbances in comparison with the traditional PID control system for the case of a linear description of the controlled object.

Abstract In order to improve the refrigeration control efficiency and reduce the temperature fluctuation in the cold storage. In this paper, the refrigeration control system of the parallel unit of the cold storage is designed based on the upper and lower computers. The lower computer uses PLC to monitor the field parameters and control the execution of the field equipment. The upper computer uses HMI to realize the real-time monitoring, parameter display and alarm function during the operation of the cold storage, and uses the slide valve to adjust the energy of the compressor. The results show that the control system runs reliably and meets the control requirements of large cold storage.
