Along with the rapid development of the construction industry, the buildings in China will certainly change from the traditional architecture buildings to the new architecture buildings, so as to fulfill the demands of people on living or production. In order to ensure the lasting play of building functions, it is necessary for the construction units to comprehensively control the welding quality of steel supports. In this paper, the application characteristics of steel structure buildings is first analyzed, and accordingly the measures for controlling the steel support welding quality of buildings and the application of the steel support welding reinforcement technology are proposed. It is hoped that this paper can give a help to the follow-up studies.

AbstractMortality in newborn infants and children with sepsis is high with survival rates of generally more than 50% in recent studies. Longitudinal follow-up studies have the potential to reveal short-term and lifelong physical, mental, and psychological sequelae. Although no comprehensive follow-up research has yet been performed, a small number of follow-up studies have shown that there is a considerable impact on the patients' lives and their families after hospital discharge. Health-related quality of life also seems to be affected; however, it does not correlate with severity of sepsis or handicap per se. Prematurely born infants, who can develop sequelae directly attributable to prematurity and its consequences, suffer differently from sepsis-related lifelong sequelae compared with older children. Fortunately, time may heal some wounds due to the effect of growth in children. In future, large centers should establish structural follow-up programs for clinical and research purposes to learn more about the needs of affected children and their families.

Starting from the principles and characteristics of building electrical energy conservation, this paper discusses the methods of building electrical energy conservation, and analyzes how to use photovoltaic new energy in the field of building electrical energy conservation, hoping to better practice the concept of energy conservation.</p>

In particular, as an important part of China’s economic development, the construction industry has gradually applied some new technical means, and achieved remarkable application results. CAD technology drawing can not only improve the standardization of scheme design, but also effectively shorten the time, which is of great significance to the improvement of construction quality. This paper focuses on the application of computer technology (CAD) in the construction of building decoration, and hopes to provide reference and suggestions for relevant personnel.

The dynamics of the development of educational institutions in Indonesia cannot be stopped, let alone limit the rapid development of institutions. Not a few institutions have closed down due to the lack of interest in the community to send their children to school. The problem basically concerns the quality of the institution, especially human resources who play a role as the subject or manager of the institution. For quality institutions, it is certain that they will not be displaced by global developments and the demands of the community for quality education. The research method of this article is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This type of research is a case study with a multi-case design considering the choice of two research institutions even though one shelter, namely early childhood education and primary school Anak Saleh Malang City. The results showed that early childhood education has four strategies in improving the quality of human resources, including: training, professional development, career development, and performance appraisal. One of the four strategies has the theme of developing human resources through workshops on the responsibilities of employees in schools and families. Meanwhile, the Saleh Children Primary School has three strategies for developing human resources, namely: monitoring, evaluation and follow-up. Among the three strategies, one of the activity designs is the awarding of employees through employee and teacher months including the involvement of parents in follow-up programs. Keywords: Quality, Human Resources, SDGs, Saleh Children

The clinical spectrum of the states of depression and mania has been described in Fig. 4.5.2.1 by the symptomatic dimensions of severity as validated by clinician-rated scales. Thus, symptom severity is a key issue of the spectrum of mood states. The spectrum of mood polarity disorders covering the longitudinal diagnosis of manic and depressive episodes is shown in Fig. 4.5.2.2. Recent research has demonstrated how important it is to recognize subthreshold states of mania and depression, as they can have a major impact on both social functioning and quality of life, since many patients with mood disorders spend much time in subthreshold disorders, i.e. cyclothymia, dysthymia, or neuroticism. While the severity spectrum of the states of mania and depression has been accepted as evidence-based, we still lack a validation of the mood polarity spectrum in long-term follow-up studies.

With the rapid development of economic and construction industry, light-weight steel structural system is widely used in the modern building construction. While, the light-weight steel structures are more sensitive under the effect of snow load than the other structure systems according to the data from the large amount of accidents of steel structure failures, which indicated the necessary and urged us to focus on the impact of snow on the light-weight steel structures. This paper introduces the current research situation and analyzes the method of snow load determination on gable frames in the load code of different countries, and provides some suggestions on the snow load design of light-weight steel structures finally.
