Usually the heat exchange station mainly adopts human monitoring which does not only waste human resources but also has many hidden dangers. On some control parameter adjustment, manual adjustment has a certain deviation and it is difficult to achieve the ideal running effect. The paper uses PIC single chip microcomputer as the controller core and transmits the collecting data to the monitoring center through GPRS - Internet network. This real-time monitoring system can effectively solve the problem of uneven heating caused by artificial regulate and achieve long-distance wireless remote monitoring and automatic temperature adjustment. It also has the certain energy-saving effect.

In view of the elderly apartment nursing staff shortages and intravenous rely on manual adjustment, visual control technology present situation; this paper designs a wireless module APC220 elderly apartment infusion of intelligent monitoring system. System adopts master-slave control structure, controlled by single chip microcomputer from the station to realize droplets monitoring, stepper motor control of the infusion dripping speed, LCD display, sound and light alarm function such as the abnormal infusion and transfusion, and the transmission function by wireless module implements monitoring data; The main data wireless receiving and transmitted to the PC, socialized service for the purpose of advanced information technology.

An intelligent controller with capable communication for control and protective switching device (CPS) based on Profibus fieldbus was designed. The system with the single chip microcomputer as the core realized the function of measuring, protection, controlling and communication between CPS and host computer by Profibus fieldbus. The design could not only realize real-time monitoring for running state of multiple electromotor but also set the protection parameters of CPS and alarm function online by interface, which made CPS have remote monitoring function.

Based on the independent variables normalized mathematical thought and the combination of PC communication technology, this paper designs master-slave fast online monitoring system, the system includes computer control system, PC single chip communication system and intelligent robot system. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the system, the system is applied the online monitoring experiment of GMAW welding droplet spray process, to detect the shoot down process parameters. Finally, we get the heat flux density with the change curve of distance and voltage current, to provide a reliable experimental data for the design of intelligent automation welding process.

In this paper, a multi-purpose alarm system for dormitory based on control conducted by AVR single-chip microcomputer is designed and produced, which aims at potential safety risks existing in dormitories of colleges and universities at present. This system uses multiple sensors to realize detection of human body, smoke, access of people and valuables, after which signal will be processed and AVR single-chip microcomputer will then be used to realize automatic control. Host computer receives information from slave computer and then realize long-distance and real-time monitoring. Test result indicates that this system functions well and can realize security of student dormitories if applied, which can raise audible and visual alarm in case of abnormal situation and realize cancel of alarm through entering password on a keyboard.

This article controls the temperature and humidity of greenhouse vegetables through the design of computer automatic control of vegetable greenhouse temperature and humidity remote monitoring system. On this basis, this paper states the corresponding design system’s hardware and software thought in detail, establishes the system core as AT89852 single-chip microcomputer, and with Delphi software to implement the corresponding system simulation. From the point of the effect of implementation, the system is of high automation degree, good human-machine interface, low cost, convenient and simple operation, so it has existence value and good application prospect.

The robot control by PC through the wireless communication between the PC and the single-chip microcomputer not only expands the functions of the PC, but also creates more functions of the indoor service robot. Therefore utilization of the wireless communication between the PC and the robot can make full use of resources and improve the efficiency. The hardware of the indoor service robot includes the hardware of the robot control system and the hardware of the PC monitor system. The software of the indoor service robot consists of the software of the PC control software and the single-chip microcomputer control software. Therefore, the robot can autonomously walk along the track or walk under the manual control even when the robot is a long distance away.
