The determination of the physical property cutoffs of the effective reservoirs is a major factor that affects the result of the reserve calculation and is a difficult problem in the research of the reservoir evaluation. It is related to the exploration, development and decision-making. This paper used the empirical statistical method, the minimum pore throat radius method, the oil attitude method and the porosity permeability cross plot method to exploratorily strike the physical property cutoffs of the effective reservoirs of Yaoyi Formation in Cha 48 zone. It was based on the actual situation of the data of cores, the well testing and the well logging and combined with the applicability of various methods. The results achieve the attest of the data from the well testing and the producing test and provide the basis for the reservoir calculation.

And the working-out process of the connection scheme to the first distributed PV power station in Liaoning region is stated. After the discussing the difficult problem on the development of the connection scheme, the next phase of research direction is proposed.

AbstractThis study has been accomplished by testing three different models to determine rocks type, pore throat radius, and flow units for Mishrif Formation in West Qurna oilfield in Southern Iraq based on Mishrif full diameter cores from 20 wells. The three models that were used in this study were Lucia rocks type classification, Winland plot was utilized to determine the pore throat radius depending on the mercury injection test (r35), and (FZI) concepts to identify flow units which enabled us to recognize the differences between Mishrif units in these three categories. The study of pore characteristics is very significant in reservoir evaluation. It controls the storage mechanism and reservoir fluid properties of the permeable units while pore structure is a critical controlling factor for the petrophysical properties and multiphase-flow characteristics in reservoir rocks. Flow zone indicator (FZI) has been used to identify the hydraulic flow units approach (HFUs). Each (HFU) was reproduced by certain FZI and was supposed to have similar geological and petrophysical properties. The samples were from four lithofacies, mA, CRII, mB1, and mB2. Because of the wide range of cored-wells samples (20 wells), this paper is updated the previous studies and indicated some differences in the resulting categories. It was noticed as results of this study that the rocks types of the lower Mishrif were mostly ranged from wackestone to packstone in the upper part of mB2 which reflected mid-ramp facies while the upper part of mB2 referred to shoal facies and for the mB1 unit the rocks types mostly range from packstone to grainstone with some points as wackestone marked as shoal and rudist bioherm facies. Grainstone relatively decreases with the increasing of depth from upper to lower Mishrif while wackestone and packstone indicated increasing in the same direction. The unit mA is marked as mesopores and macropores, while megapores and macropores feature increased in mB1 which has been noticed in the northern part of West Qurna oilfield due to increasing shoal and rudist bioherm facies, the mB2 unit revealed increasing in mesoporous and decreasing in megaporous. The upper Mishrif (mA) has three flow units, while the lower Mishrif (mB1, mB2) has eight flow units four for each reservoir unit.

Abstract: The results of the study show that: (1) Tahfidzul Qur'an learning planning is done through the preparation of memorization targets and the determination of effective weeks and days in each semester; (2) Organizing is carried out through the division of tasks and responsibilities as well as the construction of the structure of the tutoring teacher; (3) The mobilization is carried out through the coordination meeting of the Tahfidz coordinator as a shering forum for decision making and direction of the Tahfidzul Qur'an learning program and the implementation of learning is carried out every Monday-Friday; and (4) Supervision is carried out through assessing teacher performance at the end of December and June. The highest achievement target for the second year of the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an's 2017/2018 year program is juz 29 and 30, the lowest target for class 1 is juz 30 to Surat al Ghosyiyyah. For class 1, 85% of the target is achieved and 11% of students exceed the target. Class 2 targets reached 19%. Class 3, 10.86% reached the target and 0.35% of students exceeded the target. Class 4 tarjet reached 12.44%. Class 5 targets reached 4.24%, and the last grade 6 target reached 13.79% and 1.5% of students exceeded the target. Keywords: Learning Management, Tahfidzul Qur'an.

A new statistical method for response steepest improvement is proposed. This method is based on an initial experiment performed on two-level factorial design and first-order statistical linear model with coded numerical factors and response variables. The factors for the runs of response steepest improvement are estimated from the data of initial experiment and determination of the conditional extremum. Confidence intervals are determined for those factors. The first-order polynomial response function fitted to the data of the initial experiment makes it possible to predict the response of the runs for response steepest improvement. The linear model of the response prediction, as well as the results of the estimation of the parameters of the linear model for the initial experiment and factors for the experiments of the steepest improvement of the response, are used when finding prediction response intervals in these experiments. Kknowledge of the prediction response intervals in the runs of steepest improvement of the response makes it possible to detect the results beyond their limits and to find the limiting values of the factors for which further runs of response steepest improvement become ineffective and a new initial experiment must be carried out.

Railway bogie is the basic element that determines the force, kinematic, power and other parameters of the rolling stock, and its movement in the railway track has not been studied enough. Classical calculation of the kinematic and dynamic parameters of the bogie's motion with the determination of the position of its center of rotation, the instantaneous axes of rotation of wheelsets, the magnitudes and directions of all forces present a difficult problem even in quasi-static theory. The paper shows a simplified method that allows one to explain, within the limits of one article, the main kinematic and force parameters of the bogie movement (installation angles, clearance between the wheel flanges and side surfaces of the rails), wear and contact damage to the wheels and rails. Tribology of the railway bogie is an important part of transport tribology, the foundation of the theory of wheel-rail tribosystem, without which it is impossible to understand the mechanisms of catastrophic wear, derailments, contact fatigue, cohesion of wheels and rails. In the article basic questions are considered, without which it is impossible to analyze the movement of the bogie: physical foundations of wheel movement along the rail, types of relative motion of contacting bodies, tribological characteristics linking the force and kinematic parameters of the bogie. Kinematics and dynamics of a two-wheeled bogie-rail bicycle are analyzed instead of a single wheel and a wheelset, which makes it clearer and easier to explain how and what forces act on the bogie and how they affect on its position in the rail track. To calculate the motion parameters of a four-wheeled bogie, it is represented as two two-wheeled, moving each on its own rail. Connections between them are replaced by moments with respect to the point of contact between the flange of the guide wheel and the rail. This approach made it possible to give an approximate estimation of the main kinematic and force parameters of the motion of an ideal bogie (without axes skewing) in curves, to understand how the corners of the bogie installation and the gaps between the flanges of the wheels and rails vary when moving with different speeds, how wear and contact injuries arise and to give recommendations for their assessment and elimination.

The environment in which the decision-making process takes place is often characterized by uncertainty and vagueness and, because of that, sometimes it is very hard to express the criteria weights with crisp numbers. Therefore, the application of the Grey System Theory, i.e., grey numbers, in this case, is very convenient when it comes to determination of the criteria weights with partially known information. Besides, the criteria weights have a significant role in the multiple criteria decision-making process. Many ordinary multiple criteria decision-making methods are adapted for using grey numbers, and this is the case in this article as well. A new grey extension of the certain multiple criteria decision-making methods for the determination of the criteria weights is proposed. Therefore, the article aims to propose a new extension of the Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and PIvot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA) methods adapted for group decision-making. In the proposed approach, attitudes of decision-makers are transformed into grey group attitudes, which allows taking advantage of the benefit that grey numbers provide over crisp numbers. The main advantage of the proposed approach in relation to the use of crisp numbers is the ability to conduct different analyses, i.e., considering different scenarios, such as pessimistic, optimistic, and so on. By varying the value of the whitening coefficient, different weights of the criteria can be obtained, and it should be emphasized that this approach gives the same weights as in the case of crisp numbers when the whitening coefficient has a value of 0.5. In addition, in this approach, the grey number was formed based on the median value of collected responses because it better maintains the deviation from the normal distribution of the collected responses. The application of the proposed approach was considered through two numerical illustrations, based on which appropriate conclusions were drawn.


Leaving out of consideration those nuclei of small atomic number it is possible to develop a statistical theory of nuclei. Bethe and Bacher (1936, p. 149), as well as many other writers, have treated this subject in great detail starting from the Hartree approximation. All these investigations were mainly concerned with the binding energy, and not much attention has been paid so far to the stability of nuclei according to the statistical theory, except the determination of the most stable nucleus with a given atomic number: this is due to the fact that previous investigators have always neglected to distinguish between quantum states with opposite spin, thereby losing the distinction between “odd” and “even” nuclei, which is essential for stability considerations.
