Plant fiber buildings are made of plant fiber components. They represent the development direction of new-period architectural philosophy of low-carbon ecological economy,building properties and architectural styles. By analyzing the disadvantages of current building, such as the hidden danger, harmful pollution and high energy consumption, this paper mainly investigated the characteristics of plant fiber building including environmental protection, energy saving, waste utilization, lightness, heat insulation and seismic resistance, etc. Plant fiber building, as a mature energy-saving technology and product, presents good performances such as energy saving, reliable technique and convenient implementation. It provides material supports for the realization of green building.

For the problem of high energy consumption in buildings, analyses the application of green building materials in the building envelope, from environmental protection material, renewable energy and the overall system design aspects discusses the low carbon energy- saving design, summarizes the significance of the building energy efficiency evaluation and energy consumption assessment, concludes and looks forward to the prospect of the development of green energy conservation construction.

Making a case study of the green magic school roof garden and garden landscape in National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), through the application of the method in the case study like native plants, environmental protection material in landscape design through water saving, low maintenance, this paper discusses how to build green building and at the same time pays attention to the design and construction strategies of green landscape with ecological environmental protection concept. This research brings the significant meaning on studying and draw-on for us to create a beautiful, practical and sustainable "green landscape".

Based on the analysis, for the sustainable development of foundry industry, some effective measures were suggested: defining the responsibility of all referred parties (governor and enterpriser); trying to save energy and protect environment from the source; reusing the waste scientifically.

Solar powered intellective vehicles (SPIVs) not only focus on energy saving and environmental protection, but also have finer feasibility. The design of extended range in SPIVs is a kind of the important directions that low carbon green vehicles will be design in future. We will reflect demanding design of extended range shoot to convert the target design level. The optimal design is actualized for photovoltaic array collocation of solar energy in SPIVs. The “zero oils consume, zero exhaust, increment drives distance” demand of SPIVs are carry out by the vehicle with design carries to net electrical source system of extended range.

By comparing the production indexes of large blast furnaces (BF) in China between the first half of 2019 and 2015–2016, the production status, reductant consumption, raw materials and operation conditions have been reviewed. In the first half of 2019, Chinese large BFs still had made a lot of achievements, but it is also discovered by comparison that not only the raw materials quality but also the large BFs stability have the trend of getting worse, so some work should be done to stop and recover the unfavorable situation. Based on that, the expectations of enhancing the raw materials quality and improving the operation conditions are suggested. Large BFs make great contributions to energy saving, low-carbon, high automatic, environmental protection and economic development, so there will be more large BFs constructed and put into production in China in the future.

The environmental protection attribute and energy-saving level of green buildings cannot be described by the traditional evaluation model. In order to solve the above problems, a new ecological energy-saving effect evaluation algorithm of green buildings based on gray correlation degree is designed. Based on the framework of building energy-saving index system, the environmental protection evaluation standards are divided and the results are used to screen the energy-saving indexes, so as to complete the establishment of green building ecological energy-saving index system and standards. Then, the evaluation set is established, and the evaluation scale of each layer of indicators is accurately located according to the weight value of each index. On this basis, the membership matrix is constructed. By calculating the index weight and determining the fuzzy synthesis operator, the rating process of the algorithm is improved and the analysis of the evaluation algorithm of environmental protection and energy conservation indicators of green building materials based on gray correlation degree is realized. The experimental results show that the designed algorithm has good stability of the fitting curve, can save energy, and has low cost.
