In view of the fact that the face-end roof fall under repeated mining of close-distance coal seams seriously affects the normal production of the working face, this paper takes working face 17101 as the background, different influencing factors of face-end roof caving exposed to repeated mining are analyzed through field observation of mine pressure data, different calculation schemes are obtained by using the orthogonal experiment, the subsidence of the face-end roof is taken as the judgment index, UDEC simulation software is used to calculate the subsidence of the face-end roof when different influencing factors change, and the application of SPSS statistical software is used for various parameters of multivariate linear regression analysis. The research results show that the influence degree of different factors from large to small is, respectively, mining height > tip-to-face distance > advancing speed > distance of coal seams > surrounding rock strength > support setting load. It is necessary to strengthen the coordination of all influencing factors and comprehensively control the stability of the face-end roof exposed to repeated mining. Through the analysis of the regression model, it is found that there is no collinearity among the influencing factors, which has a significant influence on the regression equation and regression coefficient, and the multiple linear regression equation has a good fitting effect. The model can predict the stability of the face-end roof exposed to repeated mining, which provides a basis for controlling the face-end roof exposed to repeated mining.

Rear-end collision accounts for the main type of traffic accidents occurring on the freeway. In order to extract the significant influence factors of rear-end collision on the freeway, this study utilized the data of freeway traffic accidents between 2010 and 2015 in China. First, based on quasi-induced exposure theory, the information of driver, vehicle, and road environment was analyzed. Gender, age, driving age, vehicle safety, load, weather, fatigue, driving speed, road alignment, accident time, and visibility were selected as the important factors that might affect rear-end collision. Second, based on logistic regression model, the influencing factors analysis model of freeway rear-end collision was established. In the regression analysis, the possible important factors selected were taken as the independent variables, and the accident responsibility was taken as the dependent variable. Then, the factors that had significant influence on rear-end collision were selected from candidate independent variables by stepwise regression method. Finally, the specific influence of driving age, load, weather, accident time, visibility, fatigue, and driving speed on rear-end collision occurring on the freeway was discussed. The analysis results were explained according to the odds ratio. The research results of this article can provide guidance for the prevention of rear-end collision on the freeway and theoretical support for the development of freeway early warning system.

ObjectiveTo explore the level and influencing factors of frontline nurses’ post-traumatic growth (PTG) during COVID-19 epidemic.MethodsA cross-sectional survey was conducted in February 2020 in three hospitals in China. The Post-traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) was used to investigate the PTG of frontline nurses. Data on related factors, including demographic characteristics and subjective variables, were collected. The Event-Related Rumination Inventory was used to assess rumination. Pearson’s or Spearman’s correlation was calculated for bivariate analysis. Independent sample t-tests or one-way analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to examine the related factors.ResultsA total of 179 frontline nurses were recruited, and 167 were included in the analyses. The mean PTG score was 70.53±17.26. The bivariate analyses showed that deliberate rumination was modestly positively correlated with PTG (r=0.557, p<0.01), while intrusive rumination had a modest negative correlation with PTG (r=−0.413, p<0.01). Multiple linear regression demonstrated that working years, self-confidence in frontline work, awareness of risk, psychological intervention or training during the epidemic and deliberate rumination were the main influencing factors of PTG among frontline nurses and accounted for 42.5% of the variance (F=31.626, p<0.001).ConclusionsThe PTG of frontline nurses was at a medium to high level and was influenced by working years, self-confidence in frontline work, awareness of risk, psychological intervention or training and deliberate rumination. It is necessary to strengthen psychological guidance and training for frontline nurses and promote their deliberate rumination on epidemic events to improve their PTG.

The Singapore housing market is unusual in its high homeownership rate, the dominance of HDB housing, and the extensive intervention of the government in regulating housing supply and demand in both the HDB and private housing sectors. Recent rapid population increases in a low interest rate and high global liquidity environment has resulted in accelerated house prices increases in Singapore. Earlier this year, the government launched "Our Singapore Conversation" of which discussion on housing policies constitutes one major component. This "conversation" comes in the wake of several consecutive rounds of measures to stabilize housing prices using various instruments. This paper evaluates the main policy changes proposed and makes recommendations for housing market reforms: (i) the government need to clarify goals of housing policies and make available more detailed data on the foreign component of our population for better analysis of housing markets; (ii) the housing supply regime should target an overall effective vacancy rate that encompasses both the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and private sector; (iii) policy makers need to monitor carefully excess demand indicators for housing in addition to housing affordability indicators over the entire spectrum of incomes and household types; (iv) housing REITs should be established to provide an alternative investment option as well as to develop an efficient and affordable rental sector; and (v) in addition to macroprudential measures, owner-occupancy requirements and fiscal measures such as stamp duties and property taxes could be further utilized to reduce the foreign demand for Singapore housing and real estate.
