In order to improve the sealing quality and reduce the labor intensity of people, the stepping motors have been adopted in the salver mechanical transmission part and sealing part of the original sealing machine. In the paper, salver feeding and control system of sealing machine have been designed. The results have been obtained such as control principle diagram of the control system, equivalent circuit diagram and outer wiring diagram of PLC and PLC control program. It can realize the automatic control of the sealing machine. Improved sealing machine has the characteristic of simple mechanical transmission parts, advanced control system, small human error, low fault rate and easy operation.

Positron emission tomography (PET) is one of the commonly used scanning techniques. Medical staff manually calculate the estimated scan time for each PET device. However, the number of PET scanning devices is small, the number of patients is large, and there are many changes including rescanning requirements, which makes it very error-prone, puts pressure on staff, and causes trouble for patients and their families. Although previous studies proposed algorithms for specific inspections, there is currently no research on improving the PET process. This paper proposes a real-time automatic scheduling and control system for PET patients with wearable sensors. The system can automatically schedule, estimate and instantly update the time of various tasks, and automatically allocate beds and announce schedule information in real time. We implemented this system, collected time data of 200 actual patients, and put these data into the implementation program for simulation and comparison. The average time difference between manual and automatic scheduling was 7.32 min, and it could reduce the average examination time of 82% of patients by 6.14 ± 4.61 min. This convinces us the system is correct and can improve time efficiency, while avoiding human error and staff pressure, and avoiding trouble for patients and their families.

Greenhouse environment system is an often nonlinear, change and inertia complex system. It is very hard to build math model and control. Since moisture and temperature have a influence to crops grow, we select them to build the manner of control system, applying fuzzy control system to design moisture and temperature controller, and to write fuzzy control program based PLC, then we should observe the factual control effect. The result of system running show: when temperature is set to 25oC and moisture is 80%RH, the process of control is stable and the system is very stable, it can meet the greenhouse requirement.

This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

This paper presents a novel diagonal recurrent neural network hybrid controller based on the shared memory of real-time database structure. The controller uses Data Engine (DE) technology, through the establishment of a unified and standardized software architecture and real-time database in different control stations, effectively solves many problems caused by technical standard, communication protocol, and programming language in actual industrial application: the advanced control algorithm and control system co-debugging difficulties, algorithm implementation and update inefficiency, and high development and operation and maintenance costs effectively fill the current technical gap. More importantly, the control algorithm development uses a unified visual graphics configuration programming environment, effectively solving the problem of integrated control of heterogeneous devices; and has the advantages of intuitive configuration and transparent data processing process, reducing the difficulty of the advanced control algorithms debugging in engineering applications. In this paper, the application of a neural network hybrid controller based on DE in motor speed measurement and control system shows that the system has excellent control characteristics and anti-disturbance ability, and provides an integrated method for neural network control algorithm in a practical industrial control system, which is the major contribution of this article.

In this paper, taking the quantitative casting system for lead anode plate as the object of study, develop a control system based on the fieldbus and fuzzy control. Introduce the process and control principle of the lead anode plate casting, and establish the quantitative pouring control system from two aspects as the designs of hardware and software equipment.The system adopts the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology and uses SIMATIC PLC as the master station to structure the casting control system. It describes the realization and simulation of the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm in quantitative casting system.The simulation results show: Fuzzy - PI control scheme has a better control effectiveness than the traditional PID control system,for a smaller control response curve overshoot and error, a shorter response time and restraining the outside interference to the system and the instability of casting flow.

The purpose of this research is to develop the cleaning robot for cleaning the glass curtain wall. The main mechanical structure, adsorption system, cleaning system and control system has been researched. With the adsorption and separation of four sucker group by turns, robot can move on the vertical curtain successfully. Four suckers of the each sucker group are arranged in circumference, so the robot can be adsorbed reliability. According to the working process analysis of the robot, PLC control system is designed. Robot general scheme designed in this paper can achieve heavy-duty work, neat movement, reliable attaching and other requests.
