through the design of teaching aerobics web-based course and application practice, the instructional design process based on B/S learning are analyzed, and discusses several key problems in the design and teaching. This paper presents the resource based learning aerobics teaching design network course should adapt to the application mode of network teaching and traditional classroom combination; that will provide teaching demonstration, teaching contents for students as well as the function of self-testing evaluation and provide the job management, teacher online Q & A, database and knowledge base construction, greatly improving the "aerobics" teaching efficiency.

Information applied technology has greatly promoted language teaching efficiency through resources sharing, distributing and optimizing. In order to demonstrate how to construct a highly efficient teaching platform with the help of J2EE platform, the paper analyzes an ideal composition of an online language learning system, illustrates the way in which designers create a harmonious online teaching environment from the aspect of MVC architecture and software choosing, setting forth an interactive model design for a web-based ELT system.

Abstract Online biological databases housing genomics, genetic and breeding data can be constructed using the Tripal toolkit. Tripal is an open-source, internationally developed framework that implements FAIR data principles and is meant to ease the burden of constructing such websites for research communities. Use of a common, open framework improves the sustainability and manageability of such as site. Site developers can create extensions for their site and in turn share those extensions with others. One challenge that community databases often face is the need to provide tools for their users that analyze increasingly larger datasets using multiple software tools strung together in a scientific workflow on complicated computational resources. The Tripal Galaxy module, a ‘plug-in’ for Tripal, meets this need through integration of Tripal with the Galaxy Project workflow management system. Site developers can create workflows appropriate to the needs of their community using Galaxy and then share those for execution on their Tripal sites via automatically constructed, but configurable, web forms or using an application programming interface to power web-based analytical applications. The Tripal Galaxy module helps reduce duplication of effort by allowing site developers to spend time constructing workflows and building their applications rather than rebuilding infrastructure for job management of multi-step applications.

Information technology has created tremendous chances in higher education across the globe. With the availability and flexibility of learning online, there are increasing competitions between online learning and traditional, face-to-face classroom. These two types of learning both have their pros and cons. From the advantages and disadvantages of online learning, universities have recently changed the way of their teaching through combining online learning and traditional classroom. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and understand the advancements of the combination of the two types of learning. In this paper, we will introduce the advantages and disadvantages of online learning and the combined learning. We also share our experience on teaching at Flinders University, South Australia through Flinders learning online system. From this knowledge, we will suggest some solutions about building a combined learning system which is suitable for Vietnamese universities.

Marriage is a spiritual bond between a man and a woman to form a happy and eternal home or family based on the Godhead. Nevertheless, many divorces still occur in the community today. Suscatin is a solution provided by the Government to overcome divorce which is getting higher every year. But there are still obstacles in the organization of Suscatin. The Suscatin implementation is still done manually, where to conduct the exam the bride and groom write on a piece of paper. In addition, the implementation was carried out on the effective day, so the bride and groom could not attend. For this reason, this research was conducted to design a web-based learning system that can facilitate the Office of Religious Affairs and prospective brides. So that the material about marriage can be studied without any obstacles both in terms of time and place of implementation. It is expected to be able to anticipate disputes and divorce as well as violence in the family in order to create a sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah family
