With the emergence of multimedia information technology, the mode of foreign language teaching activities are more and more rich, more and more emphasis are attached on creativity, the ability to think independently and teamwork, but there are also a lot of foreign language teaching platform which is inadequate. Therefore, more and more English teachers begin developing independent learning and the ability to collaborate. This article is based on RISCPA teamwork model and the students' teamwork skills to establish a foreign language teaching system. It provides enriching RISCAP with guiding ideology in theory, and provides theory platform and technical support for teaching platform application and development.

We should strengthen the construction of computer network platform and construct and perfect the foreign language teaching system. Starting from the talent training system as a whole, it is necessary to establish a scientific and systematic teaching system with ability training as the main line and multi-level, multi-module and interlinked modules, so as to realize online assisted teaching and network and intelligent management and improve the construction of three-dimensional language teaching resources. It is necessary to promote the integration of information technology and foreign language teaching, as well as the optimization and integration of information technology with subject courses and teaching methods, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening teaching effects and improving teaching quality.

The online teaching platform is a major application of information-based educa-tion. If adopted for foreign language teaching, the platform can greatly facilitate the utilization of network resources and enhance the students’ abilities in listen-ing, speaking, reading and writing. This paper develops an information-based online foreign language teaching platform with the aid of ASP.NET. The SQL was selected as the backend database and accessed via ADO.NET. Taking the browser/server (B/S) structure was adopted as the network architecture, the plat-form was programmed in C# and realized using Microsoft Visual Studio (VS) 2005. Through testing, the proposed platform was proved to achieve all expected functions and satisfy the demand of college English teaching in a safe and stable manner. The research findings promote the quality and informatization of English teaching.

The article is devoted to the problem of foreign language distance teaching, the choice of methods, technologies and techniques for the development of philology students informative and communicative competence. The author uses analysis, synthesis and systematization methods to consider the results of research achieved by the specialists in the area under consideration; pedagogical observation. Current distance teaching technologies are analyzed, the effectiveness of foreign language teaching process organized in the form of Blended Learning technology is proved and its numerous advantages are described: the possibility of individual teaching process in groups with different level of foreign language knowledge and abilities, students individual and psychological characteristics consideration in the studying and teaching process, beneficial conditions for students interpersonal communication and communicative competence development in class, development of independence, responsibility and ability to use information technologies while working with online platforms. Experience of Blended Learning technology usage in the process of philology students foreign language teaching is presented. The author describes face-to-face driver and rotation models chosen for the purposes of teaching; the possibilities of online platform Zoom for videoconferences held in real time and replacing eye-to-eye teacher-students contact under the circumstances of COVID-19 pandemic; and proves the importance of digital educational platform Skyes University introduction into the process of foreign language teaching as a source of additional material in face-to-face studies and for students independent learning process. The author comes to the conclusion that foreign language teaching process organized with the help of Blended Learning technology contributes to information skill successful formation and effective communication in native and foreign languages.

The difficulty of forming passive vocabulary while reading texts in a foreign language is one of the most pressing challenges in foreign language teaching. Many Russian and international linguists have addressed the issue of developing passive vocabulary and the efficiency of its formation, but only the development of computer technology in recent decades has made possible the laying out a structured approach to the process of selection, storage and memorizing foreign words while reading. This article examines the problem of the formation of passive voca-bulary and analyzes the interrelation of receptive and reproductive vocabulary according to the opinion of international and Russian researchers. A conclusion is made about the need for func-tional differentiation of receptive and reproductive linguistic material, as well as for ensuring the repeatability of lexical units for developing actual passive vocabulary. A hypothesis about the prospects of applying information technology while resolving this problem is generated. The de-velopment technology and structure of a computer application are described, as well as its main modules, classes and the structure of its interface. The methodology of an experiment aimed at confirming the effectiveness of the applied technologies and the results of a test passed by the ex-periment’s participants are presented. The hypothesis is confirmed. Further theoretical and practical studies of the problem of the formation of passive vocabulary are warranted. The possibility of adding new language pairs to the application and searching for other ways to form receptive vocabulary using computer technology is proposed.

The article is devoted to one of the advanced formats of foreign language teaching at high school, which effectively complements extramural and full-time forms of education – distance learning. The author emphasizes that the quality and effectiveness of foreign languages distance learning athigher educational establishments depends on effectively organized course; the pedagogical skills of teachers, participating in the educational process; the quality of applied methodical content.The main principles of foreign languages distance learning in higher education has been covered, the means of improving the quality and effectiveness of this educational format has been proposed, the key conceptual regulations of foreign languages distance learning has been determined. The article proposes a model for organizing foreign languages distance learning course for future specialists, describes a system to control and monitor the knowledge of all types of speech activities. It is also noted that independent work in the foreign languages distance course at high school should not be passive, but on the contrary, the student should be involved in active cognitive activities, not limited to acquiring foreign language skills, but necessarily includes their practical application; to solve certain communicative tasks in the future professional activity.The article concludes that in the process of organizing the foreign language distance learning course at high school, it is necessary to take into account not only the didactic characteristics and functions of multimedia and telecommunications as a technological basis, but also the conceptual trends of didactic distance learning as a component of modern education. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the specific nature of foreign language teaching in general.Key words: higher educational establishment, distance learning, multimedia means, independent work, information and communicative technologies, Internet, interactive engagement.
