Combining with the characteristics of the transportation enterprise and the literatures, the SWOT analysis method is used to make the environmental analysis, factors determining and the strategic decision. The external environment analysis in environmental analysis uses macro environment PEST analysis method to determine the threats and opportunities, while the internal environment analysis uses the method of enterprise resources determine its internal strengths and weaknesses. Based on that, external evaluation matrix EFE and internal evaluation matrix IFE are set up, and then determine the key factors. Finally set up entirely the SWOT analysis radar map and determine the corresponding strategic focus.

Internal environment analysis used Value Chain Model from Porter and external environment analysis used the Health Service System Environmental Analysis Model. The results of the SWOT analysis produced 17 strengths, 15 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and 4 threats. The preparation of the SWOT matrix produced: 5 SO strategies, 2 WO strategies, 2 ST strategies, and 2 WT strategies. Strategic recommendations for Hospital are: goal strategies in the form of recommendations for mission and vision statements, low cost strategies, implementation strategies, penetration strategies, market development strategies and product development strategiesConclusion: Re-formulation of the mission and vision of Hospital based on the results of the exploration of mission and vision. From the results of the mission and vision formulation, internal and external environmental analysis, and SWOT analysis formulated a strategy formulation recommendation, namely the objective strategy in the form of recommendations for mission and vision statements, low cost strategies, implementation strategies, penetration strategies, market development strategies and product development strategies.

This research aims to analyze the potential interest in PERSIS Solo sports tourism in Surakarta after the renovation program of the Manahan Solo Stadium. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis method uses SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). Internal environment analysis will focus on strengths and weaknesses, while the external environment will be the focus on opportunities and threats. The results showed that PERSIS Solo was in the quadrant I position, so the management of the club could take a policy with utilizing the strength of the internal environment to maximize existing market opportunities.  Keywords:Football Sport, Persis Solo, SWOT Analysis, Special Interest Tourism

Article is focused on lexicographic interpretation of chronologically noted words. Chronologically noted lexicon is defined as lexicon which lexicographic submission is followed by any reference fixing attachment of a lexical unit to some historical period showing a «time» component of the meaning. Article purpose is to present the system of ways of chronologically noted lexicon representation in Russian lexicography according to the basis of the research of explanatory dictionaries of different type. In the work the following methods of a research as descriptive, comparative, method of the component analysis, method of dictionary interpretation are used. The system of submission of chronological information in different explanatory dictionaries has both similarity and distinction. As the research has shown, the choice of lexicographic procedures of chronologically noted lexicon characteristics made by different authors depends on two key factors: dictionary type (according to S.I. Ozhegov’s classification) and theoretical position of its makers.

Collaboration plays a critical role in fostering innovation and value creation in the aviation sector. However, how factors and connections relate to the achievement of innovative outcomes in aviation require further investigation. This study investigates the key factors that create a conceptual framework by conducting a literature review and an archival analysis of news articles. The model proposed involves factors such as strategic decision-making; networking and partner choice; cultural context, values, behaviour and compatibilities; collaboration configuration; issues and risks shared; skills, capacities and experience; infrastructure and resources available; engagement activities; knowledge transfer, absorption and appropriation; collaboration management; communication flows; external environment and demand; and expectations and outcomes. Promising collaborations are also indicated in areas where the framework could be adopted to increase partnerships and outcomes. Also, we highlight best practice examples from leading organizations, such as International Airlines Group (IAG), Emirates Airline, Singapore Airlines, Boeing and JetBlue, to provide insights into existing collaborations that have led to innovation and value creation in this sector.

Abstract Iran's strategy with respect to Saudi Arabia is a key factor in the complex balance of power of the Middle East as the Iranian–Saudi rivalry impacts the dynamics of peace and conflict across the region from Yemen to Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Bahrain. What is Iranian strategic thinking on Saudi Arabia? And what have been the key factors driving the evolution of Iranian strategy towards the Kingdom? In what marks a substantive shift from its previous detente policy, we argue that Tehran has developed a new containment strategy in response to the perceived threat posed by an increasingly prox-active Saudi Arabia in the post-Arab Spring period. Incorporating rich fieldwork and interviews in the Middle East, this article delineates the theoretical contours of Iranian containment and contextualizes it within the framework of the Persian Gulf security architecture, demonstrating how rational geopolitical decision-making factors based on a containment strategy, rather than the primacy of sectarianism or domestic political orientations, shape Iran's Saudi strategy. Accordingly, the article traces Iranian strategic decision-making towards the Kingdom since the Islamic Revolution of 1979 and examines three cases of Iran's current use of containment against Saudi Arabia in Syria, Yemen and Qatar.

The number of houses with large, continuous spaces has increased recently. With improvements in insulation performance, it has become possible to efficiently air condition such spaces using a single air conditioner. However, the air conditioning efficiency depends on the placement of the air conditioner. The only way to determine the optimal placement of such air conditioners is to conduct an experiment or use computational fluid dynamic analysis. However, because the analysis is performed over a limited period, it is difficult to consider non-stationarity effects without using an energy simulation. Therefore, in this study, energy simulations and computational fluid dynamics analyses were coupled to develop a thermal environment analysis method that considers non-stationarity effects, and various air conditioner arrangements were investigated to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method. The accuracy verification results generally followed the experimental results. A case study was conducted using the calculated boundary conditions, and the results showed that the placement of two air conditioners in the target experimental house could provide sufficient air conditioning during both winter and summer. Our results suggest that this method can be used to conduct preliminary studies if the necessary data are available during design or if an experimental house is used.
