PERENCANAAN STRATEGI BERDASARKAN ANALISIS MISI, VISI DAN SWOT RS DI BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Background: The concept of strategic management has not been optimally yet done by the Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital. The issue of the development and preparation of a strategic plan has been done but is more of an interest in the management of accreditation. In addition, there are several themes that have become the thoughts of the leadership of the Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital, namely the JKN program, there are many hospitals that near of Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital, and increasing number of people around of the Hospital. For this reason, recommendations for strategy formulation are needed.Objective: This study is aimed to develop recommendations for strategy formulation for Hospital with mission evaluation, vision and SWOT analysis.Method: This study used a qualitative method with a type of case study. The speaker in this study is the leader of the Foundation and Hospital.Results: The results of the exploration of mission and vision produce 5 mission points and 5 vision points. Internal environment analysis used Value Chain Model from Porter and external environment analysis used the Health Service System Environmental Analysis Model. The results of the SWOT analysis produced 17 strengths, 15 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and 4 threats. The preparation of the SWOT matrix produced: 5 SO strategies, 2 WO strategies, 2 ST strategies, and 2 WT strategies. Strategic recommendations for Hospital are: goal strategies in the form of recommendations for mission and vision statements, low cost strategies, implementation strategies, penetration strategies, market development strategies and product development strategiesConclusion: Re-formulation of the mission and vision of Hospital based on the results of the exploration of mission and vision. From the results of the mission and vision formulation, internal and external environmental analysis, and SWOT analysis formulated a strategy formulation recommendation, namely the objective strategy in the form of recommendations for mission and vision statements, low cost strategies, implementation strategies, penetration strategies, market development strategies and product development strategies.

The culinary industry contributes to the development of MSMEs in the country and requires companies to be able to increase their competitiveness, the need for a strategic management approach so that MSMEs can be competitive. Strategy formulation is used by reviewing MSMEs using the PESTLE analysis method for external environmental analysis, competitiveness analysis using the Five Force method, Ansoff Matrix method to determine market development strategies at the business unit level and Blue Ocen Strategy to determine strategies in winning the market. Data collected through interviews and observations. The results obtained show that FB MSMEs can implement market penetration strategies by creating online stores and websites. Market development strategies can be done through Healthy Store, Retailer and consignment. Product development strategies by creating healthy subscription and journal packages, and diversifying by conducting Healthy Sessions or Workshops. From the four methods above and alternative solutions offered, it can be concluded that the most appropriate strategy to improve competitiveness is to diversify in the form of a Healthy Session or Workshop.

Abstract  In this study, One Village One Product (OVOP) was used to analyze regional development with the aim of advancing the economy of a region through the identification of superior products in the area. The purpose of using One Village One Product (OVOP) is to identify regional superior products, identify market potential and identify regional superior product development strategies using SWOT analysis of Wajik Tapai Melayu food product. The results of this study is that there are several products that can be used as regional superior products in Riau, such as Wajik Tapai Melayu food product. This is also supported by the Government of Riau Province which is now proclaiming the development of tourism objects in Riau to attract more tourists to visit Riau. Adapun tujuan  menggunakan One Village One Product (OVOP) adalah untuk mengidentifikasi terhadap produk unggulan daerah, mengidentifikasi potensi pasar dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan produk unggulan daerah menggunakan analisia SWOT terhadap produk pangan Wajik Tapai Melayu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ada beberapa produk yang bisa dijadikan produk unggulan daerah di Riau salah satunya adalah produk pangan Wajik Tapai Melayu. Hal ini juga didukung oleh Pemerintah Propinsi Riau saat ini mencanangkan pengembangan objek wisata di Riau untuk menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Riau, dengan meningkatnya wisatawan ke Riau akan berdampak terhadap pertumbuhan industri kecil salah satunya produk pangan Wajik Tape Melayu yang juga menjadi Produk Unggulan Daerah di Riau.

Currently, the coffee shop is one of the growing trends in the coffee businesses that are of great interest, not only in Pekanbaru but throughout Indonesia, the existence of a coffee shop business is increasing growth. However, in early 2020, the world faced Covid 19 pandemic that is greatly impacting the life aspects including the coffee shop business. This research aims to know the opportunities and challenges as the reference for the owner to run the business ahead in Covid 29 Pandemic and to be more creative to take advantage of its opportunities and challenges to keep the business survived and to make a profit. The Descriptive qualitative analysis was employed in this research with a SWOT framework. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, it was obtained from observation and in-depth interview related to opportunities and challenges of coffee shop business in Covid 19 Pandemic and also the distribution of the questionnaire. SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix show that the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru is in cell 1 (Grow and Build). Intensive strategy (market penetration, product development, and market development) was the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in this cell part of the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru

Development strategies for small and medium enterprises in Manokwari Regency.Globally, the economic actors should be able to strengthen the capability during the ASEAN Economic Community including small and medium business actors.  Therefore, this paper was intended to analyse and develop the strategies to enhance the capacity of small and medium enterprises in Manokwari Regency.  The primary data concerning the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of 50 small and medium enterprises were obtained systematically by implementing questionnaires and direct interviews to apply the SWOT analysis.  The results revealed that the proper strategies were the growth strategy, market and product development, and market penetration.Persaingan yang ketat antara pelaku ekonomi termaksud pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Manokwari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh usaha kecil menengah yang tercatat di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Manokwari. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 UKM. Data dikumpulkan melalui melalui penyebaran kuisoner dan wawancara langsung terhadap usaha kecil dan menengah. Tehnik analisis data dengan mengunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT untuk melihat strategi yang tepat bagi pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Manokwari.Keywords : Growth strategy, market and product development, and market penetration

This study aimed at formulating the strategy proposed to the District Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok to increase tourist visits. This research is using a qualitative approach within case studies adopted from the research manual. Informants were selected through purposive sampling. Two informants were selected from the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok; namely the Head of Agency and the Field Head of Marketing and Promotion. The research showed that the findings obtained from the analysis using SWOT and data reduction, the tourism in the south coast of Central Lombok has good strength and opportunity. The research recommends that in increasing numbers tourist visits the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok conduct four better strategies namely future integration, market penetration, concentric diversification, and product development. Since there were still problems in Human Resource, the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok should pay more attention to human resources by developing human resource products.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan usulan strategi bagi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus yang diadopsi dari manual penelitian. Informan dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Dua informan dipilih dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah yaitu Kepala Dinas dan Kepala Bidang Pemasaran dan Promosi. Dari temuan penelitian yang telah dianalisa menggunakan alat analisis SWOT kemudian melakukan reduksi data, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, pariwisata di kawasan pantai selatan Lombok Tengah memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang cukup besar, dan penelitian merekomendasikan dalam usaha meningkatkan angka kunjungan wisatawan, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah sebaiknya melakukan empat strategi yaitu Integrasi ke depan, Penetrasi pasar, Diversifikasi Konsentrik, dan Pengembangan Produk. Karena masih terdapat masalah pada SDM, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah harus memberi perhatian lebih terhadap sumber daya manusia dengan melakukan pengembangan produk SDM.Keywords : SWOT Analysis, Strategy Formulation, Strategic management, Tourism

Combining with the characteristics of the transportation enterprise and the literatures, the SWOT analysis method is used to make the environmental analysis, factors determining and the strategic decision. The external environment analysis in environmental analysis uses macro environment PEST analysis method to determine the threats and opportunities, while the internal environment analysis uses the method of enterprise resources determine its internal strengths and weaknesses. Based on that, external evaluation matrix EFE and internal evaluation matrix IFE are set up, and then determine the key factors. Finally set up entirely the SWOT analysis radar map and determine the corresponding strategic focus.

Purpose – An organization’s entrepreneurial orientation will relate directly to its efficiency strategies, market development strategies (growth), and its product development strategies (innovation). A firm will develop appropriate strategic control systems according to these chosen strategies. In order to be competitive and balance efficiency, growth and innovation strategies, the purpose of this paper is to discuss the most appropriate strategic controls to implement these strategies. Design/methodology/approach – The eight variables under study were measured using 22 psychometric survey items obtained from responses of 101 FDIC-registered banks. Findings – The results show a more entrepreneurial orientation is associated with an efficiency strategy, a market development strategy, and a product development strategy. The efficiency strategy was not associated with formal controls, contrary to expectations. A market development strategy was associated with formal rules, but was not found to be associated with formal targets. Finally, product development strategies was associated with all four strategic control archetypes. Research limitations/implications – The limitation of this study is that, it only examined banking institutions, and did not consider long-term financial performance implications. This paper supports and extends current research pertaining to company key success factors. Success requires effectively balancing cost reduction objectives, growth objectives, and innovation objectives, in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. A more entrepreneurial orientation necessitates a focus on innovation, traditional growth patterns, as well as cost cutting. Originality/value – This paper demonstrates that an organization’s entrepreneurial orientation will relate directly to its efficiency, growth, and innovation strategies. Also, it finds the most effective strategic controls to implement these strategies.

Abstract Top House is a small architecture firm located in South Tangerang that focuses on design consultants for low and medium-rise buildings. The preliminary study has been conducted by interviewing the firm’s owner who also acts as the principal architect, to identify company problems. The results showed that the company revenue and net profit decreased significantly by about 20% from 2017 to 2019 and 75% from 2016 to 2019. Moreover, the consultancy service orders became small and decreased from 2015-2019. The decreased revenue and net profit were caused by a poor company and incomprehensive management system. To solve the problem using the external and internal environmental analysis. The external environmental analysis used the PESTEL, Porter Five’s Forces, and competitor analysis. Meanwhile, the internal environmental analysis used the VRIO framework, value chain analysis, and existing Business Model Canvas (BMC). Afterward, the data were summarized in the SWOT table for strategy formulation. It consisted of IE matrix and TOWS matrix as company level strategy and functional level strategy, then the new proposed Business Model Canvas (BMC). Based on the analysis of IE Matrix, the current company classification position is in cluster five. This indicates that the company should implement a hold and maintain business strategy with two options, namely market penetration and product development. Furthermore, pros and cons analysis is used to obtain the best strategy from these options. The company should implement a product development strategy by improving the existing product quality, namely green architectural requirements in the design concept and utilizing BIM technology. The TOWS matrix resulted in 11 functional strategies applied in the marketing, human resources, operations, and financial field.

Amelia Bakery is a business that is engaged in food, especially bread and cakes. Amelia Bakery located Jl.Tukad Sang-sang, Banjar Dinas Sanggulan 2 No.1 Jadi Anyar, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Amelia Bakery produce brownies and muffins. The high competition is one of the factors to carry out product development strategies. The purpose of thisstudy are: 1) To determine theinternal (strengths and weakness) and external (opportunities and threats) factorsfaced in marketing at UD. Amelia Bakery, 2) Determining alternative strategies that can be used for product business development at UD. Amelia Bakery, 3) Determine the priority of product business development strategies at UD. Amelia Bakery. This study uses the SWOT method to determine the alternative strategies used, and TOPSIS to rank these alternatives. The strategies that can be applied in UD. Amelia Bakery Tabanan is a strategy to hold and maintain, where the alternative strategies are as follows: a) Improve product quality, b) Increase the variety or type of product being promoted, c) Maintain consistency of product quality, d) Training for employees, e) Making packaging that is more attractivet.Keywords : UD.
