The basic principle of matter element analysis theory was applied to establish the multi-level extensible evaluation model of advanced public transportation system. First, evaluation index system was established from three aspects, the transit technology level, economic benefit, social benefit and environmental impact. Then, according to the characteristics of evaluation indexes on different levels, entropy method and AHP was respectively used to determine the index weight value. Grade of evaluation was given by calculating relational degrees by layers. Finally, APTS in a city was studied as an example, and improvement measures were put forward. The method is proved to be reasonable and valid.

Evaluation of urban public transportation system plays an important role in developing urban public transportation system. When evaluating urban public transportation system, Support vector machine method can overcome the subjective problem of setting target weight, which is difficult to be solved by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Evaluation index system can be established according to the procurability and the effectiveness of the index. By studying several bus systems, the effectiveness of support vector machine evaluation could be proved, which shows that support vector machine model is applicable for the evaluation of urban public transportation system.

Combined heat and power generation is also called the heating reconstruct project, comprehensive benefit evaluation of heating reconstruction project provide a more scientific basis for project construction and project operation, strengthen scientificalness for decision-making , avoid investing blindly and improve investing returns of the project. To begin with, it is emphasize on the analysis of the project whole, and then established evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model based on financial and non-financial data collecting of the project. At the third, evaluating the financial feasibility, project environmental benefit and social benefit evaluation of the heating reconstruction project. Eventually, it comes to a conclusion for a validation of heating reconstruction project feasibility.

Abstract This article explores and establishes comprehensive evaluation index system of wind power accommodation ability considering microscopic index and macroscopic index, and the index system includes conventional evaluation indexes such as forecast deviation, simultaneity factor and anti-peak rate, also newly introduced evaluation indexes such as installed capacity, power adequacy and accommodation space. Bayesian weight modified method is used for solving index weights of 8 wind power accommodation indexes. The paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation model of wind power accommodation ability based on improved radar chart method, and this model changes traditional radar chart fan-shaped sector to quadrilateral evaluation region, and increasing angle bisector can solve the problem that evaluation results are not unique. It constructs new area and perimeter vectors of radar chart, which make the evaluation results give consideration to level of aggregation and balance degree of evaluation objectives, and case study results show that this model has a certain practical value.

The level and status of disciplines are the important indexes in universities. The evaluation of multiple disciplines plays an important role in the disciplines development. This paper mainly studied the problem of disciplines evaluation in higher education. Firstly, it established the evaluation index system with eight first-grade evaluation indexes, i.e., discipline construction, teaching award, research funding, the scientific research achievement award, team construction, scientific research, talent training, and initial investment, and then used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solve the weight of each index. Thirdly, it established a disciplinary evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and analyzed the rationality of the model. The study in this paper provides a new way for the evaluation of university disciplines.

In the presented work, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the repair and reinforcement technology carried on mortar perfusion machine is constituted by 24 indices. According to expert investigation data, entropy method and maximum membership degree are employed to determine the weight of each index and do comprehensive evaluation respectively. It could be found that the largest social benefit of this technology was achieved under the condition of an excellent overall efficiency. Finally, some policy recommendations are proposed based on the evaluation results of relevant technology.

In order to eliminate the impact of the sample's objective merits on the evaluation results, this research built a two-stage model of Chinese airline competitiveness evaluation to reflect the subjective management and performance. In the first stage, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Factor Analysis (FA) models were used to analyze the data from 2008 to 2009. In the second stage, two kinds of comprehensive evaluation indexes in 2008 were taken as the reference index set, and two kinds of comprehensive evaluation indexes in 2009 as the current index set. The four sets of data were calculated with the Group Decision-making Model Based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with Restraint Cone. This paper has (1) enriched the theory of airline competitiveness,(2) built a more scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of airlines’ competitiveness, (3) constructed a competitiveness evaluation model based on BRE, and (4) conducted an empirical study of the improved model based on the 2008 and 2009 data from 15 Chinese airlines. The ranking results of the proposed method, theory and model coincide with the real conditions of the airline market demonstrating that our evaluation of airline competitiveness based on BRE is accurate, reliable and objective.

Considerable resources are needed when implementing the ERP project, so it is necessary to evaluate its performance. Firstly, the evaluation index system of implementation performance of the ERP project was built, and an Analytic Network Process (ANP) which can fully take the relationship between evaluation indexes into account was employed to determine the index weight. Secondly, an improved matter-element extension model, which can overcome the limitations and inadequacies of traditional matter-element extension model when performing the comprehensive evaluation, was proposed to evaluate the implementation performance of the ERP project. Finally, taking an enterprise's ERP project as an example, a comprehensive evaluation was done, and the empirical analysis result shows that this proposed hybrid evaluation model is feasible and practical.

With the differentiation of the furniture market, there is a growing demand for children’s furniture. The design of children’s furniture must fully consider the special cognition and preference of children, highlight environmental friendliness and health, and benefit the physical and mental development of children. These design objectives are similar to those of green furniture. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately evaluate the quality of green manufacturing, the key link of green furniture production, with the aid of the excellent data processing technique of artificial intelligence (AI). Thus, this paper summarizes the AI applications in quality testing of children’s furniture and statistical analysis on its greenness, and constructs an evaluation model for green manufacturing quality of children’s furniture. Firstly, the authors introduced the architecture of the green manufacturing system for children’s furniture, and analyzed the product lifecycle and environmental pollutions. On this basis, a complete and scientific evaluation index system (EIS) was constructed. Next, the weight coefficients of the goal layer and criteria layer were determined by the entropy method, and the initial evaluation result were provided. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model was established for the green manufacturing quality of children’s furniture, based on backpropagation neural network (BPNN), and genetic algorithm with adaptive mutation (AMGA). The proposed EIS and model were proved effective through experiments. The research results provide a reference for the quality evaluation in other fields.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the transportation system and constructs a multidimensional urban public transportation evaluation index system from the perspective of basic network evaluation. The DEA efficiency evaluation model is constructed based on the perspective of environmental and social issues in transportation systems. Environmental and social issues in transportation systems refer to the differences in the average number of people carried and their technical indicators such as environmental pollution and energy consumption for different modes of transportation, which will also lead to different consumption of natural resources per unit of transportation capacity. The multidimensional public transportation system efficiency evaluation system for different evaluation scenarios provides useful technical ideas and implementation methods. To provide a basis for decision-making for transportation system planning, the operation management can help to further promote the research results in practice.
