Combined with the development status of the green building industry in our country, this paper builds the evaluation index system of green building, and explores the network relationship among the indexes by introducing the network level analysis method, obtaining the weight coefficient of the different level index. Then on the basis of the weight size of each factor it determines the influence degree of each index on green building evaluation index system and the primary factor which has a great influence on green building evaluation index system, so as to provide the basis to find out the green building evaluation index system adapting to various types.

Greening system evaluation index system is built according to some characteristics of green building in the old industrial removed area, and greening system model is established based on system dynamics theory and greening system evaluation index, then the statistical data of Tiexi are used to validate the model, the results prove the model with validity.

Atmospheric concentration of greenhouse gases rising, extreme weather phenomenon happened frequently, those triggered the research and practice of low-carbon economy worldwide. What is the low-carbon economy, how to examine a country have reached a low-carbon economy or not, what the difference among them, and what efforts they made. Unfortunately, those problems have not been a clear answer, and still do not have a comprehensive evaluation index system to comprehensively reflect the connotation and characteristics of the low-carbon economy. Therefore, based on low-carbon economy connotation and using hierarchical analysis method, this paper construct evaluation index system of low-carbon economy and development ability, which include 1 target layer, 5 standard layers and 19 index layers. And then, base on above index system, we also using hierarchical analysis method design a play table for expert, and put play table to 191 experts. According to the analysis results of play table, we assign weight to every indicator. Finally, this paper design evaluation model of low-carbon economy and development ability.

Based on the comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation index system, composed of port resources, tourism resources, fishery resources, space and other resources,was established to evaluate the influence of the intensive using the sea in Caofeidian area on marine resources.The evaluation standard about the influence of the intensive using the sea on marine resources was founded.The comprehensive influence of theintensive using the sea in Caofeidian area on marine resources was evaluated.The results showed that the intensive using the sea in Caofeidian has an certain effect on marine resources and the influence degree is still in the acceptable range.The sea in Caofeidian can be appropriately used for the intensive using the sea. But in comparison,the influence of the intensive using the sea in implementing process is greater than that after the completion of the intensive using the sea. There is difference in the infulence of intensive using the sea on marine resources.The infulence degree on fishery reources is the greatest and reaches unacceptable leve,follwed by the spatial resources.The influence on the port and channel resources and the tourism resources is smaller.

In the process of rapid orientation device design for aquatic inserting piles, piles were fixed position using straight and steady function of the edge piles ahead. Piles were inserted to riverbed inside steel casing without horizontal current velocity. Three kinds of orientation schemes were put forward. To scientifically and accurately choose the best scheme, the evaluation index system was established in the way of expert's mark. The gray relation analysis method was adopted to analyze each scheme, synthesize each factor, and finally educe the optimal scheme.

Abstract Background: The competencies of graduating students in general practice medicine have attracted attention. This study aimed to construct an evaluation index system of competencies for graduating students in general practice medicine and to promote the reform and optimization of training programs for general medicine talent in colleges.Methods: The two-round Delphi method was used to determine the evaluation index system of competencies for graduating students in general practice medicine, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of all levels of elements.Results: The evaluation index system of competencies for graduating students in general practice medicine was established with 3 primary factors, 9 secondary factors and 32 tertiary factors. The Delphi results revealed that the active coefficient of experts was 1 and the authority coefficient was 0.858. The 3 primary factors were knowledge level, job skills and professionalism with weights of 0.1532, 0.4207 and 0.4261, respectively. Among the secondary factors, the top three weight coefficients were professional ethics (0.2614), community practice (0.1526) and communication skills (0.1308). Among tertiary factors, "scientific research" exhibited the lowest value with a weight coefficient of 0.0049.Conclusion: In this study, we constructed an evaluation index system of competencies for graduating students in general practice medicine. The consensus on the content of the competencies of graduating students in general practice medicine suggests that these elements are necessary for those who will become general practitioners. This system can be used as the basis to evaluate the ability of graduating students in general practice medicine and provide guidance for the cultivation and evaluation of general medicine talent.

Fast and accurate threat evaluation (TE) of incoming air targets has a great influence on air defense. In this paper, two new generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (GIFSS) methods are proposed for threat evaluation of air targets. Firstly, the threat evaluation index system is reasonably constructed by analyzing the relative kinematics between the targets and assets, apart from that between the targets and interceptors, which is more reasonable and practical. Secondly, after the threat indexes (TI) are properly obtained, two new aggregation operators for GIFSS are put forward based on the generalized λ-Shapley Choquet integral. The proposed operators not only depict the correlations among the evaluation index but also consider the importance of them globally. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed methods are verified through a numerical simulation including four air targets in different index systems.

Large-scale sports stadiums are an important part of China’s sports stadium system and an important material basis and prerequisite for China’s basic public sports service system. This paper aims to establish the evaluation index system by exploring the utilization of large stadiums and gymnasiums under the background of sustainable development and to provide important reference for the construction and utilization of stadiums and gymnasiums in the future. Using literature methods, quantitative statistics, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and other methods, focusing on sustainable use, this study develops a postgame utilization evaluation system for large stadiums, considering the design, construction, operation, and management of the stadium. This paper identifies 5 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators, and 38 third-level indicators, which mainly included five aspects of comprehensive performance, service level, environmental performance, economic performance, and venue maintenance. The AHP method was used to determine the index weight coefficient, thus forming a sustainable use evaluation index system for the large stadiums. Finally, taking Bengbu Sports Center in Anhui province as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis.

This study summarizes and condenses the core requirements of green road construction in the reconstruction and expansion project, systematically analyzes the three typical representative green road evaluation index systems of GreenRoads, INVEST and Green-LITES. A green highway evaluation index system including 7 first-level indicators, 20 second-level indicators, and 52 third-level indicators has been constructed, The analytic hierarchy process was used to establish a step-level model, the relative importance of each index is determined according to the judgment of experts, and the weight coefficient of each level of index is obtained. In terms of policy requirements, related technology applications, green highway development trends, and the actual construction of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway reconstruction and expansion project, the three-level indicator scoring method was determined. The green highway evaluation index system and evaluation model were used to evaluate the reconstruction and expansion project of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway from Laiwu to Linyi (Lu-Sujie). It was determined that the comprehensive score of the project was 81.2, which reaching an excellent level.
