Fault forecasting model based on dynamic fuzzy synthetically Judging and five units model of forecasting coefficient are built up, and method of selecting coefficient is made certain. On the other hand, this paper put forward technical disposing method of fault judging result, and discusses method of fault pattern recognition. Based on these all establishes important foundation of theory and technology, this system has been successfully adopted in detection, evaluation, and maintenance of large-caliber gun based on states.

In spite of the great importance of cellulose the lignin is considered the second most abundant substance of the wood. However, little attention has been given it, mainly to wood properties. The lignin as well as other structural compounds (cellulose and hemicelluloses), has obviously an important role on the wood properties, probably due its composition and existent bonds. In general lignins have β-O-4 (Alkyl Aril Ether) as majoritary bond. This bond in a continued structure form big molecules with spiral conformation as virtual model. Based on this idea, lignins that have high/low β-O-4 content may have differentiated spiraled structures,suggesting different behaviors on the wood properties,which shows that the lignins (Guaicyl:Syringyl (GS)) of angiosperms, for example, which have higher β-O-4 content would present higher spiral conformation than gymnosperms lignins(HG). On the other hand HG lignins have chance of being more anchored on the matrix compound than GS lignins. In this context, the β-O-4 bonds of lignins possibly affect the wood properties, therefore, it is considered relevant for wood technology science discussion.

Research on the health of mammals invariably shows how dynamic immunology is and how the role of many elements and immune processes of the macroorganism, developed in the process of evolution in protecting against threats, including infections, is changing. Among these elements conditioning the homeostasis of the macroorganism are mitochondria, PRR receptors (pattern recognition receptors) and the phenomenon of autophagy. In the context of physiological and pathological states in the body, mitochondria perform various functions. The primary function of these organelles is to produce energy in the cell, but on the other hand, they are heavily involved in various cellular processes, including ROS production and calcium homeostasis. They are largely involved in the activation of immune mechanisms during infectious and non-infectious conditions through mtDNA and the mitochondrial MAVS protein. Mitochondrial involvement has been also determined in PRR-related mechanisms as mtDNA has the ability to directly stimulate TLRs. On the other hand, mitochondria are also associated with apoptotic cell death and autophagy.

The task of recognition that is based on handwriting characters in the Kurdish language is an interesting study in the area of computer vision and pattern recognition. In the past couple of years, numerous state-of-the-art techniques and methods have been created for pattern recognition. On the other hand, Kurdish language handwriting recognition has been seen to be more difficult when compared to other different languages. The similarities in the properties in Kurdish characters is the primary reason of the great resemblance in the features of Kurdish handwriting characters, therefore the requirement for the recognition process is critical. Consequently, to obtain accurate and precise recognition on the basis of the Kurdish handwriting character, it is crucial for the resemblances in the character properties of Kurdish handwriting to be distinguished. To identify a particular character, the style of character handwriting may be evaluated to enable the implied representation of the hidden unique features of the user’s character. Unique features may guide in recognizing characters that may be important when recognizing the correct character among similar characters. On the other hand, the problem of the resemblances in the properties of handwriting of Kurdish characters were not taken into account ,consequently leaving a high chance of reducing the similarity error for any intra-class (of the same character),with the reduction of the similarity error for any inter-class (of different characters) as well. In order to obtain higher effectiveness, this study uses discretization features for reducing the similarity error for intra-class (of the same character),with the increase of the similarity error for inter-class (of different characters)in recognition of Kurdish Handwriting characters with MAE.

This article relates relevant aspects of business: logistics, innovation, female participation and multicriteria models. One issue that is paying close attention is the participation of women in different social spheres, including business. On the other hand, logistics is related to practically all areas of an organization, which can be visualized, when studying it supported, in the Logistics Model Based on Positions (MoLoBaC). There are other models that interest this work, such as multicriteria models, in particular the multiattribute models with multiplicative factors (MMcFm). Also, companies maintain and prosper thanks to their ability to manage innovation. The confluence of these four fields of knowledge generates the general objective of this research: Use of the different areas of the logistics model based on positions to measure, through a multiattribute model, the female participation in logistics, having as a thread the innovation processes.

Since first patient detected in India in late February, 2020, SARS-CoV-II virus is playing havoc on India. After the first wave, India is now riding the 2nd wave. As was in the case of European countries like Italy and UK, the 2nd wave is more contagious and at the time of writing this paper, the per day infection is as high as 400,000. The alarming thing is it is not uncommon that people is getting infected multiple time. On the other hand, mass vaccination has started step by step. There is also growing danger of potential 3rd wave is unavoidable, which can even infect kids and minors. In this situation, an estimation of the dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 is absolutely necessary to combat the pandemic. We have used a modified SEIRD model, that includes vaccination and repeat infection as well. We have studied India and 8 Indian states with varying SARS-CoV-2 infection. We have shown that, Covid-19 wave will be repeated time to time, but the intensity will slow down with time. In most possible situation, our calculation shows COVID-19 will remain as endemic for foreseeable future, unless we are able to increase our vaccination rate manifold.

This study develops a model which explains the role of specific and global work orientations in predicting extrinsic and intrinsic work attitudes. Four hypotheses were derived from the model, based on the congruence between extrinsic work attitudes and specific orientation on one hand, and between intrinsic work attitudes and global orientation on the other hand. These hypotheses were tested and verified for managers.

What we understand is dependant on how we understand, by what means. With this in mind the electronic communication environment impact can be understood differently. The author singles out and interrelates lineality and simultaneity as the two competing modes of reasoning, whose application leads to strikingly contrasting results. The figure/ground approach, as it is practiced by contemporary researchers, allows to operate in the field more adequately. This fact is very important to know taking into consideration both its managerial potential and the educational promises. To add, the students today are known to be greatly influenced by the synchronous mode of perception and thinking as it is readily offered by electronic gadgets. On the other hand, they are often seen being estranged by the literary establishment's approaches still in use. In other words, there have emerged whole clusters of new problems in this respect both for the teachers and the studies themselves. To deal with them successfully, our task is to increasingly concentrate on renovating our electronic experiences communicating with the students to overcome the forthcoming difficulties in the process of promoting the new educational agenda and getting them adequately prepared for the new challenges of the electronic communication world. At to the notions which may be of great importance with this in mind, they include information retrieval, pattern recognition and interfacing, to name for the beginning just a few of them.

Birds and humans are successful bipedal runners, who have individually evolved bipedalism, but the extent of the similarities and differences of their bipedal locomotion is unknown. In turn, the anatomical differences of their locomotor systems complicate direct comparisons. However, a simplifying mechanical model, such as the conservative spring–mass model, can be used to describe both avian and human running and thus, provides a way to compare the locomotor strategies that birds and humans use when running on level and uneven ground. Although humans run with significantly steeper leg angles at touchdown and stiffer legs when compared with cursorial ground birds, swing-leg adaptations (leg angle and leg length kinematics) used by birds and humans while running appear similar across all types of uneven ground. Nevertheless, owing to morphological restrictions, the crouched avian leg has a greater range of leg angle and leg length adaptations when coping with drops and downward steps than the straight human leg. On the other hand, the straight human leg seems to use leg stiffness adaptation when coping with obstacles and upward steps unlike the crouched avian leg posture.

Although the literature shows a bewildering variety of typologies of representative democracy, the most important distinctions can be subsumed under a basic dichotomy with, on the one hand, a populist-majoritarian model, and on the other hand a liberal/consensual model. That latter model comes in two varieties: a liberal model based on the division of power, and a consensual model based on the sharing of power. The search for the best model is hampered by the fact that so many criteria are biased in favour of a particular model, and by the ambition to find a universally valid answer, ignoring the interaction of the institutional architecture with the structure and culture of society.
