In the wireless network environment, a large number of applications based on cell phone have emerged. But it has appeared some problems such as large amount of data and limited bandwidth and higher quality transmission in the mobile streaming media data transmission. To solve these problems, this paper designs a bandwidth adaptive streaming media real-time synchronization algorithm. Algorithm firstly analysis the state of the network, and then through real-time increase or decrease the factor method to effectively adjust the code flow rate, thus improve the QoS of streaming in transmission; to meet the learners' online learning, for subsequent teaching and interaction provides a good technical support.

When membership queries are evaluated in a set, the performance can be improved by a Bloom filter which is a space-efficient probabilistic data structure. According to its space-efficient character, Bloom Filter presented to address the load balancing problem for streaming media information in Storm system which is free and open source distributed real time computation system. This method increases the server cluster availability by balancing the workloads among the servers within a cluster. Additionally, it improves real time system Storm efficiently in saving the data transmission time and reducing the calculation complexity.

The routing algorithm with load balancing presented in [1] represents the modification of OSPF protocol, which enables the optimization to achieve higher network throughput. In the case of routing with load balancing, packets belonging to the same stream use different paths in the network. This paper analyzes the influence of the difference in packet propagation times on the quality of real-time data transmission. The proposed algorithm was implemented and the simulation network was formed to measure the jitter. .

This paper details the development of an educational and research tool, the Network Performance Application (NPA), which provides real-time network performance measurement through a simulated voice over IP session using live real-time data transmission over packet networks. This application, written in Visual C++ for MS Windows environments, is used to collect Quality of Service (QoS) statistics such as packet loss, end-to-end delay, inter-arrival delay jitter, and out-of-order packet delivery. The paper also demonstrates a practical application using a government standard for VoIP transmissions.

Abstract Background: Although prehospital point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) is gaining in importance, its rapid interpretation remains challenging in prehospital emergency situations. The technical development of remote real-time supervision potentially offers the possibility to support emergency medicine providers during prehospital emergency ultrasound. The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of live data transmission and supervision of prehospital POCUS in an urban environment. Methods: Emergency doctors with moderate ultrasound experience performed prehospital POCUS in emergency cases (n=24) such as trauma, acute dyspnea or cardiac shock using the portable ultrasound device LumifyTM. The ultrasound examination was remotely transmitted to an emergency ultrasound expert in the clinic for real-time supervision via a secure video and audio connection. Technical feasibility as well as quality of communication and live stream were analysed. Results: Prehospital POCUS with remote real-time supervision was successfully performed in 17 patients (71%). In 3 cases, the expert was not available on time and in 1 case remote data transmission was not possible due to connection problems. In 3 cases tele-supervision was restricted to video only due to power saving mode of the tablet. Conclusion: Remote real-time supervision of prehospital POCUS is feasible most of the time with excellent image and communication quality. Real time Streaming Media (Video Streaming) applications are mostly popular on the mobiles and computers using Internet. Due to higher demand of video streaming through wireless network and mobile devices, video are being transmitted through various heterogeneous networks so as to efficiently deliver to the clients devices. This has resulted in the lower quality of real time video, since real time streaming media has quality of parameter requirements like high bandwidth, low packet loss ratio, higher delay and jitter. Streaming media such as video through heterogeneous networks has more challenges due to unreliable wireless networks and device mobility; moreover bandwidth, delay and loss are unknown in advance and are unbounded. In this paper, effective bandwidth prediction through statistical technique over heterogeneous wireless communication networks is proposed. Statistical technique offers computationally efficient bandwidth prediction with reasonably better accuracy. Especially with mobile devices with limited computational power and battery life, necessitates better bandwidth prediction with efficient but computationally simpler algorithms. Bandwidth predictions assist in selecting effective network for video streaming when various heterogeneous networks are available. Detailed bandwidth prediction algorithm is presented with use of quality of service (QoS) parameters data sets available online.

Banks as service providers have to behold to the security of ATM in various regions since CCTV and the existing security officers unable to overcome the problem of ATM damage or burglary maximally. ATM crime monitoring system was created to solve this problem by sending alarms and notifications in real time. The main focus of this paper is to define the data transmission on ATM crime monitoring system using MQTT. MQTT is used on the system as a protocol for sending data from the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller and SIM800L devices to the server. All data from various sensor will be sent in JSON format and Quality of Service (QoS) used in MQTT is level 0. Data transmission using MQTT may filter normal conditions and alert conditions on ATM, data sent using 2 topics in order that the data can be used to send notifications and alarms in real time. In this research, SIM800L circuit configuration, SIM800L programming and MQTT protocol on Arduino IDE, and data transmission testing were carried out. The results of the research are that data transmission is successfully sent in real time and the filtered data is successfully divided into 2 conditions, namely under normal conditions and alert conditions. Further development can be done by replacing QoS with level 1 for the security of the data.

Background: At present, due to the limitation of hardware, software and network transmission performance, the medical diagnosis of medical CT image equipment is easy to be carried out based on the wrong image. In addition, due to the complex structure of human organs and unpredictable lesion location, it is difficult to judge the reliability of medical CT images, spatial localization of the lesion, two-dimensional slice images and shape based on stereotypes. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of medical CT terminal and the image quality has become the key technology to improve the satisfaction of medical diagnosis and treatment. Objective: To improve the work efficiency of medical CT terminal and medical image transmission quality, with the medical CT terminal state and service quality. Methods: Firstly, from the view of throughput, packet loss rate, delay and so on, a QoS aware model for medical CT image transmission has been established. Then, with throughput, packet length, path loss, service area size, access point location, and the number of medical CT terminals, the performance change regulation of the medical CT image transmission is completed and the optimal quality of service guarantee parameters sequence is obtained. Next, the medical CT image big data autonomous collision control scheme is proposed. Results: The experimental and mathematical results verify the real-time performance, reliability, effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed medical CT image transmission anti-collision mechanism. Conclusion: The proposed scheme can satisfy the high-quality high demand for data transmission at the same time, according to a variety of user experience demand and real-time adjustment of medical CT terminal working state, which provides effective data quality assurance and optimization of the network source distribution, and also enhances the quality of medical image data transmission service.
