Based on the best producting plan for multi-objective question, making the simulation model by increasing anti-disruption factors,or increasing the cost and the budget through undertaking the research on the inner system and the outer system's disruption .At the same time drawing the most close scheme by using the classical genetic algorithm for multiple-objective problem. The experiment shows that the system of internal and external factors causing the very different results to the allocation, but increasing the allocation costs and the opportunity costs is necessary in the actual operation.

Most real-world problems require the optimization of multiple objective functions simultaneously, which can conflict with each other. The environment of these problems usually involves imprecise information derived from inaccurate measurements or the variability in decision-makers’ (DMs’) judgments and beliefs, which can lead to unsatisfactory solutions. The imperfect knowledge can be present either in objective functions, restrictions, or decision-maker’s preferences. These optimization problems have been solved using various techniques such as multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs). This paper proposes a new MOEA called NSGA-III-P (non-nominated sorting genetic algorithm III with preferences). The main characteristic of NSGA-III-P is an ordinal multi-criteria classification method for preference integration to guide the algorithm to the region of interest given by the decision-maker’s preferences. Besides, the use of interval analysis allows the expression of preferences with imprecision. The experiments contrasted several versions of the proposed method with the original NSGA-III to analyze different selective pressure induced by the DM’s preferences. In these experiments, the algorithms solved three-objectives instances of the DTLZ problem. The obtained results showed a better approximation to the region of interest for a DM when its preferences are considered.

AbstractIn business, especially basketball experience an increased very rapidly, both in terms of quality and quantity in Yogyakarta. Customer as the facilities and services the user pays the cost, much influenced by several internal and external factors. These factors have a major influence on the process of the customer to pay a fee to join and dues in Basketball Clubs. This type of research is descriptive with mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, population in this study is the Athlete Club Basketball “Sahabat” of Yogyakarta, with the number of 20 people, the study sample was determined by random sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. SPSS.21 using data analysis techniques. While looking at the level of loyalty of respondents to the basketball club Yogyakarta “Sahabat”, 13 of 20 respondents said well (65%) and 7 respondents (35%) had middle loyalty. So from this study showed that customer trust is strongly influenced by the good facilities, appropriate tariffs, staff were nice, the service was very good, and therefore in this study obtained very significant results to customer satisfaction or athletes in the Club Basketball “Sahabat” of Yogyakarta.

The paper investigates the possibility of applying the genetic algorithm NSGA-II to optimize a reinforced concrete retaining wall embedded in saturated silty sand. Multi-objective constrained optimization was performed to minimize the cost, while maximizing the overdesign factors (ODF) against sliding, overturning, and soil bearing resistance. For a given change in ground elevation of 5.0 m, the width of the foundation and the embedment depth were optimized. Comparing the algorithm's performance in the cases of two-objective and three objective optimizations showed that the number of objectives significantly affects its convergence rate. It was also found that the verification of the wall against the sliding yields a lower ODF value than verifications against overturning and soil bearing capacity. Because of that, it is possible to exclude them from the definition of optimization problem. The application of the NSGA-II algorithm has been demonstrated to be an effective tool for determining the set of optimal retaining wall designs.

The cost of a new ship design heavily depends on the principal dimensions of the ship; however, dimensions minimization often conflicts with the minimum oil outflow (in the event of an accidental spill). This study demonstrates one rational methodology for selecting the optimal dimensions and coefficients of form of tankers via the use of a genetic algorithm. Therein, a multi-objective optimization problem was formulated by using two objective attributes in the evaluation of each design, specifically, total cost and mean oil outflow. In addition, a procedure that can be used to balance the designs in terms of weight and useful space is proposed. A genetic algorithm was implemented to search for optimal design parameters and to identify the nondominated Pareto frontier. At the end of this study, three real ships are used as case studies.

The first step in the decision making process for proactive sewer rehabilitation is to assess the condition of conduits. In a risk-based decision context the set of sewers to be inspected first should be identified based on the trade-off between the risk of failures and the cost of inspections. In this paper the most effective inspection works are obtained by solving a multi-objective optimization problem where the total cost of the survey programme and the expected cost of emergency repairs subsequent to blockages and collapses are considered simultaneously. A multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) is used to identify a set of Pareto-optimal inspection programmes. Regardless of the proven effectiveness of the genetic-algorithm approach, the scrutiny of MOGA-based inspection strategies shows that they can differ significantly from each other, even when having comparable costs. A post-processing of MOGA solutions is proposed herein, which allows priority to be assigned to each survey intervention. Results are of practical relevance for decision makers, as they represent the most effective sequence of inspection works to be carried out based on the available funds. The proposed approach is demonstrated on a real large sewer system in the UK.

As the demand for comprehensiveness, accuracy, and data fast return of satellite remote sensing information grows, a hybrid constellation with permanent inter-satellite link becomes an inevitable choice for earth cooperative observation. The models for the objective function for global coverage, regional revisit detained survey duration, spatial resolution, inter-satellite links, and the cost of constellation deployment are established firstly, and the constraints like the ground trace repeating are dealt skillfully. The layered multi-objective optimization frame is designed for solving this problem. The example explains that present models distribute the multiple objective functions and constraints, and the result Pareto solution set can show several performance features of the hybrid satellite constellation, it may support the satellite constellation engineering argumentation and selection on merit.

The location-routing problem is a research area that simultaneously solves location-allocation and vehicle routing issues. It is critical to delivering emergency goods to customers with high reliability. In this paper, reliability in location and routing problems was considered as the probability of failure in depots, vehicles, and routs. The problem has two objectives, minimizing the cost and maximizing the reliability, the latter expressed by minimizing the expected cost of failure. First, a mathematical model of the problem was presented and due to its NP-hard nature, it was solved by a meta-heuristic approach using a NSGA-II algorithm and a discrete multi-objective firefly algorithm. The efficiency of these algorithms was studied through a complete set of examples and it was found that the multi-objective discrete firefly algorithm has a better Diversification Metric (DM) index; the Mean Ideal Distance (MID) and Spacing Metric (SM) indexes are only suitable for small to medium problems, losing their effectiveness for big problems.

Attitudes and behaviors are the unity of a person's character which is formed by habit everyday. Entrepreneurial behavior is influenced by internal and external factors. These factors are ownership rights (property right, PR), abilities / competencies (competency / ability,), and incentives while external factors include the environment thus Attitudes and behavior can be changed by oneself and / or there are environmental pressures / influences. there is an influence from within themselves and from outside the environment to associate then grow indi attitudes and specific behaviors. It is necessary to anticipate small businesses’ difficulties by conducting an empirical study  on  the  entrepreneurial  spirit,  entrepreneurial  values,  and  assessment  of entrepreneurial behavior that may affect the realization of independence efforts. This study  aims to  analyze the  influence of  entrepreneurial spirit  and entrepreneurial values on entrepreneurial behavior to create business independence. The findings show that the entrepreneurial spirit has a direct positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior and positive indirect effect on the business independence.

This essay analyzes the political motivations behind the Jewish Nation-State Bill introduced in the Knesset in November 2014, shedding light on the ascendancy of the Israeli political establishment's radical right wing. It argues that there were both internal and external factors at work and that it is only by examining these thoroughly that the magnitude of the racist agenda currently being promoted can be grasped. The essay also discusses the proposed legislation's long history and the implications of this effort to constitutionalize what amounts to majoritarian despotism in present-day Israel.
