Low carbon economy makes effect on employment. It shows that low carbon is not only a kind of life philosophy. With the development of new energy technology, it has risen to national economic strategy, and may become a new economic growth point. At the same time, the adjustment of energy structure, not only benefits to the sustainable development road of economic development to" green" , and also brings in new hope for improving the current employment situation. The employment situation of college graduates is an important index of social inspection and evaluation of the quality of running a school; it is one of the core competitiveness of schools. Graduate employment status relates to the school reputation directly. This paper studies that how colleges and universities do the employment work of graduates.

Global climate change has become one of the core issues of world governance. Many countries have put forward the goal of carbon neutrality one after another, leading to the intensification of international low-carbon economy competition. To assess the current low-carbon competitiveness among countries, this article constructs an evaluation index system of international low-carbon economy development, and obtains the scores and rankings of countries in energy, society, economy and environment, as well as overall. Taking 20 countries with the highest carbon emissions in the world in 2019 as samples, starting from the concept of low-carbon economy and five evaluation principles, this article selects 40 low-carbon evaluation indicators from five aspects, including economy, society, science and technology, environment, and energy structure. By using the principal component factor analysis method to calculate and test, the four factors, energy factor, society factor, economy factor, and environment factor, are finally extracted to construct the evaluation index system. Results show that South Korea, France, China, Canada, and Germany are among the world’s top five low-carbon economies. The overall competitiveness of China’s low-carbon economy is in a relatively favorable position (3rd overall), with the most outstanding performance in terms of economic strength (1st), but poor performance in terms of social development (9th) and environmental carrying capacity (9th), and the biggest disadvantage in terms of energy structure (13th).

Abstract In this work, the network data envelopment analysis (DEA) model was used to divide the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities into two stages, which makes up for the lack of process measurement in a single DEA model. Also, the relationship between the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in universities and the development of a low-carbon economy was quantitatively analyzed. The research results show that: (1) the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of universities in China is increasing year by year and which is significantly higher in the eastern region than that in the central and western regions. (2) The efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the university promotes the reduction of carbon emission intensity and the development of a low-carbon economy, indicating that the improvement of the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of the university has a good role in promoting the ecological environment protection. However, compared with the developed countries, the quantity and quality of science and technology supply and ecological environment protection in China’s universities are still insufficient. In this regard, the development suggestions are put forward from the aspects of government policy guidance, professional talent cooperation and strengthening the docking between universities and industrial low-carbon economic development. The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of a low-carbon economy by improving the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities, to achieve the goal of ecological environment protection.

Low-carbon economic development strategy of globalization on the construction of deep-seated changes in production methods proposed new requirements. Requiring the construction industry to enhance output level, to improve the output value of profits, and strengthen the quality of the industry, expand the international market, and enhance core competitiveness. In this paper, an in-depth analysis on the challenges posed by low-carbon economy to the construction industry and the issues caused by international financial market volatility was made. And recommendations on strengthening the construction industry production relations, promoting the progress and improvement of the construction industry production methods and leading the sustainable development of the construction industry were proposed.

The low-carbon economy is attention increasingly all over the world, and which has become the best economic mode to cope with global warming. And it is the important way to achieve the low carbon economy, optimize the energy structure through developing the biomass power generation and other new energy. In recent years, the development of biomass power generation in China is rapid, there are also some problems. Therefore, it is necessary to predict the biomass power generation industry development, especially the installed capacity of biomass power generation. In this paper, the authors used the GM (1, 1) model to predict the installed capacity of biomass power generation, which can reveal the evolution of things under the circumstances of less data and less information. The installed capacity prediction from 2011 to 2020 showed that the results given by this model were reliable, and it is feasible to predict the installed capacity of biomass power generation.

Taking the path of sustainable development in Shandong Province, it is inevitable to make “low carbon” transformation and structure adjustment of economy. The development of low-carbon economy in Shandong Province has attained exacting success which provides the base for the “eco-province” construction. Solar energy, nuclear energy could obtain vigorously development as renewable energy sources, and every city has taken developing low-carbon economy as new economic growth points. Although the three main industries continue optimization and upgrading with support of low-carbon, there are still exist some problems, such as irrational industrial structure, low level of technology, simple energy structure and so on. Therefore, it is necessary for Shandong Province to build long-term mechanism of develop low-carbon, readjust industrial structure, develop low-carbon technologies, and research new energy continuously to solve the bottlenecks in restricting “low-carbon economy” development.

Global warming has become the focus of global concern; the development of low-carbon economy will be a profound economic and social change. It must through the implementation of low-carbon education, training low-carbon awareness to solve global warming problem, to develop low-carbon economy, and to realize sustainable development. University as a social organization plays a leading and exemplary role in the construction of low-carbon society. This article has analyzed the problems in the construction of low-carbon campus from the current situation, and put forward the countermeasures of constructing low-carbon campus.

In the context of the increasingly severe global greenhouse effect, the “14th Five-Year Plan” proposes to “promote green development and promote harmonious coexistence between man and nature”, which provides a new platform for the faster and better development of low-carbon countries. The low-carbon economy has entered a high-quality stage of China’s economic development in the new era, which is of great significance to the overall green transformation of China’s economic and social development. In order to assess the development level of China’s low-carbon economy, this paper estimates the carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity of energy consumption from 2008 to 2017 and applies the LMDI model to decompose the influencing factors of carbon emissions, analyzes the contribution rate of driving factors, and proposes energy saving, emission reduction and low carbon. Developmental countermeasures. The results show that economic growth and energy intensity are the biggest driving factors for promoting and suppressing carbon emissions, respectively. Measures are taken to improve energy structure, increase utilization efficiency, develop low-carbon industries, and promote low-carbon life.

It is the strategic choice of sustainable social development to develop low-carbon economy in Jiangxi province. The healthy and orderly development of low-carbon economy depends on the adjustment of industrial structure, energy structure and consumption structure. It also depends on the support of policies, regulations and low-carbon technologies. Some development strategies of low-carbon economy in Jiangxi province were put forward in this paper. The development strategies include adjusting and optimizing industrial structure for building a low-carbon industrial system; optimizing energy use structure to develop low-carbon clean energy; promoting recycling economy for the development of low-carbon economy; planning and constructing experimental area to carry out the pilot and demonstration of low-carbon economy; strengthening intercommunion and co-operation to develop low-carbon technologies; constructing low-carbon culture to guide low-carbon consumption; planting tree and forestation to enhance the carbon sequestration function; improving policies and regulations to support low-carbon economy development.

This thesis is focused on the relationship between the low-carbon performance indicator and financial performance indicator of the oil enterprise with social responsibility from the case of the CNPC. In the short run, the role of environment protection assumed by the oil enterprise will cause the extra cost and subsequent lower financial performance. After the correlation analysis of CSR report of CNPC from 2006 to 2011, the result shows that taking social responsibility, developing low-carbon economy, improving the efficiency of energy utilization and cleaning the energy structure will bring positive influence on the enterprise financial performance. Therefore, in the long run, there is a significant correlation between the low-carbon performance indicator and financial performance.
