In order to comprehensively control the gas of 1151(3) fully mechanized caving face in Xieqiao coalmine scientificly and efficiently, combining the actual situation of the face, gas drainage technologies such as roof drilling, drilling along seam, gas drainage in upper corner, roof drainage roadway had been applied and a comprehensive gas control system was formed gradually. Gas problems of the face have been solved completely and safety and high efficiency of the workface has been ensured.

Basing on the problems of residual coal in goaf in fully mechanized caving face in hard desorbing coal seam, high content of residual gas, large gas emission, serious gas overrun in return airflow corner and vitiated air, combing the actual situation in 3-219 fully mechanized caving face, the paper has adopted adjacent goaf drainage, drainage in gas drainage technology, formed a low investment cost and effective gas control technology and ensured the safe and efficient production in coal face and has a certain reference to control gas of fully mechanized caving face in hard desorbing coal seam.

In order to solve the problems of low gas drainage rate and long drainage time in thick coal seam with low permeability, ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology was applied in the test. The practice shows that after adopting the ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting, the gas drainage rate is greatly improved, the time for reaching the standard of drainage is shortened, and the difficult problem of gas control in the mining face of thick coal seam is solved, which provides technical guidance for high-efficiency gas control in thick coal seam with similar conditions in mining area.

Under the action of unstable disturbance stress, the stress concentration and roadway deformation are serious when tunneling along the goaf with small pillar while the adjacent working face is mining. This leads to the abnormal gas discharge and the increase of gas emission, and the effectiveness of gas drainage is reduced. In order to eliminate the threat of gas, the dynamic gas control technology of tunneling along the goaf with small pillar under unstable disturbance stress has been researched. The main sources of loads are confirmed by the analysis of dynamic and static loads. Combined with the force analysis of roadway and pillar, the stress superposition level is affected by the relative location of heading face and working face, and the regional characteristics. The measured surrounding rock deformation of A4007 return roadway heading face fits the theoretical analysis and pressure step of working face. The dynamic gas control technology is researched from the aspects of air volume, high-level gas drainage and goaf drainage, and applied in A4007 working face. The gas has been well controlled with the gas concentration of top corner of 0.62% and gas concentration of return current of 0.35%. As a result of the flow control, the gas drainage has not casused spontaneous combustion.

The current roadheader automatic cutting technology has been relatively mature, the pose error elimination control technology has become a research hotspot. Pitch pose error of roadheader is too large will cause automatic excavating cut roof or floor, and will make the machine lose its stability. According to the movement way and the work requirements of roadheader, this paper put forward the control method of controlling shovel plate and back support to eliminate the impact of pitching pose error , and the corresponding sensors were selected based on the actual situation. According to the kinematics analysis of shovel plate and back support, the specific control method of the research was completed. The above system has been tested on EBZ200 type roadheader and testing results is good. The study of this system is a part of the pose error elimination control for roadheader, which will lay a foundation for the detection of roadheader pose and directional tunneling.

In order to ensure the stably operation for centrifuge, this paper presents a new speed regulation method based on the vector control technology, and designs the control system with the inverter for the centrifuge. The paper introduces the fundamental principal of vector control, and analyses the power and torque required for the centrifuge from the result of the calculation and simulation. At last, the paper shows the result the application of the vector control technology in centrifuge. The result shows that the vector control speed regulation system is simple, reliable, and its acceleration stability is very high. The analysis can also provide a reference for similar centrifuge design personnel

Designed the control system policy for automobile electric seat using fuzzy control technology, therefore established its control model by Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, and carried on the off-line simulation to choose controller's optimum control parameters. From the dynamic viewpoint, the auto electric seat adjustment system is not only a complex nonlinear function which includes the location of the DC servo motor and the speed, but also contains serious nonlinear coupling interference, so the system is a highly nonlinear strong coupling, variable multivariable system. Application of traditional control methods (such as traditional PID) is difficult to meet its order requirements, so the research is highly robust method of intelligent control is an effective way to solve the problem. Fuzzy control technology has become the field in which drawn greater attention and researched in recent years. It doesn’t depend on the mathematical model of controlled object, has a good robustness, and nonlinear control characteristics, so it is an effective means to control the object with time-varying, non- linear parameters. In this paper, fuzzy control technology to achieve the orders of auto electric seat adjustment control system functions in the Literature [1], and the tracking of the system was simulated.
