Based on the flammability requirements of toy and textile product in Entry-Exit Inspection, design and development the automation tester of flammability combined with PLC control technology, high-performance and fine-segmentation driver as well as step-in motor. It demonstrated the tester machinery design, work principle, control system and programming of software. It is pointed out the tester can settle for testing requirement of International standard toy safety, and also settle for testing requirement of International standard textile safety.

This paper designed a control system for the full-automatic flap disc production machine, the whole control system was designed based on high-performance PLC of Mitsubishi Q series, QD75P positioning module, servo motor of Mitsubishi HF series and other advanced industrial control technology. The control system realizes the target of precise positioning and high-speed responding, and the hardware and software of control system has a stable performance.

This paper describes a method that reform the backward control system of annealing tin machine with the PLC control technology, and designs of hardware and software of the machine so that the machine have a good man-machine automatic control system. The paper focuses on the development of automatic program based on PLC, home return program, alarm program and protection program. The result shows that this control system is reliable, stable and high precision when it is used to the machine, and improving the competitiveness of the machine in the industry greatly.

During the design and manufacture of hydraulic system, valve block of processing is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and its easy to make a mistake. In this paper, a simple numerical control system based on PLC control to solve the practical engineering problem is studied. An automatic positioning based on parameters of holes which are drawn by AutoCAD and an automatic machining of holes can be realized by the control system. Its also discussed that the method and process of the design of software and hardware.

Based on computer and PLC control technology, the control system for electron beam welder has been studied in this paper. By using PLC control technology to implement the intelligent control (IC) in welding process and adopting the high-frequency inverter technology, to realize the high-voltage interlock protection, the quality of electron beam current spot as well as the welding technology has been improved. Concerning the requirements on the technical and process, the design of computer communication and PLC application software demonstrate the feasibility of this method.

The control system for universal copy manipulator is designed based on combining PLC control technology and Kingview6.55 configuration software technology in this paper.According to the control requirements of control system,the PLC control design of control system and the design of configuration function are elaborated,and the synchronized monitoring of configuration technology for manipulator is also realized.By running test, the design of system structure is reasonable, stable running, and can work good synchronization with actual manipulator.

The main objective of this PIC-based excitation control system is to control the terminal voltage by adjusting the generator exciter voltage. Unlike the conventional control system, the PIC-based excitation control system is constructed to reduce the number of components and thus the amount of design work and wiring required for the system. As a consequence, this is constructed to be low cost and high performance. In this work, this design is based on the construction of switched mode power supply (SMPS). MOSFET IRF840 is used as switching element to control the field excitation through the field coil. PIC16F628 microcontroller is used as excitation controller and performs the modulator function in firmware. In this modulator function, Pulse Skipping Modulation (PSM) which generates train of pulses to turn IRF840 (switching device) on/off in order to reach the desired output voltage of the generator is used. In the PIC-based excitation control system, PIC microcontroller senses the feedback voltage and compares this voltage with reference voltage by using onboard reference and two comparators. In this control system, PIC microcontroller generates a train of pulses to turn MOSFET (IRF840) on/off to control the field excitation of the generator. This excitation control system provides 10% voltage regulation from no load and provides the continuous maximum current up to 8A at maximum rating of 32, 63, 125 and 250 Vdc.
