In recent years, green buildings have been paid more and more attention. However, in the application, China's green building evaluation criteria still has some flaws. The paper aims at giving a summary of the definition and properties of green building. It is to analyze the characteristics of the current situation of the green building rating standards in our country and in view of our countrys bottlenecks and difficulties in the field of applicability at present, a countermeasure analysis will be made and relevant solutions put forward.

Green building evaluation standards provide references for green building design. This paper did comparative and empirical research on evaluation points and design strategies of Chinese Green Building Evaluation Standard and American LEED-NC 2009, and analyzed the differences between their orientation and applicability. The conclusion shows that the strategy of GBES is more suitable for local green buildings in China.

At present, there is no perfect theoretical system for the technical and economic evaluation of green buildings. According to the life cycle assessment, cost/benefit analysis theory, etc., based on the evaluation index of the national standard “Green Building Evaluation Standard”, the technical and economic evaluation system of green building is established, and the technical and economic evaluation of green building is carried out by way of example. Improve the evaluation index system of green buildings.

In recent years, the construction industry has been searching for intra-industry development methods, developing new technologies as well as introducing new equipment and environment-friendly materials, etc., and the arising of green buildings has brought new opportunities to the development of construction industry. Therefore, this study was designed to analyze the engineering management system of green buildings, as well as explore the development mode, engineering design evaluation and construction management methods in the management of green buildings. The development of construction engineering is connected with the multiple relations among the government, developers and consumers. The government restrains behaviors of developers through policy control, thus to promote development activities. However, market promotion should be based on consumers’ demand and purchase intension. Therefore, according to the game analysis between the government and developers, this study discussed the development management mechanism of construction engineering; combining with the development status of Chinese construction industry, four kinds of designing schemes of construction engineering were established, and the optimal scheme was selected according to the evaluation criteria of engineering construction products, thus to lower the construction costs; finally, based on the static game analysis of incomplete information of contractors, the choice mechanism of green construction contractors was put forward.

The development of economy and society has resulted in an unstoppable and growing consumption of natural resources and the degradation of the environment. Social problems and environmental degradation are the result of these developments. Balancing social, environment and economic is the goal of sustainable development. Many countries have developed environmental assessment standards to support sustainable development concept. This paper presents a comparative study of nine (9) green building evaluation standards from both developed and developing countries to find similarities and differences in order to make future improvement on each standard to fulfill sustainable development concept. The comparison is done by reorganize criteria listed in those standards to match BREEAM evaluation criteria for ease of study. The study found that most building evaluation systems focuses mainly on environment and then economic while pay less attention on social side and most criteria gives higher emphasis to energy and environmental mitigation issues with "proactive" measures. The future development of evaluation standard, social impact need to be improved and minimization of building material use need to be preventive more than reactive management. "This paper is the revised version of the paper that has been published in the proceedings of the Creative Construction Conference 2018 (Luangcharoenrat and Intrachooto, 2018)."

Hospitals are the major contributor to environmental corruption and the biggest drain onenergy in their life cycle because they are complex, multifunctional giant facilities. Several recent studieshave been carried out to find the most suitable solutions to reduce energy consumption provide it on-siteand contribute to supporting economic, environmental and social aspects. The reason for the slowmovement of green buildings for hospitals is to focus on a suitable design for the complex function thatdeals with the local climate, natural resources, economy and cultural values and avoid the one-size-fits alldesign. This made the solutions used multiple and varied, different for greening of the hospital and put theresearch in the absence of a clear perception of the mechanisms of the application of green architecture inhospitals and this identified the problem of research. Therefore, the study looked at an analytical study ofexisting project models designed according to the strategies and standards of green architecture todetermine the strategies adopted in each project, and by adopting the analytical method after determiningthe strategy used in each building to achieve the green architecture and then comparing them according tothe standards adopted using the global LEED system Green Building Council. The results that will bereached are the mechanisms of applying Green Architecture to Hospitals.

The development of green buildings has become a global issue as global climate change is gradually becoming a serious concern for the future. Government buildings can be categorized as buildings that must comply with green building requirements, because they consume energy, water and other resources with large quantities. The absence of guidelines in maintenance and repair of government buildings will have an impact on the security and comfort of building users. In addition, the absence of guidance regarding the material specifications used will also result in a material stock system for maintenance and repair being ineffective. This study discusses the development of implementation guidelines for maintenance, reparation and determine material specifications for mechanical components design in government own green buildings based on work breakdown structure. This research will detail starting from the sub work section, work package, alternative design, implementation requirements, activities, resources and material specifications. With the implementation guidelines for maintenance, reparation and determine material specifications for mechanical components design in government own green buildings based on work breakdown structure (WBS) expected maintenance and reparation of government buildings can be implemented maximally, according to specifications and functions.
