This study explores the various tactics sustainable entrepreneurs use to meet the challenges associated with creating social and environmental solutions. Although often theorized as market imperfections, in this study, opportunities are considered as situations that allow things to be done differently within social settings. This approach opens up for research into the everyday practice of sustainable entrepreneurship and how sustainable entrepreneurs strive to find new solutions to counteract ecological degradation. To develop this view, I analyze the different entrepreneurial tactics actors employ to advance green architecture in the Danish construction industry. Rather than place an analytic emphasis on the end result of sustainable entrepreneurship, I suggest that the processes of developing solutions aimed at generating simultaneous economic, social and environmental value might warrant greater attention.

The article is devoted to the problems of landscape theaters architecture formation on the territory of Ukraine in the realities which have developed in the course of typology development and an arrangement of the cultural data and entertaining and leisure establishments in modern conditions. The article examines the specifics of the landscape theaters location depending on the functional purpose, capacity of the auditorium and attendance level of various theatrical performances in the open air in Ukraine. Based on the results of professional questionnaires and analysis of statistical data on the theater and concert network in Ukraine, the author proposes 15 factors that shape the modern architecture of Ukrainian landscape theaters. The author investigates how these factors modify the spectator environment and shows the tools and techniques that allow you to create a harmonious space of the theater. The list of the above factors influencing the formation of the landscape theaters architecture in Ukraine should include such factors as: the capacity of the auditorium; functional purpose of the building; location of the theater; the mode of the auditorium openness and stage; special conditions of the open-air theater location zone. In addition, the author investigates the following factors in the formation of landscape theaters architecture, such as: organizational schemes of the stage; the configuration of the amphitheater in relation to the stage; ways to evacuate visitors from the auditorium in case of emergencies; determination of the optimal angle of the auditorium; architectural and constructive solution of the theater location (on a natural or anthropogenic basis). The author analyzes the influence on the formation of the landscape theaters architecture due to the system of the stage layout and arrangement; when using special technological techniques and technical means; by considering the mobility of the theater; under the conditions of synthesis at the location of the stage relative to the spectator amphitheater; using the means of green architecture and design solutions in the organization of theater space.

Abstract Nowadays, due to high external temperatures, the topic of cooling is very actual. However, cooling buildings is energy intensive. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on more than one method of cooling. We can say that cooling can be provided in 2 ways. By building services and by architectural design. For existing buildings, we cannot change the shape and orientation of the building. But we can change the composition of structures. Green architecture is often mentioned in this area. Therefore, the aim of this research is to interconnect these two areas and determine the influence of vegetative roof on the radiant cooling and heating systems. This connection shows us how the design will affect the HVAC systems.

Student dormitories are the residential neighborhood as student residences during their lectures. The dorms are increasing as students access different regions to study at a university. Medan city has several dorms which one is of Medan State University. This student dormitory is a special dormitory for male students of Medan State University who come from areas in North Sumatra. The condition of the dormitories is considered inadequate as a Student dormitories capacity is less than required. The existing student dormitory facilities are not complete for student dormitory facilities. It is necessary to design the male student dormitory of Medan State University. In this design, the Medan State University male student dormitory requires additional supporting facilities around the student dormitory and good building conditions. The location of the building is in the educational Area on Jalan William Iskandar Pasar V, New Memories, Percut Sei Tuan. The Male Student Dormitories applies green architecture with a basic concept approach to land use which is considered to respect every criterion contained in the land, made as comfortable as possible, responsive to the factors evaluated at the construction site.

Simanindo is one of the priority areas that is the heart of tourist destinations on Lake Toba because of the potential for beautiful landscapes, cultural heritage, and city landmarks that show the existence of Toba Batak culture. In terms of the education sector, Simanindo residents generally complete primary and secondary education. This is because the educational infrastructure in the Simanindo sub-district is inadequate. Boarding schools can be a solution to educational problems in Simanindo District with a design concept that uses a green architectural approach to create a school that is energy efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly. The data collection method used is qualitative that collects the data and information about the condition directly from the community about the behavior observed in the region thoroughly, a field survey and then clarified with image and video documentation, as well as by collecting secondary data through studies and case study literature. Boarding School in Simanindo, Samosir Regency as an energy efficient and environmentally friendly school by maximizing the use of natural lighting and ventilation, reducing the use of chemicals, and maximizing the use of local vegetation in accordance with the context of the surrounding environment which is dominated by the function of green open spaces. This research is expected to be able to explain the application of green architecture in educational buildings that can create energy-efficient buildings and follow the cultural context in the surrounding environment.

Abstract Sustainability is a global problem, and architecture can contribute through vernacular architecture. To find out the potential of vernacular architecture to contribute, it is necessary to study sustainable architecture in vernacular houses. In this study, an investigation of sustainable architecture in Bugis vernacular houses will be carried out with a case study of the Tenun Tourism Village. We find that to contribute to the field of architecture, an approach through the concept of sustainable architecture is needed, one of which is green architecture. Thus, we conclude that there is a need for a sustainable architectural investigation of Bugis vernacular houses with green architecture approach and through the assessment of EDGE indicators. The results of this study indicate that the Bugis vernacular architecture in the Tenun Tourism Village can contribute to the issue of sustainability. However, it needs some renovations and additional technology. In addition, the material efficiency can still be maintained even though the material is replaced with the latest material.

Abstract In new residential structures and green architecture, it is necessary to maintain the heat of the internal environment to an appropriate level throughout winter conditions with low electricity usage. This work is thus intended to produce environmentally acceptable isolation substances (organic material). Lignocellular biomass, which is also referred to as Poaceae common reed and Phragmites australis and straw, were used as organic material in this study. During testing of its performance under controlled settings, the insulating effectiveness of these organic compounds was assessed. The exploratory project comprises three forms of isolation: organic made from straw and reed, industrial isolation (fibreglass), and brickwork without insulation. An infrared sensor was used to calculate the quality of isolation. For each isolation situation, the temperature characteristic was produced. The findings show that fibreglass was equivalent to the effectiveness of the organic isolation. Furthermore, the efficiency difference was 0. 84 percent comparing the industrial and organic isolation substances, which shows that Lignocellusic Biomass is a viable environmental-friendly replacement to industrial isolation substances.

Recently, green structures turned into a huge path to an economic future. Green building outlines include finding the harmony between agreeable home living and a maintainable environment. Furthermore, the usage of modern technologies is seen as part of greener construction changes to make the urban environment more viable. This paper introduces an exhaustive state-of-art review and current practices to look for the ideal green arrangement’s models, procedures, and parameters utilizing the genetic algorithms innovations to help for settling on the most ideal choice from various options. The integrated Genetic Algorithm (GA) along with the Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm strategy GA-NSGA-II is considered to be more accurate for predicting a viable future. The above methodology is widely relevant for its humility, ease of execution, and enormous durability. Besides other approaches, the GA was incorporated as well as the Neural Network (NN), Simulated Annealing (SA), Fuzzy Set theory, decision-making multicriteria, and multi-objective programming. The most fashionable methods are moderately the embedded GA-NSGA-II approaches. This paper gives an outline of the capability of GA-based MOO in supporting the advancement of methodologies of the techniques and parameters to find the best solution for the building decision-making cycle. The GA combined schemes can fulfill all the requirements for finding the optimality in the case of multi-objective problem-solving.
