By analyzing the poultry product processing procedure, this paper proposes the system design of a kind of poultry processing quality traceable data collection and transmission system and the details about the system hardware and software design. The system builds the data collection nodes platform which solves the data diversity issues. Based on the features in the production procedures of the poultry production enterprises, the system designs the datasets to ensure the connection among the servers and the end clients, and the connection among the servers and collection nodes to solve the issue of trace time. The system test illustrates the system can ensure the high accuracy of the data collection and transmission in the poultry production and circulation with practical values.

This research aimsto produce a village web-based information system design in Manulondo Village. This application contains the design of a village information system including village profiles, population information, and village potential information. This research uses the method waterfall. The research stages include data collection, analysis, design, coding, implementation testing. The trial using BlackBox Testing. That is by testing the user interface system to find out whether the user interface contained in this application can function properly as expected. That results of the software design in the form of a web-based Manulondo Village information system, consist of, serach for population information an village potential information.

Considering the pollution on the environment using dynamite source in oil and gas exploration, harm and damage to people and building, the vehicle mounted hammer source which can replace dynamite source is presented. This paper describes briefly the basic structure and working principles of the vehicle mounted hammer source. A typical pneumatic circuit is researched and designed. And the pneumatic circuit is designed with the powerful functions of PLC, the hardware and software design are introduced. The system has advantages of strong striking force, high velocity, small gas consumption, simple structure and convenient control.

This article studies the embedded SPC and its application in roundness measuring system by analyzing the current roundness measurement principle and technology. With analyzing the process of data collection, date treatment and various kinds of tool graphic construction, we study the feasibility of integrating SPC into roundness measurement and finally apply the embedded SPC as pure software into roundness measuring system. We design the roundness measuring system based on embedded SPC and develop the roundness measuring system of low power consumption, high accuracy and easy application, which is suitable for industry field usage.

AbstractAdvanced, direct thermal energy conversion technologies are receiving increased research attention in order to recover waste thermal energy in advanced vehicles and industrial processes. Advanced thermoelectric (TE) systems necessarily require integrated system-level analyses to establish accurate optimum system designs. Past system-level design and analysis has relied on well-defined deterministic input parameters even though many critically important environmental and system design parameters in the above mentioned applications are often randomly variable, sometimes according to complex relationships, rather than discrete, well-known deterministic variables. This work describes new research and development creating techniques and capabilities for probabilistic design and analysis of advanced TE power generation systems to quantify the effects of randomly uncertain design inputs in determining more robust optimum TE system designs and expected outputs. Selected case studies involving stochastic TE .material properties demonstrate key stochastic material impacts on power, optimum TE area, specific power, and power flux in the TE design optimization process. Magnitudes and directions of these design modifications are quantified for selected TE system design analysis cases.

An intelligent thermometer system design is presented in this paper. There are temperature sensor module, data collection module, data processing module, keyboard number tube module, voice module and LCD display module in this system. Due to excellent performance of temperature sensor, temperature sensor is used in system to obtain the temperature, transform the voltage, amplify OP precisely, and get 12 bits accuracy of samples. In order to make the system interface friendly, embedded software is developed to realize such functions as alarm temperature settings, LED screen display, audio playback and so on.

Salmonella are widely found in the poultry industry, which subsequently may pose a risk to animal and human health. The aim of this review is to highlight strategies for the prevention and control of Salmonella at each stage in the poultry production chain by monitoring risks from the farm to the retailer. Among the primary approaches for control of Salmonella at the farm level includes the administration of synthetic and natural compounds to live chickens (vaccination and antibiotic), litter management as well as fortification of feed and acidification of drinking water. In the poultry processing plant, multiple hurdle technology and different chilling conditions to reduce Salmonella were discussed. In the retail level, an effective monitoring program to control Salmonella contamination by good manufacturing practices and hazard analysis and critical control points has been reviewed. Overall, we conclude that these approaches play a role in reducing the dissemination of Salmonella in the poultry industry. However, there is no published data related to logistic scheduling of poultry processing.

As the developing of the automatic manipulate control technique of automobile, the research and development of Automated Transmission have abstracted more and more attention. In numerous Automated Transmission productions, AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission) plays an absolutely important role. This system is a AMT data collection system based on electro-hydraulic control. According to the design of the system software program, we can collect and analyze the data of driving, and then mark the electro-hydraulic valve. This paper designs and realizes the total structure of data collection and processing system, analyses and designs the function of all modules elaborately. It is the summary of the front period work of the whole AMT system, and is the foundation of the work of function realization and running and debugging of AMT system.
