Abstract. As a professional translator to flourish in the country, translation teaching reform is imperative. In-depth study of the reform is inseparable from the translation teaching translation capabilities, but also inseparable network technology and auxiliary and support modern educational technology. To develop students ability to translate as a starting point, in retrospect ability to translate research results, based on the analysis of the composition and its ability to translate the translation component of the ability learned characteristics, discusses the role and significance of various internet platforms Ability to translate ingredients, proposed translation capacity Internet-based training model.

- This article contains a reflection that intends to assert the heuristic fertility of integrating common procedural models with analysis of deviant cases. This analysis was originally proposed by Paul F. Lazarsfeld and promoted between the '40s and the '60s at Columbia School, without much impact on quantitative social research circles. Deviant cases are cases that do not display expected behaviour or attitudes. Instead of considering deviant cases irrelevant because they are residual, this procedural strategy accentuates their importance and promotes an in-depth study to maximize data quality and support interpretation processes of research results.

This research is motivated by the need for the design and implementation of training model for the development of interaction and communication of children with autism that is effective according to the needs of the institution and the field. The formulation of the problem is "what kind of training model that suits the needs of teacher competence improvement in developing interaction and communication skills of children with autism disorder?". This research uses Research and Development (R & D) model of Dugan Laird model. This research uses purposive sampling which involves all respondents of alumni of related training. Data were analyzed using t-test and qualitative analysis. The conclusions are: (1) based on the result of the test on the data of the alumni of training perception on his own competence and the implementation of the training result in their schools, the result of the test shows that the autistic training conducted in Bandung is more effective than the previous two training, Medan and Semarang training. (2) The resulting training design model is assumed to be more effective than the previous training design because it has the clarity of the program structure and its evaluation system.

Because of the melding of the NSDC standards and the eMINTS program, this research may provide valuable insight to stakeholders involved at all levels: adoption, design, and implementation of educational technology professional development. Further research into eMINTS’ strengths (use of train-the-trainer model), as well as weaknesses (inability to customize training), could provide the organization with the information needed to strengthen the program and thus increase the number of teachers trained to integrate technology in the classroom.

Taking advantage of the rapid evolution of educational technology, simulations and games have been embodied in a variety of teaching and learning procedures. To a large extent, their effectiveness, in common with the effectiveness of all instructional design relies on how material and activities are optimally organized. That organization should be determined by the nature of human cognitive architecture when dealing with complex, biologically secondary information. Cognitive load theory has been devised to deal with such knowledge. Therefore, embodied simulations and serious games should take evidence-based cognitive load principles into account in both design and implementation.

Television industrial organization is probably more complex than in other media industries. Reasons behind include that it is newer than others, it is highly regulated and because many changes have taken place in a short time period. In particular, public service television deserves an in-depth study. This is the starting point of this piece of research, which is applied to children as an audience of a growing complex and competitive market. In doing so, this study focuses on public service broadcasters of three European countries: the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. A correlation analysis of these three cases will be made and the main hypothesis is that the content of all three channels and their audience profiles is quite similar. It will be implemented by Research Group on Digital Information and Communication (GICID, University of Zaragoza) and Research and Learning of Media and Communications Management (MediaCom, Complutense University of Madrid).
