Some manufacturers of 3D digitizing systems are developing and market more accurate, fastest and affordable systems of fringe projection based on blue light technology. The aim of the present work is the determination of the quality and accuracy of the data provided by the LED structured light scanner Comet L3D (Steinbichler). The quality and accuracy of the cloud of points produced by the scanner is determined by measuring a number of gauge blocks of different sizes. The accuracy range of the scanner has been established through multiple digitizations showing the dependence on different factors such as the characteristics of the object and scanning procedure. Although many factors influence, accuracies announced by manufacturer have been achieved under optimal conditions and it has been noted that the quality of the point clouds (density, noise, dispersion of points) provided by this system is higher than that obtained with laser technology devices.

Fringe projection systems gain in importance in manufacturing quality control due to their multiple advantages. However, determination of an optimal inspection setup – including sighting- and positioning-strategy and configuration of the sensor – is a challenging task. There is no standardized, methodical approach established yet. Thus the success of an inspection depends on the skills and diligence of the inspection planner. This paper shows an approach for the reduction of these shortfalls. Therefore a software-tool was developed, which provides a simulation-based, task-sensitive and automatic optimization of inspection setups. Fundament for the simulation of the measurement is a continuous model. Thus the measurement result and the quality of a chosen inspection setup can be simulated. Based on this, algorithms for the multi-criteria-optimization of inspection setups were implemented.

Accuracy analysis of replenishment diagnosis codes on the document medical records is very important because if the diagnosis code is not right or not in accordance with the ICD-10, it can cause a decline in the quality of care in hospitals as well as the influence of data, information reporting, and accuracy rates of INA-CBG's that are currently used as a method of payment for patient care. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accuracy of diagnosis codes acute gastroenteritis disease in hospitalized patients by medical record documents in the first quarter of 2015 in the Balung Hospital Jember. This research used qualitative data. Acquisition of data from this study through interviews and observations. Results obtained from the observation of medical record documents at the inpatient unit in the first quarter 2015 in Balung Hospital Jember, there are some numbers determining the accuracy of disease diagnosis codes as many as 17 medical record documents with acute gastroenteritis illness and the determination of improper diagnosis codes as many as 63 medical records document acute gastroenteritis illness. After analyzing, the cause of the problem is the accuracy of the diagnosis that affects the accuracy of writing code, beside it has never been disseminated to physicians and medical records personnel related to the management of medical records. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out activities that can improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis code and quality of human resources, among others, include doctors and medical records personnel in training and socialization related to the management of medical records. Key Words : Diagnosis codes , medical record, acute gastroenteritis

The main goal of our research was to design and implement an innovative target that would be suitable for accurately registering point clouds produced from unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) images and terrestrial laser scans. Our new target is composed of three perpendicular planes that combine the properties of plane and volume targets. The new target enables the precise determination of reference target points in aerial and terrestrial point clouds. Different types of commonly used plane and volume targets as well as the new target were placed in an established test area in order to evaluate their performance. The targets were scanned from multiple scanner stations and surveyed with an unmanned aerial vehicle DJI Phantom 4 PRO at three different altitudes (20, 40, and 75 m). The reference data were measured with a Leica Nova MS50 MultiStation. Several registrations were performed, each time with a different target. The quality of these registrations was assessed on the check points. The results showed that the new target yielded the best results in all cases, which confirmed our initial expectations. The proposed new target is innovative and not difficult to create and use.

Laser scanning has become a well established surveying solution for obtaining 3D geo-spatial information on objects and environment. Nowadays scanners acquire up to millions of points per second which makes point cloud huge. Laser scanning is widely applied from airborne, carborne and stable platforms, resulting in point clouds obtained at different attitudes and with different extents. Working with such different large point clouds makes the determination of their overlapping area necessary but often time consuming. In this paper, a scalable point cloud intersection determination method is presented based on voxels. The method takes two overlapping point clouds as input. It consecutively resamples the input point clouds according to a preset voxel cell size. For all non-empty cells the center of gravity of the points in contains is computed. Consecutively for those centers it is checked if they are in a voxel cell of the other point cloud. The same process is repeated after interchanging the role of the two point clouds. The quality of the results is evaluated by the distance to the pints from the other data set. Also computation time and quality of the results are compared for different voxel cell sizes. The results are demonstrated on determining he intersection between an airborne and carborne laser point clouds and show that the proposed method takes 0.10%, 0.15%, 1.26% and 14.35% of computation time compared the the classic method when using cell sizes of of 10, 8, 5 and 3 meters respectively.

One that influences human resource indicators is education. The teacher is a profession as a job of academic specialization in a relatively long time in college. Understanding related to teacher competence is very important to have by a prospective teacher because it can affect the quality of performance as a professional teacher. The teacher's competence is known as pedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies. The issue in this study is how the competency of the teacher of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as a prospective teacher of geography? The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of teachers in the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as prospective geography teachers. Quantitative description approach is used in this study to find answers to the issue. The population in this study were students of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah class of 2015 and 2016 who had been declared to have passed the Micro Teaching and Magang Kependidikan 3 course totaling 50 people. Because the population is small and can be reached, the determination of the sample using total sampling techniques so that the sample in this study is the whole population. Data collection is done by distributing test questions to respondents. The data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics percentage formula. The results of the study indicate that the level of teacher competence of Geography Education Department students as prospective teachers is in the moderate category, namely as many as 22 respondents (44%). A total of 12 respondents (24%) were in the high category, 15 respondents (30%) were in the low category and 1 respondent (2%) were in the very low category.
