The ProENGINEER software is used to build a geometric model for the whole process cavity and internal structure and conduct the internal dynamic simulation of cavity with different diffusion temperatures of 1,000°C, 1,050°C, 1,100°C and 1,150°C, and different diffusion time of 5 min, 10 min, 15 min and 20 min. Analyze the process control indexes by combining with specific thermal diffusion test, and study the relationship between hydrodynamic parameters and diffusion uniformity, Comprehensively investigate the effects of the diffusion temperature and diffusion time on doping, achieving the requirements of impurity distribution in materials.

The experiment has taken composite algorithm of cold rolling to prepare copper and aluminum composite laminate, studied the influence of diffusion heat treatment on the interface of copper and aluminum composite laminate. After Analyzed the relationship between the thickness of diffusion layer and diffusion heat treatment parameters, the experiments show that diffusion heat treatment temperature and diffusion time has influence on formation and size of the diffusion layer. At the same heat treatment temperature, the thickness of diffusion layer has parabolic relation with diffusion time with diffusion time extending and thickness of diffusion layer increasing. And the thickness of diffusion layer is increasing at the same heat treatment time. And the thickness of diffusion layer has exponential relation with diffusion heat treatment temperature. Quantitative analyzed the relationship between diffusion heat treatment parameters and diffusion layer thickness, and established a formula to describe the interface thickness and diffusion of heat treatment temperature and time.

AbstractThe effect of disordering on photoluminescence spectra of InGaAs/InGaAsP quantum wells has been investigated experimentally and theoretically taking into account the valence band intermixing, strain, exciton effects, and the non-identical diffusion constants for group III and V materials. The disordering profile of 1.55Q InGaAs/InGaAsP quantum wells lattice matched to InP has been controlled by choice of the cap layer materials as well as the diffusion time and diffusion temperature. By comparing the experimental data and theoretical calculations, the diffusion constant for each material has been extracted.

This paper gives the first results of a work in progress, in collaboration with G. Michaud and G. Vauclair. It is a first attempt to compute the effects of meridional circulation and turbulence on diffusion processes in stellar envelopes. Computations have been made for a 2 Mʘstar, which lies in the Am - δ Scuti region of the HR diagram.Let us recall that in Am stars diffusion cannot occur between the two outer convection zones, contrary to what was assumed by Watson (1970, 1971) and Smith (1971), since they are linked by overshooting (Latour, 1972; Toomre et al., 1975). But diffusion may occur at the bottom of the second convection zone. According to Vauclair et al. (1974), the second convection zone, due to He II ionization, disappears after a time equal to the helium diffusion time, and then diffusion may happen at the bottom of the first convection zone, so that the arguments by Watson and Smith are preserved.

The present study investigates diffusion and adoption of corruption and factors that influence the rate of adoption of corruption in Ghana. In the current study, the diffusion and adoption of corruption and the factors that influence the speed with which corruption spreads in society is examined within Ghana as a developing economy. Data from public sector workers in Ghana are used to conduct the study. Our findings based on the results from One Sample T-Test suggest that corruption is perceived to be high in Ghana and diffusion and adoption of corruption has witnessed appreciative increases. Social and institutional factors seem to have a larger influence on the rate of corruption adoption than other factors. These findings indicate the need for theoretical underpinning in policy formulation to face corruption by incorporating the relationship between the social values and institutional failure, as represented by the rate of corruption adoption in developing economies.

During China’s rapid economic development and urbanization, numerous cases of urban malodorous black river (MBR) have occurred. MBR refers to a polluted urban river that smells bad, is almost black in color, has no aquatic plants or animals, and that consequently causes many social and environmental problems. The Chinese government has sought public participation during the whole process of MBR treatment as part of a comprehensive action plan to improve residents’ satisfaction with their environment. To investigate the influencing factors of public participation and satisfaction, a questionnaire survey was conducted among residential communities close to an MBR. SPSS 22.0 was employed to conduct an analysis of the collected data, using factor analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis. The results indicate that there is a direct relationship between public satisfaction and the factors of government treatment, public perception and public participation behaviors, such as engagement behavior, supervision behavior, health influence, and compensation measures.

The current diagnostic path of infertile couples is long lasting and often ineffective. Genetic tests, in particular, appear as a limiting step due to their jeopardized use on one side, and to the limited number of genes evaluated on the other. In this context, the development and diffusion, also in routine diagnostic settings, of next generation sequencing (NGS)-based methods for the analyses of several genes in multiple subjects at a time is improving the diagnostic sensitivity of molecular analyses. Thus, we developed One4Two®, a custom NGS panel to optimize the diagnostic journey of infertile couples. The panel validation was carried out in three steps analyzing a total of 83 subjects. Interestingly, all the previously identified variants were confirmed, assessing the analytic sensitivity of the method. Moreover, additional pathogenic variants have been identified underlying the diagnostic efficacy of the proposed method. One4Two® allows the simultaneous analysis of infertility-related genes, disease-genes of common inherited diseases, and of polymorphisms related to therapy outcome. Thus, One4Two® is able to improve the diagnostic journey of infertile couples by simplifying the whole process not only for patients, but also for laboratories and reproduction specialists moving toward an even more personalized medicine.

The present study aims to determine the impact of green innovation (GI) on the overall performance of an organization while keeping the variable of environmental management (EM) as a moderator. We used a dataset consisting of four data years, from 2014 to 2017, of A-share companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). The concept of green innovation refers to the use of advancements in technology that enable savings in energy, along with the recycling of waste material. When advanced technology is utilized in the production process, the products are referred to as green products and the whole process of adopting such technologies and product design is referred to as “Corporate Environmental Management”. Such innovations improve the overall financial performance of companies as it enables them to improve their social image by reducing their carbon footprint and ensures their long-term sustainability. The main issue is the limited focus and attention given to the topic, from the perspective of companies. This research focuses on the impact of green innovation and the importance of environmental management for the sustainability of companies. Our findings suggest that the relationship between green innovation and the performance of the company is positive and verifies the existence of moderating effects of environmental management on the relationship between green innovation and firm performance. Implications are given to academia and practitioners.

The subject is a localized disturbance in the form of a torus knot of an otherwise featureless continuum. The knot's topologically quantized, self-sustaining nature emerges in an elementary, straightforward way on the basis of a simple geometric model, one that constrains the differential geometric basis it otherwise shares with General Relativity (GR). Two approaches are employed to generate the knot's solitonic nature, one emphasizing basic differential geometry and the other based on a Lagrangian. The relationship to GR is also examined, especially in terms of the formulation of an energy density for the Lagrangian. The emergent knot formalism is used to derive estimates of some measurable quantities for a certain elementary particle model documented in previous publications. Also emerging is the compatibility of the torus knot formalism and, by extension, that of the cited particle model, with general relativity as well as with the Dirac theoretic notion of antiparticles.
