In this paper, we present a framework for teleoperation and the maintenance of industrial robots. The idea of the framework is to provide a rapid change of products to be manufactured and safely monitor and carry out the maintenance remotely. Also, the goal of the work is to provide an easy-to-use HMI for user of the robot. Remote connection relies on the Internet that is nowadays easily available, cheap and includes a lot of existing components to be used. As an illustration of this framework we present a web-based user interface that enables the user to operate remotely to robot workcell with an industrial robot.

In the present era, the internet and new technologies are changing the information behavior of news reader .Instead of reading a copy of the local newspaper or watching the scheduledevening news, people increasingly turn to the internet for daily news updates. A Multi-Lingual news feed application is aimed at developing a web based application named multilingual news feed app. This Application deals with the user who wants to read news from the web application. User can select different countries in which a user is interested, the latest news will be fetched from the selected country. The news will be fetched and displayed based on the country selected in its own national language & the news is categorized into 7 different categories. A user can select any category which they are looking for. When you are done selecting the country & category, then the page will automatically refresh and the news will be displayed on MultiLingual news feed application. This application also supports translation and the news can be translated into any language. This application is fully responsive and has a good-looking user interface. The users will find this application much interesting for reading the news articles.

This study proposes a mining system for finding protein-to-protein interaction literatures from the databases on the Internet. In this system, we search for discriminating words for protein-to-protein interaction by way of statistics and the results from literatures. A threshold is also evaluated to check if a given literature is related to protein-to-protein interactions. In addition, a keypage-based search mechanism is used to find related papers for protein-to-protein interactions from a given document. To expand the search space and ensure better performance of the system, mechanisms for protein name identification and databases for protein names are also developed. The system is designed with a web-based user interface and a job-dispatching kernel. Experiments are conducted and the results have been checked by a biomedical expert. The experimental results indicate that by using the proposed mining system, it is helpful for researchers to find protein-to-protein literatures from the overwhelming pieces of information available on the biomedical databases over the Internet.

Teleoperation is an operation needed to complete a variety of robot tasks in dangerous and difficult-to-reach environments. In the industrial world, teleoperation robots can be used to help humans complete dangerous tasks such as grasping and lifting in the nuclear industry. Controlling industrial robots can be done remotely via the Internet. However, communication still needs to be improved so that it can achieve low latency, be safe, high reliability, and be interoperable. This study proposes the use of the XMPP protocol to handle data interactions between robots and cloud platform. We modified the Robot Operating System (ROS) package by adding a special node that bridges communication using the XMPP protocol. We compare the performance of MQTT with the HTTP protocol. The test results show that the MQTT latency time is better than HTTP. The results of this study can be used in robot teleoperation operations in various industries that consider aspects of communication quality

Digital language corpora have long become one of the most important tools in linguistic research; a new methodological approach, known as corpus linguistics, has been based on corpora. While comprehensive corpora exist for the major European Uralic languages (Hungarian, Finnish, Estonian), the smaller Uralic languages of Russia did not have comparable resources until recently. In this paper, I present digital corpora recently developed for the largest Uralic languages of Russia: Udmurt, Komi-Zyrian, Meadow Mari, Erzya and Moksha. The corpora comprise digital texts available on the internet, which were collected and processed by the author. Two corpora were created for each language: a social media corpus and a non-social-media (“main”) corpus. Both kinds of texts were automatically morphologically analyzed; the social media texts were additionally filtered and anonymized. I will outline the development process of these corpora, as well as present their features and possible applications. All corpora described in the paper are equipped with a web-based user interface and are publicly available at http://volgakama.web-corpora.net/.

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.

Urgency of the research. Automated workplaces are growing up in present, especially with implementation of industrial robots with feasibility of various dispositions, where safety and risk assessment is considered as most important issues. Target setting. The protection of workers must be at the first place, therefore safety and risk assessment at automated workplaces is most important problematic, which had presented in this article Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Actual research is much more focused at standard workplaces without industrial robots. So, missing of information from the field of automated workplaces in connection with various dispositions can be considered as added value of article. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. Despite to lot of general safety instructions in this area, still is missed clear view only at automated workplace with industrial robots. The research objective. The aim of article is to provide general instructions directly from the field of automated workplaces The statement of basic materials. For success realization of automated workplace is good to have a helping hand and orientation requirements needed for risk assessment at the workplace. Conclusions. The results published in this article increase the awareness and information of such automated workplaces, together with industrial robots. In addition, presented general steps and requirements helps persons for better realization of these types of workplaces, where major role takes an industrial robot. Our proposed solution can be considered as relevant base for risk assessment such workplaces with safety fences or light barriers.

In accordance with the technological advances of web-based information delivery via the internet has more value, because the information can be delivered easily, quickly,  spacious and interactive. Because this way, information is simply inserted into the web and within seconds the information can be accessed globally.  Submission of this information has not been used in Ngebruk Islamic Junior High School, Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. Submission of the information in these schools still use manual way, such as by mail, bulletin boards, or orally. Surely this way less effective and efficient, since it requires a lot of expenses such as the purchase of paper, printing machine and maintenance, ink, and its scope was limited to the scope of the school.To reduce the above problems, the delivery of information in this school need to use web media created with the PHP programming language and MySQL. PHP is a programming language that is used to allow users to process information on the web, while MySQL is the software used to store the information on the web. Once the web is run online, the school entered information to the web, can be accessed via intenet by anyone without the limited space and time

"Distance education" at the college level is well over a century old.  It has served the needs of a numerically large, but proportionately small population of learners who have eschewed the campus classroom.  These correspondence school enrollees, educational TV watchers, and audiocassette listeners have had only modest impact on the structure, mission, and strategy of the institutions serving them.  But that is now changing, and changing very dramatically.  The advent of the Internet, interactive television technology, and web-based instructional software, coupled with administrative and political perceptions of educational reformation and fiscal efficiency, may be causing nothing less than a revolution in higher education.  By applying a feminist model of assessment called "unthinking technology," that is to say, exploring the potential, but unthought of socio-political aspects of this technological revolution, this paper raises significant questions about the security of the traditional academic enterprise.  "The Politics of Distance Education" urges a pro-active embrace of these technologies by the academy in order to enable a legitimate "competency for grievance" so that the protection of the validity of higher education, and legitimacy of the academic profession can be ethically defended and publicly respected, rather than being viewed as mulish resistance to the inevitable.
