Based on the application of variational principle of minimum total power and statistical generalization production experience procedure for the calculation of roll pass design and process-dependent parameters of double-T section rolling on universal rail-beam mill was developed.With the procedure developed, a computer simulation of rolling of the I-beam 35B2 was performed. It has been shown that the proposed procedure for calculating the calibrations rolls for the I-beam rolling in universal calibers ensures that the effective strain of the profile elements is distributed evenly.The study was made within the project, part of state job in the field of scientific activity No 11.1369.2014/K dated 18.07.2014 (State registration number: 114122470051).

Abstract The results of studies of the process of obtaining wire for the manufacture of jewelry chains from new nickel-free 585 gold fineness alloys are presented.New 585 gold fineness alloys, alloyed with palladium, silver and other elements, and as modifiers - with rhodium and ruthenium in the stated quantities have been proposed.By modeling the process of section rolling of rods in octagonal calibers using the variation method of minimum total power, the broadening of the metal and the energy-power parameters of rolling rods from the investigated alloys have been determined. The regularities of their change have been found. Software has been developed for designing processes for the production of longish deformed semi-finished products and technological modes of rolling and drawing of new gold alloys.With the help of experimental studies, the adequacy of the results of calculations and modeling was checked and new data were obtained on the mechanical properties of the metal and its structure.It has been found that the proposed alloys and the modes of their processing using the processes of section rolling and drawing make it possible in industrial conditions to obtain jewelry wire with a diameter of up to 0.25 mm with the level of mechanical and operational properties required for chain tying.

This study is devoted to assessing the level of individual segments interconnectedness within the financial market of Ukraine (FMU) and their dynamics in uncertain conditions. The methodology of the systematic approach is used to investigate the dynamic relationship between individual segments of the financial market of Ukraine, namely credit (deposit-credit) market, stock market (market of securities), government securities market, currency market, and interbank market. The study of financial market dynamics focuses on the description of the price indicators of individual market segments, which are monitored using time series analysis and statistical methods. The results of the time series assessment revealed the fractal characteristics of the Ukrainian financial market as a measure of sustainability (namely inertia). It is revealed that all segments of the financial market, except credit, are characterized by persistence. It is established that the development of market segments is uneven and is characterized as bifurcation. The credit segment is addicted to insider behavior and has the highest risk concentration. It is revealed that the foreign exchange market is still in crisis. The results of modeling the correlation relationships between market segments have shown that, in the presence of such relationships, they differ in the strength and nature of the interaction. They are volatile, unstable, and situational, dependent on external conditions. The credit market has a relationship with other segments, not significantly strong but stable. The results of the analysis indicate the dynamic development of segments within the Ukrainian financial market in the presence of interconnections between them. An effective system for combating banking crimes can ensure the stability of the Ukrainian banking sector. Developing such a system requires an analysis of public policy institutional instruments to counter threats to the banking system stability. The article proposes the crime counteraction concept for the Ukrainian banking system based on the analysis of scientific articles dealing with the issue, relevant provisions of legal acts and on the study of functions of law enforcement agencies, individual executive bodies, central public authorities, state collegial bodies, territorial NBU departments, Ukrainian banks and their branches, the Deposit Guarantee Fund, international institutions, and bank clients.It has been established that the stability of the Ukrainian banking system can be ensured by effective interaction of all actors in combating crime in the banking business. Overlapping of their functions and some conflict rules negatively affect ensuring the banking system stability by entities engaged in banking crime counteraction. Therefore, an algorithm of cooperation between relevant counteraction entities should be developed and reflected in the Banking and Financial Security Strategy on the legislative level. Optimization of statistical reporting on crime in the Ukrainian banking sector in a more informative format requires data on both individual types of banking crimes and on the persons who commit them. As part of the work of the National Bank of Ukraine’s Public Council, it is necessary to organize regional public councils and ensure cooperation between bank clients and local banking institutions. It is assumed that the development of effective mechanisms for protecting rights and legitimate interests of depositors and creditors, as well as combating criminalization in the banking sector will be the main functions of these regional public councils. The relevant innovations require amendments to the Regulation on the NBU Public Council. The paper focuses on the theoretical justification and theoretical foundations of using statistical criteria for identifying money laundering risk as a tool to prevent and counteract the legalization of bank clients’ proceeds. The hypothesis is that the coefficient of variation can be appropriately used as an identifier for money laundering risk. To prove this hypothesis, a special methodology was used: generalization, grouping, statistical analysis of time series, and correlation analysis – to identify and analyze the hidden signs of the customer income legalization in the financial activities of a bank; mathematical statistics and scaling – to determine the quantitative values of risk levels for the use of bank services for legalizing customer income. The analysis of financial activities of 32 Ukrainian banks aimed at identifying money-laundering risks showed that banks in which the National Bank of Ukraine revealed suspicious transactions with money-laundering features (16 operating banks) had much higher coefficients of variation in the volume of cash flows, in cash flows for on-demand accounts of economic entities, in cash flows of on-demand accounts for individuals, compared with banks in which violations of legislation in the field of financial monitoring were revealed (eight banks), and with banks where violations were not found (eight banks). This proves that sudden changes in customer transaction volume can be a sign of money laundering risk. The paper deals with studying the pathomorphology of cat pancreas under chronic pancreatitis. This paper is a component of a research mix of the Department of Anatomy and Histology, it goes under the title “The development, morphology and histo-chemistry of animal organs in health and in disease”, (state registration number № 0120U100796). A pancreas is an azygos parenchymatous organ which refers to the endoexocrine glands, includes exocrine and endocrine pancreas, is involved in the processes of digestion and regulation of carbohydrate metabolism, protein metabolism and lipid exchange in tissues. Pancreatic juice, which is rich in enzymes (trypsin, lipase, amylase), is produced in an exocrine pancreas, and hormones (insulin, somatostatin, glucagon (vasoactive intestinal polypeptide), pancreatic polypeptide) are produced in endocrine pancreas. This galand is involved in the process of digestion while producing digestive enzymes, which get into the duodenum and hydrolyze practically all parts of feeds which enter the body. It is located in an abdominal cavity, anatomically connected with a stomach, liver and duedenum. It has been found that pathomorphological changes in pancreas under chronic pancreatits manifest themselves depending on the disease stage and are revealed by insignificant progress of the pathological process. Herewith, morphological parameters of pancreas width and length in cats under chronical pancreatitis did not significantly change, but these indices tended to decrease. Its absolute weight  in cats under chronical pancreatitis, as compared with clinically healthy cats, did not change and equalled 9.12 ± 2.03 g. But pancreas relative weight in sick cats increased by 1.4 (Р ≤ 0.01) and equalled 0.51 ± 0.08 %, as compared with control 0.38 ± 0.06 %. Under histological analysis of pancreas histology specimen stained with hematoxylin Corazzi and eosin, some distortion in a microscopic structure of a pancreas was observed, it manifested itself in thickening of interparticle tissue-connective layers which spread like desmogenous bands. Some destructive changes in acini in exocrinal pancreas, which manifested themselves in losing their characteristic form, were noticed. The cytoplasm of such acinous cells was in a state of plasmorrhexis, the pycnosis was observed.

The formulation and solution of the problem of double-T section rolling in universal groove using the variational principle of minimum total power with aim to determine integral forming and energy-power parameters are presented. Geometrical model of the deformation zone and the kinematically admissible velocity field were constructed accurate within two unknowns: forward slip coefficient ν, flange spread (pulling-down) . The comparison of the calculated values with the experimental data obtained on a laboratory mill 200 confirmed that the variational principle of minimum total power has sufficient accuracy for analysis of double-T section rolling in universal groove. The mean statistical error of torque calculation is 12.3 % while load calculation is 18.7 %.
