This research wa carried out on companies that do the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the period 2008-2009. With a population of 31 companies and get a sample of 27 companies with the technique of sampling using purposive sampling. In this study tested the hypothesis by using multiple regression and t test. After doing an analysis of 27 companies in initial public offering in 2008 until 2009 are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, obtained the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value 0f 0.170 is in a position of positive mean return on assets (ROA), earning per share (EPS), current ratio (CR), and financial leverage (FL) 1.7% to explain underpricing. Thus 98.3% underpricing is explained by other variables not examined in this study. By using the t test for variable return on assets (ROA), earnings per share (EPS), current ratio (CR), and financial leverage (FL) had no significant influence on underpricing with the test results significantly greater value than the alpha (5%).

This study aims to analyze the Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) effects on Initial Public Offering (IPO) on financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period was 2014-2106 with a sample of 36 financial companies which made an initial public offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies that conduct Initial Public Offering show conditions as quite high classified. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) did not have a significant effect on initial returns on financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio and current ratio on firm value with return on assets as an intervening variable on food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The study uses secondary data from the annual report through access to www.idx.co.id. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The total sample of 13 companies and the method of taking sample members used is purposive sampling. The variables of this study consisted of debt to equity ratio and current ratio as exogenous variables, firm value as endogenous variables, and return on assets as intervening variables. The analysis shows that the debt to equity ratio, current ratio and return on assets have a positive effect on firm value. Debt to equity ratio and current ratio also have a positive effect on return on assets. Based on the results of the path analysis of the implications of this research that return on assets can not affect the relationship between debt to equity ratio and current ratio to the firm value so that it can provide input to researchers. It is better to add research periods and use a sample of several other sectors and can also use variables others that can strengthen the results of previous studies

This study aimed to determine the influence of The Influence of return on asset, financial leverage, and size of company on underpricing. Underpricing is measured by division the difference between clossing prices and offering price with offering price, return on asset is measured by division net profit with total asset, financial leverage is measured by division total debt with total equity and size of company is mesured with total sales in annual report company. This study took a sample of initial public offering company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010-2013. The data obtained by purposive sampling techniques and using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing result show that return on asset, financial leverage and company size simultaneously affect the underpricing. The partial hypothesis test result show that retun on asset, financial leverage and company size have a significant affect the underpricing.    Keywords: Return On Assets, Financial Leverage, Company Size, Underpricing

The purpose of this study is to test or analyze the accuracy of the Return On Assets, Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio for Income Smoothing actions on corporate manufacturing published on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. In this study using the theories of financial statement analysis, financial management related to Return On Assets, Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio. In this study using a quantitative observation process. In this observation also applies the process of observing data such as financial statements contained on the IDX website. This observation involved 153 corporate manufactures as a population, which each year experienced a profit in 2015-2017. The technique in citing samples in the observation, namely by using purposive sampling techniques so that 37 samples were multiplied for 3 years, 111 research samples were obtained. Simultaneous results with F test shows a significant effect on income smoothing, with the coefficient of determination test results of 4.2% so that the results of the research hypothesis Return On Assets, Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had no significant impact on income smoothing. And the T test produces a firm size variable that has a partial effect on income smoothing actions.

This study aims to see stock price stability at a Pharmacy company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2016 by using several variables such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio. This research is a type of quantitative research which used fundamental analysist by referring to an analysis of company performance that is used to predict stock prices in the future. The method of determining the sample in this study is based on purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of eight pharmacy companies. The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period. Identifying financial distress condition is important because it can be an early warning system before bankcruptcy. This condition can be predicted using models that have developed by many researchers. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the effect of the return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover towards condition of financial distress in service sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year 2009-2014. The data analysis technique is logistic regression. The sample consist of 60 data observed of the firms with positive earning before tax for the two consecutive years and 60 data observed of the firms with negative earning before tax for the two consecutive years. The result of this research shows thatreturn on asset significantly affects to condition of company financial distress. Whereas debt to equity ratio, current ratio and total asset turnover do not significantly influenceto condition of company financial distress.So, companies should pay attention to productivity in the future to maintain the effectiveness of the management.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine and analyze the effects of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), firm size, and Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Assets (ROA) on the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019 Research methodology: This research approach used quantitative research with descriptive research type. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 93 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange in 2017-2019. Results: The study results with simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, firm size, and Current Ratio had a significant influence on the Return on Assets. Partial testing of the hypothesis showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio had a negative influence and significant on the Return on Assets. Total assets turnover and firm size had a positive influence and significance on the Return on Assets. However, the Current Ratio had no influence and was not significant on the Return on Assets. Limitations: The use of historical data and variables was limited, only three years and five variables. Contribution: This research can be used for adding knowledge in the financial field, especially for those who want to invest in a company by seeing the Return on Assets ratio. The aims of study to determine the effect of rentability of own capital, solvability, Profitability and Liquidity on dividend policy. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 as many as 18 companies. While the sample is determined using the purposive sampling method. Companies that meet the criteria are only 7 companies. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression methods. The results of research, own capital rentability and current partial ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) partially have a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. The results of the F-test show that the variable profitability of own capital rentability, solvency, profitability and liquidity simultaneously influence dividend policy. Investor as a principal want to maximize whealth and prosperity by increasing firm value. Firm value for companies listed as issuer in Indonesia Stock Exchange can be reflected through share price. Firm value can be affected by several factors, such as financial performance and corporate governance. This research aimed to examine the influence of financial performance and corporate governance to firm value in sub-sector telecomunication industry which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011 to 2016. The dependent variable is firm value. Meanwhile the independent variables are (1) financial performance which measured by current ratio, receivable turnover, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and earnings per share and (2) corporate governance which measured by percentage of institutional ownership, percentage of independent board of commissioners, and presence of the audit committee. The result showed that current ratio, receivable turnover, debt to equity ratio, earning per share, and presence of the audit committee partially had no significant influence to firm value. Meanwhile return on assets, percentage of institutional ownership, and percentage of independent board of commissioners partially had significant influence to firm value. Simultaneously current ratio, receivable turnover, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, earnings per share, percentage of institutional ownership, percentage of independent board of commissioners, and presence of the audit committee had significant influence to fim value. Keywords:Financial Performance, Corporate Governance, and Firm Value
