Main purpose of this study is to find and build a model of Japanese accent perception practice at Japanese lessons in regular classrooms and those based on utilization of network and multimedia. Until now, Japanese phonetic researchers and teachers had to spend a disproportionate amount of time and effort to conduct experiments or test, and to develop the means to process resulting data of the experiments conducted. With the proposed [AJ-phonetic Test] system, accent tests are conducted online. In this respect, Japanese learners can take part in the phonetics experiment in a time and location convenient to them. Also, researchers and teachers can work on the obtained data by using the database available. Moreover, AJ-phonetic test feedbacks provide not only test results but also a more comprehensive data analysis. Results of the 12-year operation of AJ-phonetic test in Korea proved to have a positive effect on students as well as teachers. This paper present general guidelines necessary to conduct the AJ-phonetic test. Firstly, in case of Korean learners of Japanese, a separate set of words accentless pitch and those with accent pitch is needed because the two sets present different difficulty levels for a learner. Secondly, as the number of moras in a word affects the difficulty, we introduced dummy words, which proved successful in controling the level of difficulty and increasing learning effect. Besides, dummy words worked well as a substitute for low tone (frequency) long words as well for long words in general. Thirdly, since there are only few cases with a distinctive long-short opposition in Korean, Korean learners of Japanese have difficulties recognizing accents in words with special moras. Such words therefore need special attention. Finally, the ability of Korean learners of Japanese to recognize accent in Japanese words differs based of the learners’ native dialects. Best results were obtained by learners from the Jeonla-do region, followed by those from Gyeongsang-do region, while learners from Seoul had most difficulties in recognizing the accent. From all the above findings we conclude that Japanese accent education is highly necessary, and that in the process of education, both Japanese accent characteristics as well as learners’ native dialects should be considered.

Through teaching innovations, E-learning play a vital role in education. The researcher attests by determining the e-learning systems influence on students and instructors. In order to know the perceptions of the students and Instructors the researcher conducted a survey regarding their current experiences. The main purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of elearning used by the School of Computer Studies at Panpacific University. This study will detail the e-learning impacts which had on Instructors and Student participant’s performance about the level of user satisfaction and productivity, utilization and problems encountered. The study found out that the use of e-learning systems shows a positive effect on student learning. Instructors utilized e-learning system as presentation and preparation tool in teaching and learning. Most instructors positively confirm that e-learning supports teaching and learning effectively implemented.

During the Covid pandemic the learning process was carried out using e-learning media. SMK TI Airlangga Samarinda is one of the schools that has used e-learning in its learning process both before the Covid pandemic. Furthermore, an evaluation of the success of e-learning implementation will be carried out using the DeLone and McLean information system success model (D&M IS Success Model). In this model, there are six measurement variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the use of e-learning at SMK TI Airlangga Samarinda to the school and to find out the factors that influence the successful implementation of e-learning at SMK TI Airlangga Samarinda. To achieve this goal, SEM-PLS analysis (structural equation model - partial least square) is used. The subjects used were 336 students of SMK TI Airlangga Samarinda. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with consideration of the availability of data obtained a sample of 192. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information and system quality in e-learning has a positive effect on the satisfaction of using e-learning which in turn has an effect on the benefits felt by students while using e-learning. In addition, the quality of the e-learning system also has a positive effect on the intensity of e-learning use, which means that the better the quality of the system will increase the intensity of e-learning use.

This study aimed to identify key factors that have an influence on learners’ satisfaction with the e-learning system at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, using a modified, updated DeLone and McLean (D&M) (2003) model. The research model was tested against regression analysis using a sample of 153 enrolled students. The study found that system quality, instructor quality, and service quality had a significant positive effect on learners’ satisfaction, with service quality being the strongest predictor. However, course quality was found to have no significant effect on learners’ satisfaction with the e-learning system. The findings from this study will help institutions that are planning or implementing e-learning systems to enhance learners’ satisfaction and, consequently, increase systems success. The implications of these findings are discussed.

E-learning is an electronic distance learning system that uses network and computer technology. There are many models of using e-learning, one of which is the use of e-learning at Bina Darma University during the COVID-19 pandemic, where more use of e-learning and online learning systems during the pandemic period, for this reason the quality of e-learning services can be measured using Webqual. Webqual is a method used to measure website quality based on end users. Webqual is structured in research on 3 dimensions, namely Usability, information, and service interaction. This study aims to determine the quality of the e-learning website of Bina Darma University as student learning taken by 101 students and to find out the most influential indicators in the quality of e-learning. If the alpha value is greater than the R table, then the consistency of the R table is declared valid. On the Likert test scale, it is known that the usability dimension or indicator gets the highest usability level, so the usability dimension has a positive effect on user satisfaction.

Nowadays there are many views related to the online testing systems. The importance of acquisition of the final result is considered to be the main disadvantage in the classic test system where the learner chooses the correct answer from the suggested set of answers; this does not motivate a person to define the answer themselves or to create a logical chain of problem solutions. The integration of the intellectual processes into the existing training systems will prevent the drawbacks of the existing knowledge assessment systems and will make it possible to assess the learners’ ability to make logical decisions, to clarify the answers using examples and to evaluate the method of achieving the result. The article describes the algorithm for creating the intellectual, user adapted questions; this algorithm uses the model of the learner from the set of questions and by fulfilling the modified Dijkstra's algorithm chooses the questions that help the learner reach the result that is most appropriate to their competence level.

The article presents the experience of mass organization of distance learning in organizations of secondary general and vocational education in March—May 2020 in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation in Russia. The possibilities of the 1C:Education system for organizing the educational process in a distance format, the peculiarities of organizing distance interaction in schools and colleges are considered, the results of using the system are summarized, examples of the successful use of the system in specific educational organizations are given. Based on the questionnaire survey of users, a number of capabilities of the 1C:Education system have been identified, which are essential for the full-fledged transfer of the educational process from full-time to distance learning. The nature and frequency of the use of electronic educational resources in various general education subjects in schools and colleges are analyzed, the importance of the presence in the distance learning system not only of a digital library of ready-made educational materials, but also of tools for creating author’s content is assessed. On the basis of an impersonal analysis of user actions in the system, a number of problems were identified that teachers and students faced in the process of an emergency transition to distance learning.
