Tingkat pencapaian minat nasabah untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA dipengaruhi oleh delapan kelompok variabel yang dikenal sebagai 8P yaitu Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, Physical evidence, People dan Produktivity and quality. Penelitian dilakukan di PT.Bank Central Asia, Jalan Mangga Besar Raya No. 128 Jakarta Pusat. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor minat nasabah memiliki kartu kredit BCA. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metoda yaitu metoda deskriptif yaitu mengembangkan produk dan jasa yang sudah ada dan analisa kuantitatif dibagi menjadi dua analisa yang pertama analisa uji validitas dan analisa uji reabilitas. Data yang dianalisa yaitu analisis faktorfaktor yang menjadi daya tarik konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA dapat dihitung dan diteliti langsung, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. Responden telah mengisi 33 pertanyaan yang disebut dengan variabel dengan nilai skor dan dibagi berdasarkan kelompok sebagai faktornya. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan daya tarik konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA ada 7 faktor utama. Faktor pertama Produk dengan nilai varians (11,74), faktor ke dua adalah Harga dengan nilai varians (10,73%), faktor ke tiga adalah Distribusi dengan nilai varians (8%), faktor ke empat adalah Promosi dengan nilai varians (7,77%), faktor ke lima adalah Proses dengan nilai varians (6,75%), faktor ke enam adalah Fisik dengan nilai varians (6,28%) dan faktor ke tujuh adalah Kualitas dengan nilai varians (5,76%). Faktor produk merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA. Faktor ini dapat menerangkan keragaman data (varians) sebesar 11,74%. Dari beberapa analisis yang diperoleh bahwa faktor produk sangat berpengaruhi positif terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memiliki kartu kredit BCA karena konsumen menginginkan produk yang baik agar dapat mempermudah transaksi dimana saja dan kapan saja. This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. AbstractA more systematic marketing research approach has finally revealed good ideas anticipating a market need for the use of shape memory alloys. The success of those new ideas, prototypes and applications are analysed in terms of “the value of the function”, defined as the importance of the function divided by the cost of providing the function. A high importance and/or a low cost of the function are thus the basic requirements for the successful introduction of shape memory applications. Attention is also paid to the way how the 4 P's, product, price, place, promotion (the marketing mix) are applied by the European companies. Those different items will be illustrated on the basis of some small-, medium- and largescale applications, used in different markets. “to the point research”, fundamental and applied, on material properties as well as on manufacturing (cost reduction) is being discussed as the key factor to increase the function value.

Instagram tidak hanya digunakan masyarakat untuk berbagi foto dan video, melainkan juga untuk bisnis, pemasaran bahkan promosi perpustakaan. TBM Kolong Ciputat menggunakan Instagram sejak Januari 2017 dan per-September 2019 telah membagikan 829 posts foto dan video, telah mengikuti 1.258 akun, dan telah memiliki pengikut sebanyak 2.734 akun. Akun @tbmkolong aktif membagikan berbagai konten seperti kegiatan yang akan atau sudah berlangsung di TBM Kolong Ciputat. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penggunaan Instagram di TBM Kolong Ciputat. Penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap pengurus TBM Kolong Ciputat, pengunjung TBM Kolong Ciputat dan pengikut di akun Instagram @tbmkolong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan Instagram sebagai pemasaran untuk sosialisasi, promosi, dan menyebarkan informasi mengenai kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh TBM Kolong Ciputat untuk masyarakat luas. Instagram @tbmkolong sudah menerapkan bauran pemasaran 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).  Namun demikian, penggunaan Instagram ternyata tidak terlihat bermanfaat bagi warga sekitar khususnya anak-anak dan warga sekitar TBM karena warga sekitar dan anak-anak tidak memiliki akses pada internet dan mereka bukan pengguna Instagram.  Instagram hanya bermanfaat bagi TBM Kolong Ciputat sebagai media komunikasi dan eksistensi bagi pihak luar.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of marketing mix on local product consumer satisfaction, to analyze the effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty of local products and to analyze the indirect effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty. This study used 140 respondents and the data were processed using SEM-WarPLS analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix: variable product, price, place, promotion directly has a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. Marketing mix: product, price, promotion variables directly have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. place variable has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. The importance of maintaining the quality of smoked beef products is emphasized in this study by paying close attention to the processed ingredients and packaging that are unique, as well as periodic product control. This is done so that the products produced can survive in the market and face competitors, as well as to establish more consistent pricing policies so that prices can be more competitive.

Penelitian ini menggunakan Online Shop Queenstreet yang merupakan salah satu sektor usaha dalam bidang fashion pakaian sebagai objek penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial Instagram dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada Online Shop Queenstreet.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dan teknikpengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (in dept interview), observasi dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan strategi bauran pemasaran 4P meliputi product, price, place, promotion dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan,peluang, dan ancaman pada Online Shop Queenstreet. Informan pada penelitian ini diantaranya owner atau pemilik, karyawan, serta konsumen Queenstreet. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil IFAS yang menunjukkan kekuatan dengan skor sebesar 1,94 dan kelemahan dengan skor 0,75. Sedangkan hasil EFAS menunjukkan peluang dengan skor sebesar 1,95 dan ancaman dengan skor 0,88. Berdasarkan diagram analisis SWOT, Online Shop Queenstreet. Berada pada kuadran I dengan menggunakan strategi SO yaitu perusahaan memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sehingga strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah mendukung pertumbuhan kebijakan yang agrisif ( growth oriented strategy) untuk meningkatkan penjualan Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran; Analisis SWOT

The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical methods and practical strategies of crea-ting city identity, and to utilize them as basic tools of city management. Place marketing consists of two parts, place assets making and place promotion. Place asset making is the process of making the place-specific advantage or attractiveness and the place promotion is the process that makes notice of it. The place marketing debates and strategies is quite often confined to partial place marketing, the search for the tactical method of place promotion. However, this study examines the characteristics of full place marketing focused on the place making such as the background, concept, category, participants and principles of place making. This study finds out that the originality, specificity, and indispensability of place asset is the source of competitive advantage. The principles of place asset making are participation, learning and experience, and leadership and networks among actors. The policy implication of this study is that it is most important for the success of place marke-ting to make competitive assets and eventual city identity.

Almost every company in Indonesia carries out a variety of strategies to be competitive. In the Bottled Drinking Water Industry, the result of a research carried out by Mandiri Industry Update (2015) indicated the existence of intense competition, with more than 500 bottled water companies, of which 60% were mostly local players. This should be a concern for Danone Group with the AQUA brand that currently still dominates the market. AQUA must continue to maintain its market share by finding ways to provide satisfying products to costumers in order to encourage loyalty so that AQUA can survive in the competition. This study was chosen based on the researcher's interest in the effect of satisfaction felt by costumers on costumer loyalty to AQUA products. In this case, the Marketing Mix (product, price, place, promotion) forms the factors that lead to costumer satisfaction and loyalty (Wahab et al, 2016). This study was conducted in the campus environment of Airlangga University with as many as 80 students. The results of this study using empirical data indicated that the marketing mix variables consisting of product, price, promotion, place had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on costumer loyalty.
