Visualizing something abstract into a concrete object can help students improve their mastery of concepts in learning. The purpose of this study is to visualize the stages of the educational research methodology into an animation infographic media. The method used refers to the instructional development model. The target subjects of this study were students of informatics engineering education study program who had taken courses in educational research methodology. In order to get valid, practical, and effective media, several tests were carried out, such as formative evaluation and effectiveness testing with Hake formula. The results show that the dynamic infographic media produced has gone through expert judgment as follows. (1) Testing by content experts score 1 (very high), testing by the learning design experts scored 0.92 (very high), and testing by learning media experts scored 0.90 (very high). (2) The result obtained from the practicality testing is 86.5%, or it is included in the practical category. (3) The testing of the effectiveness of using the Hake formula obtained N-gain results of 0.8, which belongs to the effective category. It shows that animation infographic media produced is valid, practical, and effective to be used in improving the concept mastery of the stages of educational research methodology in informatics engineering education study program.

Abstract This study aim is to develop integrated natural science learning tools in fifth grade of Elementary School Semester I. The research and development method use the Dick and Carey model with the development stages: identifying goals, developing strategies, designing, drafting learning tools, and formative evaluation. The formative evaluation was carried out through expert tests involving content experts and learning design experts, while the one-to-one and small group tests involved students and teachers in four elementary schools in Cluster III, Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan. The average values of the assessment of content experts and learning design experts for modules (93), media (PowerPoint) (92), teacher guides (96), and student guides (94) that categorized as the highest quality. The results of the one-to-one trial through (1) student responses obtained the percentage value of each module (90.55), media (PowerPoint), and 88 student guides (92.23); and (2) the teacher's responses obtained the percentage value of each module (92), media (PowerPoint) 92) and teacher's guide (90), with the category of the highest quality of the device. The results of the small group trial achieved 100% completeness with a minimum completeness criteria of 60. The product development of the Integrated Natural Science learning module for elementary school students equipped with media (PowerPoint), the guiding for student and teacher, is suitable for integrated learning in elementary schools. ZusammenfassungMitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Gesundheitswesen sind berufsbedingt besonderen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Diese entstehen durch das Auseinandersetzten mit Leid und Tod oder durch traumatisierende Erfahrungen mit Patientinnen und Patienten. Daraus können negative gesundheitliche Auswirkungen seelischer und körperlicher Art folgen. Möchten Betroffene dem entgegenwirken, so lassen sich nur selten präventive Maßnahmen finden. Gefördert durch den Innovationsfonds sollen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Gesundheitswesen innovativ in Form von Kreativen Stärkungsgruppen nachhaltig gestärkt werden.Das UPGRADE-Projekt bietet die Teilnahme an Kreativen Stärkungsgruppen. Zur Untersuchung der Wirksamkeit wird eine randomisierte kontrollierte Studie mit 366 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern (Alter > 18) durchgeführt. Die Interventionsgruppe nimmt an den Kreativen Stärkungsgruppen teil. Beide Gruppen werden zu 3 Zeitpunkten zur Arbeitszufriedenheit, der subjektiven Arbeitsbelastung und Arbeitsfähigkeit befragt, um eine mögliche Veränderung durch die Teilnahme an den Kreativen Stärkungsgruppen festzustellen. Um die Umsetzbarkeit der Intervention zu bewerten, wird eine ergänzende formative Evaluation durchgeführt.Wenn sich das Angebot der Kreativen Stärkungsgruppen im UPGRADE-Projekt als niedrigschwelliges Angebot für Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Gesundheitswesen als wirksam erweist, ist eine Anpassung und Umsetzung in anderen Bereichen möglich und wichtig.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengetahuan Alat Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan yang layak digunakan pada mahasiswa program studi Tata Boga. (2) mengetahui efektifitas multimedia pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengetahuan Alat Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan program studi Tata Boga. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan produk Borg and Gall yang dipadu dengan model desain pembelajaran dari Dick and Carey. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan, yang mana pada tahap I merupakan tahap uji coba produk yang terdiri dari: (1) validasi ahli desain pembelajaran, (2) validasi ahli materi pelajaran, (3) validasi ahli media pembelajaran, (4) uji coba perorangan, (5) uji coba kelompok kecil, dan (6) uji coba lapangan terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (82,17%), (2) uji ahli materi berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (89,5%), (3) uji ahli media berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (87%),  (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (86%), dan (6) uji coba lapangan terbatas berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (83,8%). Kata Kunci: multimedia, pembelajaran, pengetahuan alat pengolahan dan penyajian makanan Abstract: This study aims to: (1) develop learning multimedia in the subject of Knowledge Processing and Presentation Tools that are suitable for use in culinary study program students. (2) knowing the effectiveness of learning multimedia in the subject of Food Processing and Food Processing Program Knowledge and Processing Tools. The study used the Borg and Gall product development model combined with learning design models from Dick and Carey. This research method consists of two stages, which in stage I is the product testing phase which consists of: (1) validation of learning design experts, (2) expert material validation, (3) validation of learning media experts, (4) test try individuals, (5) small group trials, and (6) limited field trials. The results showed: (1) the learning design expert test was in very good qualification (82.17%), (2) the material expert test was in very good qualification (89.5%), (3) the media expert test was in the qualification very good (85%), (4) individual trials are in very good qualifications (87%), (5) small group trials are in very good qualifications (86%), and (6) limited field trials are at very good qualification (83.8%). Keywords: multimedia, learning, knowledge of processing and serving food
