Trading frequency can be said as the implementation from trader of commerce. This case based on positive or negative trader reaction given by trader information.  Stock trading in BEI always fluctuate with price of volume value and frequency particularly. Frequency itself shows the company  involved or not. In trading frequency, if the indicator frequency it self shown the higher point, it means better. In spite of the most important thing is how the fluctuation or value conversion itself. On the frequencies we also could see which stocks is interested by the investor. When trading frequency high, it  may be create sense of interest from investors.The aim of this research, in order to know how far the effect of trading frequency (X) with stock value (Y) using cover stock value. The information used is begin 2008 with sample from twelve property and real estate companies. According to the research can be conclude from twelve companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008, 75 % of trading frequency samples doesn’t have signification degree between trading frequency and stock value. Agroecosystem in cocoa plant was once of the important thing that have to manage intend to make the cacao plantation sustain. Cocoa was the mascot of industrial plant trade in Bali Province including in Tabanan Regency. Cocoa cultivation is almost done by most plantation farmers in Bali. The Bali Government, through the Tabanan Food and Agriculture Office, strongly supports the spread of cocoa cultivation. In 2010, a free seedling assistance policy for farmers was issued in order to obtain uniformity of growth and yield of cocoa plants. The types of cocoa cultivated by farmers vary, so that since 2015 there have been stunting and of cocoa pod rot (CPB). Several studies on cocoa have been carried out, but they have not been able to provide solutions to disease attacks, especially cocoa pod rot. In this regard, this study was conducted to provide solutions in terms of cocoa crop management in order to know how to reduce the percentage of damage to cocoa plants and determine the strategies to manage the Cocoa plant in field.  This research shows that the best strategy to reduce the pod rot in cocoa plant is pruning the branch of cocoa. The pruning activity is useful to make the area of cocoa plant well maintained and clean.

This study aims to see (1) Know how to read waria in the community (2) To see how public acceptance of waria is. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which describes the adaptation of the transgender community by taking the location in Pa'doang-doangan Village, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency. Information retrieval was carried out by purposive sampling, and obtained 14 people. The data techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that 1) The adaptation process carried out by the transgender community in Pa`doang-doangan Village is by associating and always interacting with the community and how they uphold the values of mutual respect for each individual both in a young or adult environment and the most important thing is to keep them ethical. In addition, they provide the best service to each of their customers and are active in community social activities so as to create a high emotional sense with community members. 2) The existence of transgender women in society at first received social pressures but slowly they were able to accept it well in society. The manifestation of the acceptance of the existence of the waria community in Pa`doang-doangan Village is that they are not only accepted in their social environment, but they get legitimacy from the local government. Now they have the same social role in their social environment.

In the present scenario images have become the most suitable way to keep our past alive. Nowadays people are very busy in earning their livelihood and day to day life, even though they want to keep their golden moment alive for the rest of life. Images have touched almost all the fields like medical, sports, social networking and many more. It is the need of time to know how the images are being captured and stored into memory. To deal with images and before analyzing them the most important thing is to capture the image. This is called as Image Acquisition. Image Acquisition is achieved by suitable camera. We use different cameras for different application. If we need an X-Ray image, we use a camera (film) which is sensitive to XRays. If we want Infra Red image, we use cameras which are sensitive to Infra Red radiations. For normal images (family pictures etc.) we use cameras which are sensitive to visual spectrum.

Patients satisfaction is a very important thing for doctors. Effective communication between doctor and patient is very needed to make the patient feel comfortable. Success in communication can be indicated with feedback from the patient. To get a good feedback, the doctor has to create a comfortable environment for the patient to tell what s/he feels. Recovering patients condition not only through physical recovery but through mental recovery as well. In the recovery of seborrheic dermatitis patient, doctors are required to do some research and know how to handle the patient. Lessons that were taught by the doctors will be different on every patients depends on the current condition. Doctors must be able to choose the most effective ways and methods to recover the patients condition. Therefore, doctors are required to have a good communication skills.

The Future

The growth of early childhood character in the golden age is a very important thing that affects behavior and character in the future and it is the responsibility of all parties. Various models, methods and media can be used as a means to grow characters in early childhood. One is using hand puppets through storytelling methods. This research is aimed to know how the use of hand puppet through story with tadzkirah model can grow character in early childhood. Kindergarten / PAUD students will be more interested in recognizing characters as well as emulating those characters in the story. Methods of telling stories with hand puppets in line with the tadzkirah learning model, emphasizing on exemplary (T), guidance on guidance (A), encouragement (D), planting value (Z), continuity principle (K) repetition (R), organizing knowledge and experience (A), touching heart (H). Methods in this study are qualitative methods. The conclusions of this study are the use of hand puppets through story methods and tadzkirah models containing stories of honesty, independence, sense of responsibility and tolerance can grow characters in early childhood.

The advent of the environmental SEM (ESEM) has made possible the examination of uncoated and untreated specimen surfaces in the presence of a gaseous or liquid environment. However, the question arises as to what degree the examined surface remains unaffected by the action of the electron beam. It is reasonable to assume that the beam invariably affects all specimens but the type and degree of effect may be totally unimportant for one class of applications and totally unacceptable for another; yet, for a third class, it is imperative to know how our observations are modified by the presence of the beam. The aim of this report is to create an awareness of the need to initiate research work in various fields in order to determine the guiding rules of the limitations (or even advantages) due to irradiation.

For the calculation of X-ray intensities emitted by elements present in multi-layer systems it is vital to have an accurate knowledge of the x-ray ionization vs. mass-depth (ϕ(ρz)) curves as a function of accelerating voltage and atomic number of films and substrate. Once this knowledge is available the way is open to the analysis of thin films in which both the thicknesses as well as the compositions can usually be determined simultaneously.Our bulk matrix correction “PROZA” with its proven excellent performance for a wide variety of applications (e.g., ultra-light element analysis, extremes in accelerating voltage) has been used as the basis for the development of the software package discussed here. The PROZA program is based on our own modifications of the surface-centred Gaussian ϕ(ρz) model, originally introduced by Packwood and Brown. For its extension towards thin film applications it is required to know how the 4 Gaussian parameters α, β, γ and ϕ(o) for each element in each of the films are affected by the film thickness and the presence of other layers and the substrate.

Abstract At first, grant writing may look like a daunting task. You may ask yourself, “Is it really worth the time and effort?” With today's economic situation, teachers and therapists need ways to supplement their programs and grants provide such an opportunity. However, many of us do not know how to get started. After a few experiences and many lessons learned, I have come to enjoy researching and writing grants to supplement my students' learning.
