This study aims to determine the company's financial performance by using profitability ratio analysis, where the profitability ratio is a ratio that aims to determine the company's ability in generating profit over a certain period and also provides an overview of the level of management effectiveness in carrying out its operations. Profitability ratio consists of three ratios, among others Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin. The research object is PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk, where the health services company has done IPO (Initial Public Offering) or initial public offering so that economic growth of company very rapidly. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the financial performance of the company at PT. Medikaloka Hermina Tbk. year 2018 - 2020 if reviewed from the profitability ratio. The sample of this research is financial reports from PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk for 2018 – 2020 published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website

The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, the data source used is secondary data, namely data in the form of company’s annual financial reports from 2015 - 2019 attached to the IDX website. Data collection techniques in this study use documentation techniques. Research population Pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, sampling using purposive sampling method, namely PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) PT. Kimia Farma, (KAEF), and PT. Pharos Tbk (PEHA). The data analysis technique used in this research is the Profitability Ratio Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) analysis technique, namely 5 periods of financial statements for each of 3 pharmaceutical companies using standard ratio analysis. industry profitability by cashmere. The results showed that the differences in the financial performance of 3 pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX were seen from the profitability ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM) for 5 years, namely PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT. Kimia Farma Tbk is not very good and PT. Pharos Indonesia, Tbk is not good enough. Return On Asset (ROA). PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT. Kimia Farma Tbk is not very good and PT. Pharos Indonesia, Tbk is not very good. Return On Equity (ROE) The financial performance of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT. Kimia Farma Tbk is not very good and PT. Pharos Indonesia, Tbk is not very good.

This study aims to analyze differences in the company's financial performance before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. The observation period was conducted for 2 years before and 2 years after the IPO. The sampling technique was purposive sampling in order to get 12 companies. Variables used to measure financial performance are Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) ), and Fixed Asset Turn Over (FATO). This research uses a quantitative approach with statistical methods. The data analysis technique used is one sample Kolmogorof Smirnof to test the normality of the data and paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the company's financial performance measured by CR, DAR, DER, and TATO before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and there is no difference in the company's financial performance measured by ROA, ROE, and FATO before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO). ). The results of overall financial performance after the IPO action have not been fully realized so that the company's expectations for creating better financial performance have not been realized.


One of the ways to find out the performance of company making Initial Public Offering (IPO) is through the financial performance analysis. The analysis would help investors prior to deciding to buy the stocks of the company. Financial ratios are a common tool used in making financial statement analysis. This study aims to analyze whether the companies’ financial performance improves after the IPO. This research is quantitative research using secondary data. The sample consists of 59 companies’ making IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2014. Results indicate that only Current Ratio increases significantly over three years after the IPO. The other ratios, i.e., Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity decrease. Overall, the financial performance of the companies tends to worsen, except for liquidity ratio.

This research aimed to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the financial performance of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (AHI) which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. While, the data were secondary, in which taken from company’s financial statement 2014-2017. Moreover, the research was quantitative. In addition, the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and inferential analysis with SPSS 25. From the data result, it concluded Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, and financial performance had good average score. Likewise, from the inferential analysis, it showed classical assumption test of all variables had fulfilled the assumption and there was no violence. As well as from the proper test model, it showed regression model was properly used. In brief, from the hypothesis result, it concluded Return on Assets and Return on Equity had significant effect on the financial performance. On the other hand, Net Profit Margin had insignificant effect on the financial performance.

This study aims to examine the differences infinancial performance and abnormal returns in the period before and after the announcement of the merger of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2004-2013. In this study the measurement of financial performance using four financial ratios which are the current ratio (CR), the net profit margin (NPM), return on equity(ROE) and price earnings ratio (PER), while the abnormal return is measured using the market return and the actual return. This study used purposive sampling in the sampling study. Company samples tested here are 8 companies from various different types of industries. Hypothesis testing is performed using paired sample t test with a confidence level of 5%. The test results of financial performance in the proxy with the current ratio (CR), the net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE) and price earnings ratio (PER) its how sthe difference before and after the announcement of the merger on the companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2004-2013.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to examine the effect of financial performance on the stock prices of state-owned (BUMN) banking companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2017.The financialperformance consists of Non Performing Loans, Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, and Net Profit Margin. The analysis in this study  used the multiple linier regression with 32 observations. Simultaneously all variables affect the stock price of Banking Companies of BUMN that listed on the  Indonesian Stock Exchange  for the period of 2010-2017. But partially, the variables which affect the stock price are  only Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Net Profit Margin.  Whereas the variable of  Non Performing Loans and Price Earning Ratio do not affect the stock price of Banking Companies of BUMN  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2010 until 2017 Keywords: Performance, Non Performing Loans, Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Stock Price Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2010-2017. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock price, both simultaneously and partially. The sample  of  this  research consists  of  30  banks  listed  on  Indonesia Stock  Exchange  (IDX).  Method  of analysis  is  multiple  linear  regressions.  The  results  show  that ROA,  ROE,  and  NPM  simultaneously have  significant  influence  on  stock prices  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange.  Partially,  ROA,  ROE,  and NPM have significant influence on stock prices in Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the influence of ROE  on  stock  prices  is  negative.  Coefficient  determination indicates  adjusted  R-square  of  0.529, which  means  that  52.90%  of stock  prices  affected  by  ROA,  ROE,  and  NPM,  and  47.10%  of  stock prices affected by other variables that are not studied. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisis pengaruh  return  on  asset (ROA), return  on  equity  (ROE),  dan  margin laba  bersih  terhadap  harga  saham  secara  simultan  dan  parsial. Sampel  penelitian  ini  terdiri  dari  30  bank  yang  terdaftar  di  Bursa Efek  Indonesia  (BEI).  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on asset, return on equity, dan margin laba bersih secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham  di  bursa   Indonesia.  Secara  parsial, return  on  asset,  return  on  equity,  dan  margin  laba  bersih berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  di  bursa  Indonesia, tetapi  efek  dari  return  on  equity terhadap harga saham adalah negatif. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan adjusted R-square sebesar 0,529, yang  berarti  bahwa  52,90%  dari  harga  saham  dipengaruhi  oleh  ROA,  ROE  dan  NPM,  dan 47,10% dari harga saham dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Analysis of Finece Performance Base on Fund Finance Ratio of PT. BPR. Saptacristy UtamaRural Banks (BPR) is a formal financial institution that has a function as a financialintermediary, especially on the national microfinance system. The study aimed tofind out the financial performance of PT. BPR. Saptacristy Utama when it wasanalyzed based on the financial ratios during the period of 2011 to 2015. Based onthe results of the financial analysis, liquidity ratio is categorized good, when viewedfrom the average cash ratio and the average loans to deposit ratio. The solvency ratiois said to be good, judging by the average capital adequacy ratio. Activity ratio isquite good when viewed from the multiplier leverage ratio and asset utilization ratiothat continue to increase. The profitability ratio is classified to be good,as can beseen on the average net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity. PT. BPR.Saptacristy Utama is expected to maintain its financial performance by strengtheningits business activities to increase the amount of its assets, the amount of thedistribution of funds in the form of loans and the placement of funds in other banksshould also be increased, revenue of operations and profits for subsequent yearsshould beincreased, as well as improving sale and service to its customers andprospective customers.

This research aims to determine the financial performance of an expedition company based on company profitability analysis. Indicators of profitability used include the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) in 2016 to 2018. Assessment of company performance is done by comparing the rentability ratio with the average ratio Industry and Bank Indonesia standards. The data used are financial statement data that is balance sheet and income statement report for year 2014 until 2016. Result of research indicate that overall rentability performance show good value, but compared with industry average performance of NPM year 2014 show less result Good, while ROA and ROE performance during 2015 and 2016 has not shown satisfactory results because it is below the industry average. Overall financial performance of the company can be said good.

This study aimed to determine the influence of The Influence of return on asset, financial leverage, and size of company on underpricing. Underpricing is measured by division the difference between clossing prices and offering price with offering price, return on asset is measured by division net profit with total asset, financial leverage is measured by division total debt with total equity and size of company is mesured with total sales in annual report company. This study took a sample of initial public offering company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010-2013. The data obtained by purposive sampling techniques and using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing result show that return on asset, financial leverage and company size simultaneously affect the underpricing. The partial hypothesis test result show that retun on asset, financial leverage and company size have a significant affect the underpricing.    Keywords: Return On Assets, Financial Leverage, Company Size, Underpricing
