Inclusion should be an important value of every society. Education institutions are the place for developing universal values that should enable every individual to express their needs in a unique and different way, which will prompt an inclusive environment that values diversity. Forming an inclusive environment fosters opportunity for developing creativity. Although inclusive education and creativity are rarely perceived as related, this paper aims to present the values and creativity opportunities of inclusive education. A chorus of criticism directed at the education system shows that creativity is not recognized enough, especially when it comes to students with disabilities whose creativity is often not seen as one of their abilities, even when it is developed. That happens as a result of perceiving the students through the prism of their disability. The emphasis should be on developing the values during the preschool period, which is the most significant period of a child’s development as that is the time when the foundations of the personality development are set. The subject of this research is focused on identifying the values and creativity opportunities of inclusive education, while the intention is to recognize the possible ways of developing creativity in an inclusive environment. The aim of the research was to examine the educators’ opinions on values and creativity opportunities of inclusion. As of recently, preschool institutions have been now facing an increasing number of children with disabilities enrolling in. Therefore, new challenges are posed on the preschool education when it comes to providing the children with the conditions for a development that meets their needs and abilities. The purpose of the paper is to offer strategies that will ensure the development of core values while respecting the creative potential of each child in an inclusive environment.

The subject of this research is the question of balance in application of quantitative and qualitative methods of research in studying the problems of inclusive education and personality with special educational needs. The goal is to demonstrate that the use of qualitative methods gives objective results even on the small sample of persons under test. The novelty consists in proving the fact that qualitative methods of research have substantial priority in examination of inclusive problems of inclusive personality. The conducted empirical research illustrated that it is possible to effectively identify coping strategies for the students with limited health conditions as well as normotypical, using the autobiographical method on the small sample of persons under test. Analysis of the problems of inclusive education oriented towards considering inclusive needs of the students with disabilities can be efficiently realized using the methods that do not suggest studying the large array of information and wide range of participants of the research. The absence of quantitative data processing in qualitative research of inclusive education is not considered a shortcoming of such research.

Despite the fact that the process of inclusive education implementation has been taking place in Poland for a few years now, it still encounters a lot of obstacles relating to, among other things, the readiness of mainstream settings, including teachers, for inclusion. For this process to be successful, teachers’ attitudes to the idea of inclusive education are also important. The primary purpose of the study was to explore the opinions of mainstream preschool teachers on selected aspects of inclusive education for students with disabilities. The study covered 76 preschool teachers. A diagnostic survey was used in the study. The findings showed that mainstream preschool teachers (generally) supported the idea of inclusive education for students with disabilities to a small extent only (i.e., a little bit below the average). This opinion correlated positively with a sense of readiness for specific tasks relating to the education of students with disabilities and providing it in an educational setting as well as with having formal teacher education in this area. The study also showed that mainstream preschool teachers were relatively most favorably inclined (however, only around the average) toward inclusive preschool education for students with mild intellectual disabilities, and least favorably - for students with multiple disabilities and blind students. The findings confirmed the reports found in the literature regarding significant gaps in preparation for tasks relating to the education of students with disabilities felt by mainstream preschool teachers. They also confirmed the fact that the vast majority of teachers saw many obstacles to the implementation of inclusive education in preschool, in particular relating to: specialists (mainly lack of specialists), too large preschool groups, and school space (mainly architectural barriers). Moreover, the findings showed that only a small number of teachers saw advantages of inclusive education - subject to specific conditions, though. The study findings suggest that it is necessary to provide more effective, specialist support for mainstream preschool teachers in their work with students/children with disabilities and to introduce changes in preschool teacher training at the college level.

This article reflects on the theme of Inclusive Education, an educational paradigm that refers to a restructuring of culture, practice and policies experienced in schools, so that they meet the diversity of students. It aims to contribute to the reflection on the challenges of educational inclusion of students in the IFRO – Porto Velho Calama Campus and communicate the process of development and application of the educational product: Initial Formation Course. The method used was the Educational Action Research, with the acquisition and analysis of data based on educational documents that guide the inclusion of autistic students prepared in IFRO, legislation and national guidelines concerning the subject. Among the results achieved, it is reported that IFRO has developed actions aimed at improving the conditions of access, permanence and success of students with disabilities, including students with ASD. However, there is a threat scenario to this inclusive process, caused by neoliberal pedagogies that put at risk the continuity of the offer of Integrated Secondary Education, and intend to remodel the curricula, configuring a teaching by competences, which aims to attend to productivist interests and logics with regard to professional practice. In the case of the education of the person with ASD, these pedagogies tend to disregard the characteristic variability of the disorder, demand unachievable standards and intensify exclusion.

The article is devoted to the issues of improving the administrative and legal regulation of inclusive education in institutions of preschool education and secondary education instituions in Ukraine. Addressing this topic is certainly relevant due to the fact that, firstly, inclusive education is a new institution for Ukrainian society and a real challenge for children, teachers and the legislator. Secondly, in the science of domestic administrative law there is no comprehensive study of Ukrainian sources of law in the field of inclusive education, which would also fully identify the challenges of this field. Thirdly, administrative and legal acts in the field of inclusive education, unfortunately, do not correspond to reality, have gaps in both the field of law and in the field of pedagogy. The authors set themselves the following tasks: to analyze the sources of law governing relations arising in the field of inclusive education in Ukraine; highlight the current challenges of the inclusive education in Ukraine and make suggestions on ways to overcome them. The methodology of this article includes: the method of analysis and synthesis, the systemic and functional approach, the historical method, abstraction, the comparative method, explanations, research interviews, modeling and forecasting methods. So, the authors of the article translated and studied the legislation of the State of Israel as a progressive country in the field of inclusion. To achieve the main goal of the research it was also conducted a survey among the heads of educational institutions in the city of Odessa, where currently inclusive groups or classes are functioning. This has identified challenges such as gaps in the most legally established procedure for opening inclusive groups and classes; providing schools and kindergartens with assistants who should help educators /teachers and children with special educational needs; the question of the number of children with special educational needs in a group or class and the nature of nosologies. Having studied each of the challenges in detail, the authors proposed appropriate changes and additions to the current legislation, which are detailed in the comparative tables. The conclusions of the article can be used both in research work for the further development of Ukrainian administrative law and in national lawmaking by making appropriate changes to Ukrainian legislation and the adoption of relevant legal acts regulating important issues in the field of inclusive education.

The article outlines the importance of interaction between teachers and parents in order to provide effective adaptation of a child with Down syndrome to the inclusive groups of a preschool education institution. Every year the number of children with genetic pathologies is increasing. Their adaptation in society is available through educational activities known as inclusive education. Among the common pathologies, occurring in newborns the most widespread is the one, known as “Down syndrome”. This pathology occurs with the frequency of one case per 500-800 newborn babies. The process of adaptation of a child with Down syndrome to the conditions of a preschool institution has three levels. This adaptation to the surrounding reality can be light (easy process of adaptation), middle (adaptation with some difficulties) and heavy (difficult). At each stage, the interaction between teachers and a child’s parents is very important. Cooperation of teachers and parents helps to find better educational forms and methods to be used, encourage children with Down syndrome to use and improve the skills and knowledge gained in educational institutions at home.
