The adoption of cloud computing (CC) by individuals and banking institutions garnered little attention. The goal of this study is to examine the factors that influence the adoption of CC by Libyan private bank personnel. According to the findings, employees' behavioral intention (BI) to adopt CC is significantly influenced by individual elements (performance expectation (PE), effort expectation (EE), social influence (SI), attitude (AT), and IT knowledge (ITK), among others. User happiness with cloud computing has been proposed to moderate the impact of individual elements on BI (SaaS). A total of 309 Libyan bank workers were randomly selected to participate in the study. Analyses of Moment Structures were used in the study (AMOS). The findings of the study show that the BI's use of CC is influenced by a variety of personal circumstances. It was partially mediated by satisfaction in BI's decision to employ CC. Employees at private banks will be more likely to use CC if they focus on their own needs.

This paper aims to investigate the effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, trust, job opportunity, top management support, competitive pressure, and regulatory support on employees’ behavioral intention to use cloud computing. Data was collected by means of self-administrated questionnaire containing 25 items from 205 employees’ working in three, four, and five star hotels. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the research hypotheses. Results of the current study revealed that there are significant impacts of four independent variables (i.e. job opportunity, top management support, competitive pressure, and regulatory support) on behavioral intention (BI) to use cloud computing; whereas four independent variables (i.e. perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, and trust) have no significant impact on BI. The results of T-test also showed that there is a significant difference in the impact of BI to use cloud computing in favor of gender. On the other hand, the results of ANOVA’s test showed that there is no significant difference in the impact of BI that can be attributed to age, educational level, and personal income; whereas a significant difference found in favor of work position and hotel’s classification. In light of these findings, implications to both theory and practice are discussed.

The appears of the popularity of web technologies and applications have created a vast opportunity for organizations, including institutions of higher education. With the presence of Academic information systems (SiAkad) that is in STTNAS, then do some research to find out the intention of the behavior in the use of Academic information systems using the UTAUT model (Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology). The phenomenon underlying this study is: not yet optimal use of Academic information systems by civitas academic (professors, students and employees) in the process of learning and socializing, so the existence of maximal and haven't yet SiAkad his crisp utilization impact of its use for the entire civitas academic. The study was limited in its scope: the analysis of the influence of Performance Expextancy, Expextancy Effort, Social Influence and Facilitating Condition against the intention SiAkad usage behavior in STTNAS in Yogyakarta. The data in the study on the test with the SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Modeling). SEM is a tool of statistical analysis that are used to complete the research of multilevel models simultaneously. SEM can be used to solve equations with variables that make up the path. Research results based on the analysis and discussion is a variable PerformanceExpectancy (PE), Social Influence (SI) and Facilitating Condition (FC) effect significantly to Behavioral Intention, while variable Effort Expectancy (EE) provides results that are not significant. Fourth overall Predictor is only able to explain the impact on behavioral intention of 37,6 percent.

The study was carried out with the help of an online survey questionnaire, which was distributed to 414 people. The impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, trust, and perceived security on the behavioral intention of mobile payment usage was investigated in this study. This study used a quantitative approach, with Generation Z as the unit of analysis, and the respondents from Bekasi as the target population. Two of the criteria have a significant relationship with the behavioral intention to use the mobile payment instrument, according to the research. Based on the result of this study, it can be seen that perceived security has the most influence on the behavioral intention to use mobile payment, followed by social influence.

AbstractThis study analyzes the impact of a newly emerging type of anti-money laundering regulation that obligates cryptocurrency exchanges to report suspicious transactions to financial authorities. We build a theoretical model for the reporting decision structure of a private bank or cryptocurrency exchange and show that an inferior ability to detect money laundering (ML) increases the ratio of reported transactions to unreported transactions. If a representative money launderer makes an optimal portfolio choice, then this ratio increases further. Our findings suggest that cryptocurrency exchanges will exhibit more excessive reporting behavior under this regulation than private banks. We attribute this result to cryptocurrency exchanges’ inferior ML detection abilities and their proximity to the underground economy.

This study was based on the analysis of the impact of goals, monetary incentives and recognition and rewards on the worker’s performance. A descriptive research style was used where a sample of 130 employees from the various private banks made up the sample. Questionnaires were used to collect data which was then analyzed and presented on graphs, tables and charts. The study found out that goals were widely used as motivators in the banks. It also found out that the employees were dissatisfied with the salaries they were getting. The recognition and reward systems were also unequitable. The small and medium-sized enterprises provide much economic dynamism for macroeconomic development in China. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises have to face financing difficulties due to external factors and internal factors, such as the willingness of financial institutions to lend and the low credit of small and medium-sized enterprises. The establishment of private banks plays a very important role in alleviating the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and eliminating financial suppression. This paper takes the listed small and medium-sized enterprises as samples to study the impact of the development of private banks on the small and medium-sized enterprises financing. The conclusions show that the development of private banks can alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.

This study aims to measure the impact of social influence on performance expectation, motivation, and attitude, and its implication on intention of kindergarten students to adopt a Tablet PC. In this study, aprojective technique was employed. The projective technique is a method used by participants to measure third persons’ behavior. Data was collected in March-April 2016 in Jakarta, involving 210 kindergartenstudents’ parents. Data was analyzed using an exploratory and structural equation model. Based on the calculation, the Tablet PC adoption intention is affected by performance expectation while performanceexpectation is affected by social influence. Furthermore, adoption intention is also affected by attitude towards adoption. Recommendations for educators, practitioners, and future study are discussed. Keywords: Tablet PC, projective technique, kindergarten students, social influence, performance expectance, adoption intention
