This study aims to determine the effect of arm length, hand-eye coordination, and arm-toe coordination on the bowling ability of male cricket athletes in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in early January 2021, which took place at the campus of the Jakarta State University Cricket Arena. The method of research used in this research is survey method with path analysis technique or path analysis. The sample used in this study amounted to 18 people who came from the male Cricket Athlete in Jakarta. The first test that was carried out was measurement of arm length. Then proceed with a test of eye-eye coordination, arm power and bowling ability for male cricket athletes in DKI Jakarta. The hypothesis testing technique used in this study is to use path analysis techniques. The data that has been obtained aka n through a process of analysis of the data through SPSS. The results of this study are: 1) the direct effect of variable X1 on Y (X1  Y) or (r1y) = -0,245. So the effect of arm length (X1) directly affects bowling ability (Y) of -0.245 or -24.5%. 2) The direct effect of variable X2 on Y (X2 Y) or (r2y) = 0.535. So the effect of eye-hand-foot coordination (X2) directly affects bowling ability (Y) by 0.535 or 53.5%. 3) The direct effect of variable X3 on Y (X3  Y) or (r3y) = 0.457. So the effect of arm power (X3) directly affects the bowling ability (Y) of 0.457 or 45.7%. 4) The direct effect of variable X1 on X3 (X1  X3) or (r13) = 0.552. So the effect of arm length (X1) directly affects arm power (X3) by 0.552 or 55.2%. 5). The direct effect of variable X2 on X3 (X2  X3) or (r23) = 0.407. So the effect of hand-eye coordination (X2) directly affects arm power (X3) by 0.407 or 40.7%. 6) The indirect effect of variable X1 on Y through X3 (X1  X3  Y) or (r13y) = 0.552x0.457 = 0.253. So the effect of arm length (X1) indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3) by 0.253 or 25.3%. 7) The indirect effect of variable X2 on Y through X3 (X2  X3  Y) or (r23y) = 0.407x0.457 = 0.186. So the effect of hand eye coordination (X2) indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3) by 0.186 or 18.6%.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of organizational culture and self-esteem toward teacher’s achievement junior high school in east of Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 200 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 133 teachers using proportional random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to achievement; (2) the self-esteem have positive direct effect to achievement; (3) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to self-esteem. The achievement can be improved through improvement of organizational culture and self-esteem

This study aims to reveal whether there is effect muscle power arm, hand eye coordination, flexibility and confidence to smash badminton skills, either directly or indirectly. The research was conducted at the Serambi Mekkah University, with a sample consisting of 73 samples were selected from 677. physical education, health and recreation students, serambi mekkah university of Banda Aceh" . The analysis technique used in this research is using path analysis (path analysis), with the aim to identify the direct and indirect effect between variables. The results showed that: (1) Arm muscle power directly effect the confidence of 4.62%, (2) Hand-eye coordination has a direct effect on confidence of 59.29%. (3) Flexibility of the torso indirectly effect the confidence of 92.69%, (4) Arm muscle power indirectly effect badminton smash skills of 66.55%. The objective of this research is to know the effect of emotion and job stress toward contra productive work behaviour of the teachers at State Elementary School at Bekasi District. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 134 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 100 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analysed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the emotion has positive direct effect to contra productive work behaviour; (2) the job stress has positive direct effect to contra productive work behaviour; (3) the emotion has positive direct effect to job stress. The contra productive work behaviour can be improved through improvement of emotion and the job stress.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of motivation and leadership effectiveness to productivity at vocational school in the subdistrict of West Cikarang Bekasi district. The research was conducted using survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected as much as 74teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: First, the motivation have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of motivation will lead to increased productivity. Second, the leadership effectiveness have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of leadership effectiveness will lead to increased productivity. Third, motivation have positive direct effect to the leadership effectiveness. The productivity can be improved by increasing motivation and leadership effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the BPNT program on household consumption and consumption patterns of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in Mengwi District, Badung Regency using a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a large sample size of 96 KPM. This study uses path analysis techniques to analyze the direct effect and Sobel test to analyze the indirect effect. Based on path analysis, the results of the study concluded that the BPNT variable had a positive and significant effect on the consumption of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The BPNT variable has no effect on the consumption pattern of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The household consumption variable has a negative and significant effect on the consumption pattern of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The household consumption variable did mediate the effect of the BPNT Program on the consumption pattern of BPNT recipient households in Mengwi District, Badung Regency

This research is aimed to explore and find out the effect of military ethics and motivation on the national commitment of the soldiers of the Indonesian Army. The research is conducted on the soldiers in the rank of non-commissioned and enlisted soldiers at one of the Indonesian Army units in Jakarta. The data is collected with the survey method on the sample that comprises of 83 respondents which are taken with a simple random sampling technique. The data is analyzed quantitatively from an organizational behavior perspective with the Path Analysis technique utilizing SPSS 22 software. The test of normality and linearity of each regression between variables results in a normal distribution of residual and linearly related. The results of this research show that (1) military ethics has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (2) military ethics has a positively direct effect on motivation; (3) motivation has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (4) military ethics has an indirect effect on national commitment through motivation.

This research investigate about the influence of functional training, integrity, competence and organizational commitment to quality audit. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of functional training, integrity, competence and organizational commitment to quality audit, in The Audit Board of Republic Indonesia, Jakarta in 2017. The research used survey method quantitative approach with path analysis technique. Methods of survey research using quantitative approach path analysis techniques. The data were collected from 100 auditor as sample. Sample were sellected by simple random sampling from 130 Auditor as population. The results showed there is the significant direct effect functional of training on quality audit; integrity on qualty audit; competency on quality audit; organizational commitment on quality audit; functional training, Integrity and Competence significant direct effect on organizational commitment; functional training and Integrity significant direct effect on the competence; direct effect on the integrity of functional training is significant.

This research was about the effects of self-concept, motivation and discipline on the performance of the primary school principals at Jagakarsa regency of South Jakarta. The objectives of this research were: determining whether self-concept has a direct effect on discipline, determining whether motivation has a direct affect on discipline, determining whether discipline has a direct effect on performance, determining whether the self-concept has direct effect on performance, determining whether the motivation has a direct effect on performance, determining whether the self-concept has an indirect effect on performance but through discipline, and determining whether the motivation have an indirect effect on performance through discipline. The research was conducted by survey method with path-analysis. The sample size was 63 principals of the school.
