The framework of a construction industry could be identified by the nature of the work, by material type, contract volume, difficulty, and position of end products. In the planning phase of the construction projects, two fundamental constraints should be taken into account, and they include; quality and cost. To ensure a successful outcome, it is crucial to evaluate both limitations in the project's schedule and implementation. The management, economics, and quality of home construction are rapidly becoming a subject of international study, practical analysis, and execution. The construction of a project involves a broad range of complex operations. While supervising a construction operation, clients' demands and budget should inform of the adequate standard fit for quality. This is because if a project is not adequately managed, construction firms will encounter a substantial economic impact. Consequently, project management is a critical means for developing construction processes and successful completion of the project. This study gave prominence to a conversation about management, economics, and quality of home building construction. This is considering that customers are generally concerned with quality and costs when engaging professionals for procurement. The quality of the project outcome depends on prescription construction details, and the cost is the quality-related financial outcome. This study explains how residential building companies can create external partnerships, obtain direct and indirect support, and deliver optimal project results. It also explains how it is necessary to monitor and manage the quality and efficiency of the project via an enhanced economy control in the home constructions.

A vast number of studies about construction defects have been published in different countries, confirming that construction defects are a global issue. This problem often adversely affects the budgets, timing, and quality of construction projects. The lack of understanding about which construction tasks are prone to defects make implementation more uncertain and increases the chances of defects. This study seeks to identify and understand the behavior and pattern of task actions that are more prone to defects through the anatomy process of a specific task. The first objective in this study was to identify, track, and record construction defects during the execution of a number of actions within a specified task. The second objective was quantifying which actions are more prone to construction defects and determining the reasons why. Fifteen case studies were conducted on residential buildings, which included 45 items focusing on the column sub-task. Initial results suggest that some actions within specific sub-tasks are more susceptible to defects. This research aims to improve the understanding of construction defects and solutions, enhance cost controls, reduce time overruns, and improve execution quality.

A comprehensive approach to the problem of improving the quality of construction of residential buildings, allows you to take into account various main factors that affect the quality of construction in General. Using the method of expert opinions, the most significant parameters were identified. The weight of each factor is determined using a mathematical model. The experiment examined three levels of variation in significance for each group of factors. After obtaining a discrete value of a complex indicator of the quality of construction of a residential building, it is interpreted using adapted quantitative ranges of values of the generalized Harrington desirability function. A method has been developed to determine the effectiveness of organizational and technological decisions made. An algorithm has also been developed to improve the quality of residential building construction.

Abstract Badung regency in Bali, where the tourism industry is growing very rapidly. Building continues to grow, such as hotels, villas, resorts, hospitals, and so forth. Implementation of building construction projects in Badung not be separated from the issue of costs, quality of execution and completion time of the project. These problems arise due to lack of skills / competencies project manager of the responsibility to integrate and coordinate all available resources for the achievement of project objectives. In this case the role of Project Manager will determine the success of a project. So, there should be a study of the basic capabilities that must be owned by the Project Manager, among others: Conceptual Skills, Technical Skill, and Soft Skills. Data collection is done by the method of observation and surveys. Factor analysis was conducted to identify factors / characteristics Project Manager that affect the quality of the construction project implementation performance. Multiple linear regression analysis determined the relationship of the performance characteristics of the project manager building construction projects in Badung. Factor analysis resulted in the identification of 22 variables that affect the quality of the building construction project implementation performance. Multiple linear regression analysis determines the characteristics of the Project Manager greatest influence on the quality of the building construction project implementation performance is Social Skills aspect of 33.08% compared to the other two aspects, namely the conceptual skills (32.10%) and Technical (9.40%) . The total value of the influence of the three aspects of the characteristics of the project manager of 74.58% means that there are still approximately 25.42% influenced by other factors, such as the state of nature, the environmental situation, location, and so on, the implementation of building construction projects in Badung.

Building Informatics is a body of knowledge that uses the ICT computer system, digital systems, building information modeling, and state-of-the-art software in solving technical and management issues in building and construction fields. One of the modern methods used in data forecasting and modeling is Artificial Neural Networks, considering its advantage over traditional regression method. A data sample was taken of 1500 residential building projects' completion costs. Regression analysis was carried out and model validated with functionality and Jackknife re-sampling technique. 150 Questionnaires were used to capture data on factors influencing application of heuristics protocol for decisions in residential building construction projects and data samples were analyzed using severity index, ranking, and simple percentages. Analysis of data brought up some factors that influence effective application of heuristic protocol in solving decision problems in construction decision process. The linearity analysis was carried out on the model and results indicated high level of tolerance and-0.0876 lowest variation prediction quotients to 0.9878 highest variation quotients. Also, 0.069 regression model fitness coefficient (R-square) was generated with 0.9878 highest variation quotients with standard error of 0.045. The results data attests to the stability of the model generated and the model is flexible in accommodating new data and variables, thus, allows for continuous updating.
