LABURPENA: Espainiako Justizia Administrazioa pausoz pauso egokitzen joan da informazio eta komunikazio teknologia berrien garapenak (IKT) eskatzen duen aldaketa girora. Teknologiak aurrera egin ahala, zabalagoak dira eskura ditugun aukerak. Epaitegien eremuari gagozkiola, teknologien erabilerak gure justiziak pairatzen dituen gaitzetako batzuk konpontzen lagundu dezakete. Lan honetan, Espainian justizia modernizatzeko bidean egon den lege-oinarriaren eta borondate politikoaren bilakaera aztertuko dugu, eta oraindik orain indarrean jarri den 18/2011 Legearen indarguneei erreparatuko diegu —besteak beste, herritarrek Justizia Administrazioarekin harremanak elektronikoki izateko duten eskubidea—, bai eta konpontzeke dauden arazoak ere. Azkenik, Cyberjustice Laboratory zentroak eskaintzen dituen irakasbide nagusien laburpena egingo dugu, zentro hori aitzindaria baita egoitza judizialeko IKTen ikerketan. RESUMEN: La Administración de Justicia española se ha ido adaptando paulatinamente al cambio exigido por el desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación (TIC). A mayor avance tecnológico mayores son las posibilidades que estas nos ofrecen; en el ámbito estrictamente judicial, su empleo puede ayudar a paliar algunos de los males endémicos de nuestra justicia. En este trabajo observaremos la evolución del sustrato legal y de la voluntad política por modernizar la justicia en España, apuntando los puntos fuertes de la reciente Ley 18/2011, entre los que sin duda se encuentra el reconocimiento del derecho del ciudadano a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración de Justicia, y la cuestiones pendientes. Finalmente, mostraremos un extracto de las principales lecciones a las que ha llegado el Cyberjustice Laboratory, centro pionero en el estudio de las TIC en sede judicial. ABSTRACT: Spanish Justice Administration has been gradually adapting to the change demanded by the development of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). The more technological advance, the more chance these offer us. The use of ICTs in judicial context can help us to fix up some of the endemic problems of our justice. In this paper we observe the evolution of the legal substrate and the political decisions to modernize the justice in Spain, pointing out the strengths of the recent Law 18/2011 —the recognition of the right of citizens to interact electronically with the Administration of Justice— and the outstanding issues. Finally, we will show an extract of the main lessons that we could drawn from Cyberjustice Laboratory, pioneer in the study of ICT in Court.

In this paper, the authors present a scale elaborated in order to find out towards training and continuum improvement in NICT (new information and communication technologies) of education professionals, since this attitude is negative to them. This may be En este artículo se presenta una escala elaborada con el fin de conocer las actitudes sobre la formación y perfeccionamiento en las nuevas tecnologías de la información (NTIC) de los profesionales de la educación ya que muchos no han desarrollado aún una actitud favorable hacia ellas. Ésta puede ser una de las razones por las que no las utilicen en el aula, lo que conlleva una falta de aprovechamiento de los beneficios que pueden aportar tanto a su trabajo como al aprendizaje de sus alumnos. Para ello, después se teoriza sobre las actitudes y la formación y perfeccionamiento en NTIC, finalizando con la construcción de una Escala Likert.

Abstract:This paper aims at providing a contribution to the comprehensive review of the impact of information and communication, and their supporting technologies, in the current transformation of human life in the infosphere. The paper also offers an example of the power of new social approaches to the use of information and communication technologies to foster new working models in organizations by presenting the main outcomes of a research project on social branding. A discussion about some trends of the future impact of new information and communication technologies in the infosphere is also included.Resumen:Este artículo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una contribución a la revisión global del impacto de la información y la comunicación, y sus tecnologías de apoyo, en la actual transformación de la vida humana en la infosfera. El artículo también ofrece un ejemplo del poder de los nuevos enfoques sociales sobre el uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación para fomentar nuevos modelos de trabajo en las organizaciones mediante la presentación de los principales resultados de un proyecto de investigación sobre desarrollo social de marca. Una discusión sobre algunas de las tendencias del futuro impacto de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la infosfera también se incluye.

RESUMENEl objetivo del presente trabajo es examinar, desde un enfoque epistemológico interdisciplinar, la vigencia o la actualidad que posee la visión heideggeriana de la decadencia occidental en la infoesfera, en virtud de la superación virtual del espacio-tiempo que conllevan, a mediados del Novecientos, las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (NTIC). Due to the importance that the Internet has gained as a means of communication, literature on political communication has incorporated it as one of its preferred topics of focus. Literature stems almost entirely from Europe and the United States. Very little is known about the political use of new information and communication technologies (NICTs) in other parts of the world. The present chapter aims to provide evidence in that line, starting from the study of the incorporation of the Chilean political parties to the Internet. In specific, the following questions are answered: In what extent do factors such as the organizational characteristics of the political parties explain their greater or lesser adoption of NICTs? What do parties use NICTs for? Furthermore, although briefly, the authors will try to answer the question whether the parties have experienced change in their interaction with the citizenry and their bases because of the usage of NICTs.

Presentamos una experiencia de innovación e investigación contextualizada en la enseñanza universitaria que pretende describir la influencia de las Nuevas Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (NTIC) en la formación musical de los estudiantes de Magisterio. La experiencia se ha desarrollado en torno a la creación de un cuaderno de bitácora (blog), utilizando las técnicas del cuestionario y sondeos realizados al alumnado, al objeto de reflexionar sobre el papel creciente que las NTIC adquirirán en el EEES.The musical training of nursery teachers at the digital ageAbstractThis article presents an experience of innovation and research in higher education which seeks to elucidate the influence of New Information and Communication Technologies (NICTs) in the musical training of student teachers. ABSTRACTThe new information and communication technologies (ICT),in particular Social Media like TripAdvisor, Face-book or Twitter are changing flows, processes and tools in Tourism Communication. Considering that traditional communi-cation tools and strategies are becoming less and less effective, ICT are encouraging new communication practices and influencing consumer behaviour. Several studies from the perspective of the reception have been published in recent years on the impact of Social Media in Tourism, therefore we thought to develop a study from the perspective of production. We approach the features and peculiarities of the impact of 2.0 platforms in Tourism Communication and we present as a case study the communication strategy of Long Beach Hotel, Sun Resorts in Mauritius Islands.RESUMENLas nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC), en especial las redes sociales, como TripAdvisor, Facebook o Twitter están revolucionando los flujos, procesos, y herramientas de la comunicación turística. Las TIC influyen en los comportamientos del consumidor y obligan a nuevas prácticas en comunicación ya que las estrategias y herramientas tradicionales se tornan cada vez menos efectivas. Son varios los estudios que han sido publicados en los últimos años sobre el impacto de las redes sociales en el turismo desde la perspectiva de la recepción y por lo tanto, hemos querido aportar un estudio desde la perspectiva de la producción. Abordamos los rasgos y singularidades del impacto de las plataformas 2.0 en comunicación turística y presentamos como estudio de caso la estrategia de comunicación del Hotel Long Beach, Sun Resorts, en Islas Mauricius.

La irrupción masiva de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación han proyectado consecuencias jurídicas de primer orden en el ámbito turístico, especialmente en el turismo sexual, y en un segundo término en el denominado turismo de ferias y congresos que, en numerosas ocasiones, aparece vinculado al primero en concentraciones y eventos multitudinarios que se celebran en las grandes ciudades del planeta. La aparición del escenario virtual que conforma el ciberespacio ha afectado y afecta, sobre todo, a una minoría bastante desprotegida como son los menores en su rol de víctimas de las modalidades de explotación del siglo XXI.The massive emergence of new information and communication technologies have been projected legal consequences of first order in the tourism field, especially in sex tourism, and a second in the so-called tourism fairs and congresses that, on numerous occasions, it appears linked to the first in concentrations and multitudinous events that are held in big cities on the planet. The emergence of the virtual scenario that makes up cyberspace has affected and affects, above all, a fairly unprotected minority as they are minors in their role as victims of the modes of exploitation of the 21st century.

Privacy uses the theory of natural rights and generally responds to new information and communication technologies. In North America, Samuel D. Warren and Louis D. Brandeis wrote that privacy is the “right to be let alone” (Warren & Brandeis, 1890) and focuses on protecting individuals. This citation was a response to recent technological developments, such as photography, and sensationalist journalism, also known as yellow journalism. Warren and Brandeis declared that information which was previously hidden and private could now be “shouted from the rooftops.” But whether the right to privacy may be limited in the case of public figures and whether public figures are accountable for their actions is up for debate. This issue is explored in this chapter through court decisions that occupied the public.

El autor de esta comunicación hace una reflexión sociológica basada en el análisis institucional y organizacional de la universidad española ante el reto de la construcción del nuevo Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES), poniendo el foco en los profesores y en las nuevas tecnologías como elementos clave de la transformación. Mantiene el autor que la apuesta por la construcción de unas "universidades fuertes para una Europa fuerte" y competitiva en el ámbito de la educación superior ;en un contexto de "ambivalencias" y "amenazas; como consecuencia del modelo liberal de desarrollo de la sociedad de la información y economía del conocimiento que se está construyendo─, requiere nuevas estrategias de transformación y una adecuada gestión del cambio para tener éxito, tanto en la incorporación de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, como en la adopción del nuevo paradigma pedagógico basado en los aprendizajes.AbstractThe author of this paper makes a sociological reflection based on the institutional and organizational analysis of the Spanish university facing up to the challenge of the new European Space for Higher Education (ESHE), focusing in professors and new technologies as key issues of transformation. The author maintains that bet on building "universities strong and competitive for Europe strong" and to be successful ─in an environment of "ambivalences" and "threats" as result of the liberal information society model and knowledge economy development─, new strategies of transformation and a suitable change management are required; so in the incorporation of the new information and communication technologies, as in the adoption of the new pedagogical paradigm based on learning.

And what better way to achieve this goal that using the new information and communication technologies, because as Ghosh, Ratan , Lindeman and Steinmetz (2013) note: We are at the dawn of “Aging On” in which the growing range of Internet-based technologies and mobile devices will help older adults and their caregivers to cope with a wide range of health, social and functional needs, connecting these individuals with their friends, family and community.Key Words: education, evaluation, ICT, instruction, intergenerational, intervention, program, project, research, results, technology, theory, web 2.0Resumen:El rápido crecimiento en número y variedad de los Programas Intergeneracionales a nivel internacional no es ni ha sido proporcional al número de evaluaciones documentadas y de estudios de evaluación publicados respecto a los mismos (Henkin & Butts, 2012). Es por ello que ha llegado el momento de cumplir con las diversas necesidades que existen en el campo intergeneracional de desarrollar trabajos de investigación bien fundamentados, conceptual y teóricamente, que conduzcan a la implementación de programas intergeneracionales que sirvan de modelos a nivel internacional y que estén basados en los resultados de las investigaciones. Y que mejor forma de alcanzar este objetivo que empleando las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, ya que tal y como apuntan Ghosh, Ratan, Lindeman y Steinmetz (2013): Estamos en el amanecer del “Envejecimiento Conectado” en el que la creciente gama de tecnologías basadas en Internet y dispositivos móviles ayudará a los adultos mayores y sus cuidadores a hacer frente a una amplia gama de necesidades de salud, sociales y funcionales, conectando a estos individuos con los amigos, la familia y la comunidad.Palabras Clave: educación, evaluación, instrucción, intergeneracional, intervención, investigación, programa, proyecto, resultados, tecnología, teoría, TIC, web 2.0
