Aims: a study to analyze the effect of leadership training that serves the head of space on work motivation and performance of implementing nurses at GMIM General Hospital Bethesda Tomohon. Method: a quasi-experimental none equivalent pre-post test with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The number of respondents was 149 implementing nurses, in the inpatient room. Results: Research in the intervention group showed that there was an influence on the ability of the headroom, performance, and motivation of implementing nurses before and after training (p-value = 0.000). There is an influence of the level of the ability of the head of the room, work motivation, the performance of implementing nurses (p-value = 0.000) in the intervention and control groups. Structural Model test results of leadership abilities that serve significantly to the work motivation of implementing nurses with a value of t = 8.19. The effect of the level of ability of the head of space using leadership that serves significantly to the performance of implementing nurses (t = 8.13). Gender (t = 3.73), education (t = 2.81) were significant on the performance of the implementing nurses. There was a simultaneous contribution (R239%) between headroom training, age, sex, length of work on motivation and performance of implementing nurses. Conclusion: The implementation of leadership training that serves the head of the room can increase the level of knowledge of the head of the room in motivating the work and performance of implementing nurses in GMIM General Hospital Bethesda Tomohon. This paper investigates the impact of female employment on marital stability, based on the results of primary data collected in Qatar, a questionnaire that consisted of several sections such as challenges in the workplace, supervisor, family and spouse relations, work motivation and performance. Of the 824 questionnaires that were returned, 807 were completed and valid for analysis. Regression analysis and an ANOVA test have been used to test the relationship between the variables. The results of the research have produced mixed findings about how wives’ employment increases marital instability and have yielded few significant differences on mean scores of discuss on work demands, insufficient time together, housework, financial matters, communication, relatives and rearing children. The results indicates that in general Qatar working women face several challenges in relation to their marital life as part of cultural and social constraints.

This research explores the impact of service satisfaction, relational satisfaction, price satisfaction, and commitment on customer loyalty in logistics outsourcing relationships in Indian scenario. 254 users of logistics services from India were selected for investigating the potential linkages among the aforementioned satisfaction aspects and loyalty. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test the reliability and validity of the measurement and structural model developed to study the relationship among the linkages. Findings from the study supports that logistics service satisfaction, price satisfaction, relational satisfaction and commitment do influence loyalty positively. The analysis suggests that service satisfaction is the most important antecedent having primary influence in the formation of customer loyalty. Service satisfaction also has secondary influence on loyalty by acting as a strong driver in both relational satisfaction and commitment aspects of the service dimensions. Price satisfaction though positively been driven by service satisfaction, was found to have less significant effect as a predictor of loyalty in this context. The present study suggests that relational satisfaction is the second major predictor of loyalty which also drives commitment. This research is not an end-point but an attempt to establish the linkages and the effect among the antecedents driving the building and retention of good buyer-seller relationship in logistics outsourcing.

The long period of tuberculosis treatment causes patients to have a high risk of forgetting or stopping the medication altogether, which increases the risk of oral anti-tuberculosis drug resistance. The patient’s knowledge and perception of the disease affect the patient’s adherence to treatment. This research objective was to determine the impact of educational videos in the local language on the level of knowledge, perception, and adherence of tuberculosis patients in the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Bangil. This quasi-experimental study design with a one-month follow-up allocated 62 respondents in the intervention group and 60 in the control group. The pre- and post-experiment levels of knowledge and perception were measured with a validated set of questions. Adherence was measured by pill counts. The results showed that the intervention increases the level of knowledge of the intervention group higher than that of the control group (p-value < 0.05) and remained high after one month of follow-up. The perceptions domains that changed after education using Javanese (Ngoko) language videos with the Community Based Interactive Approach (CBIA) method were the timeline, personal control, illness coherence, and emotional representations (p-value < 0.05). More than 95% of respondents in the intervention group take 95% of their pill compared to 58% of respondents in the control group (p-value < 0.05). Utilization of the local languages for design a community-based interactive approach to educate and communicate is important and effective.

Brand is considered a valuable asset that a business wants to create and maintain growth throughout its business cycle. This paper examines the impact of corporate brand equity on employees’ opportunistic behavior. The paper uses quantitative research methods, through linear SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis of structural model with a scale of 609 samples of employees of enterprises in Vietnam. The research results show that corporate brand equity has a negative impact on employees’ opportunistic behavior. In the relationship between these two factors, trust and emotional engagement act as intermediate factors. Additionally, the research demonstrates that trust has a positive effect on all three components of employee engagement, including emotional engagement, computational engagement, and standards-based engagement. On that basis, the research suggests a number of recommendations to minimize the opportunistic behavior of employees in the enterprise. The findings of this study have shown the importance and impact of brand equity on employee opportunistic behavior. These are meaningful contributions in both theory and practice to help businesses gain deeper insight into brand equity and the need to pay attention to building and developing durable brand equity for businesses. At the same time, it is an important basis for the next research projects.

Highly competitive and continuous business changes in telecommunication industry make organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) strategically important. This research aims to test the impact of transformational leadership of the direct supervisor on working motivation of the employees. Does supervisor's leadership capability impact on employees' work motivation more intrinsically or extrinsically? The study was conducted in an Indonesian telecommunication company which provides television cable and high-speed internet services for the high-rise building in Java and Sumatra. It involved 199 employees as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed with structural equation modelling approach. The statistical test has proved that transformational leadership has a positive impact on work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior. The motivation – both extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation, impacts on organizational citizenship behavior significantly. Although transformational does impact on organizational citizenship behavior both directly and indirectly, but the working motivation does not play a mediating role in the relationship between transformation leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.

Respondent of this research are 100 people. The respondent are the employees of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District. This research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which do by AMOS 4.00 as the instrument of analysis. The result of this research prove that fourth coefficient can be conclude that variable concept of self and values more influence to variable organization commitment, compared with skill variable, knowledge variable, and personal characteristic variable. It can be prove with significantly value of p-value is very small (0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between variable of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal to variable of organization commitment is attested. From that coefficient it can be conclude that concept of self and values variables is more influence to performance variable compared with the other variable.it can be prove with significantly value of p-value on table column O on output program Amos Ver 19, so the p-values is very small (0,001). Therefore, the hypothesis which said there is an influence between variable of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance variable on DishubkominfoBanyumas District is attested. Significantly values of p-value on table column P and the output of Amos Program Ver 19, so the p-value is very small (<0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between organization commitment to performance of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District is attested. Significantly values of p-value on table column O on output program of Amos Ver 19 which means the value of p-value is very small (<0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance through organization commitment on Dishubkominfo Banyumas District is attested.  Keywords: skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal characteristic, performance, organization commitment.
