Abstract: Leaders are a significant factor in realizing a productive church. It is demonstrated through the discipleship in small groups aimed at giving birth to new leaders. But the problem is, not all leaders give birth to a new leader. Therefore, this paper examines the role of the leader to see his role in Holy Word Christian Church Pekanbaru. Richard Robert Osmer's four practical theological tasks is used to refine analysis because it offers methodological novelty, practicality and is comprehensive in understanding or changing contexts. Therefore, a case study approach is used to produce research depth. The data collection process accomplishes through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of leaders in Holy Word Christian Church Pekanbaru is significant in realizing a productive church and giving birth to new leaders. So the discipleship system must lead to the goal of birth to new leaders through small groups that have already been forming. Keywords: role, leader, discipleship, case study, reproductive, small group.   Abstrak: Pemimpin merupakan faktor penting dalam mewujudkan jemaat yang reproduktif. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan melalui pemuridan dalam kelompok kecil dengan tujuan melahirkan para pemimpin baru. Tetapi persoalannya, tidak semua pemimpin melahirkan pemimpin baru. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mengkaji tentang peran pemimpin untuk melihat perannya dalam gereja pemuridan di Gereja Kristen Kalam Kudus (selanjutnya disebut GKKK) Pekanbaru. Empat tugas teologi praktika Richard Robert Osmer digunakan untuk mempertajam analisis karena menawarkan kebaruan metodologi, kepraktisan dan komprehensif dalam memahami atau menggali konteks. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk menghasilkan kedalaman. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peran pemimpin di GKKK Pekanbaru signifikan dalam mewujudkan gereja yang reproduktif dan melahirkan pemimpin baru. Jadi, sistem pemuridan harus mengarah pada tujuan untuk melahirkan para pemimpin baru melalui kelompok-kelompok kecil yang sudah terbentuk. Kata-kata kunci: peran, pemimpin, pemuridan, studi kasus, reproduktif, kelompok kecil.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.</em></p>

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>In this modern era, there are a lot of media that can be used as a means of disseminating information and can be accepted by all groups. And one of the most popular uses of social media is Instagram. Az Zikra Assembly Sentul Bogor is one of the largest assemblies in Indonesia that uses social media Instagram as a means of spreading da'wah messages with the @azzikramediaofficial account. By utilizing the features found on Instagram, the @azzikramediaofficial account can create content or disseminate Islamic messages effectively and easily accepted by other Instagram users. The purpose of this study is to dig deeper and understand the role of Instagram social media in publishing da'wah. In this research, the method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The findings from this study explain that the Assembly of Az Zikra Sentul Bogor with the Instagram account @azzikramediaofficial often uses the Live Streaming feature, IG TV, photos, videos and stories in disseminating da'wah messages. In addition, the content of the material posted is about Islamic knowledge in everyday life. The positive impact that was felt by the Az Zikra Sentul Bogor Council after using social media Instagram as a propaganda medium was that it was easy to reach all congregations from various groups in remote areas. What is really felt at this time is being able to continue preaching even in the midst of the corona pandemic like now. Dan salah satu penggunaan media sosial yang populer adalah instagram. Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor merupakan salah satu Majelis terbesar di Indonesin yang menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana menyebarkan pesan-pesan dakwah dengan akun <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em>. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada instagram, akun <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em> dapat membuat konten atau menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan Islamiyah secara efektif dan mudah diterima oleh pengguna instagram lainnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali lebih dalam dan memahami tentang peran media sosial instagram dalam mempublikasikan dakwah. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor dengan akun instagram <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em> sering  menggunakan fitur Live Streaming, IG TV, foto, video dan story dalam menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan dakwah. Selain itu konten materi yang di post adalah mengenai pengetahuan Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. Yang sangat dirasakan pada saat ini adalah bisa tetap berdakwah walaupun ditengah pandemi corona seperti sekarang. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. Yang sangat dirasakan pada saat ini adalah bisa tetap berdakwah walaupun ditengah pandemi corona seperti sekarang.</p>

Objective Description

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

This study investigates how university students engage with their learning affordances in a contested environment due to the Coronavirus pandemic. This qualitative research employed a case study approach involving 136 participants. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative analysis as a circular process to describe, classify, and perceive the phenomenon and how the learning, affordances, and society were interconnected. The main framework of the research was the theory of affordance and how it was available for university students in their learning environment that changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected in the first semester of 2020 through an online survey on Google form. The findings indicate the importance of the social environment to provide affordance for the students to adjust with them. Four kinds of affordances emerged from the study; internet affordance, assignment affordance, domestic affordance, and distance learning affordance. The role of the social environment is definitive in changing how students manage their affordances.

The effort to preserve the beauty of the environment is an obligation for every social creature that lives on this earth. These efforts are carried out and planned so that every human being has a caring attitude and responsibility with the surrounding environment. In educational institutions the role of a teacher cannot be separated in the educational process. To realize students as quality resources cannot be separated from the environment. This article intends to explain about environmental education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 7 Jombang. With a qualitative case study approach, this research was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the discussion from the research show that, in the implementation of their roles and participation in forming and increasing environmental awareness by teachers, students are well implemented. Most of them have a caring attitude to their environment, which is proven by their daily habits, which is to dispose of waste according to the space provided. It's just that for minorities who are still indifferent to the environment, support and encouragement from teachers need to be increased so that all madrasa residents, especially students, have positive behavior, be aware and care about the surrounding environmen

Parental participation is very basic in the development of a child's character, one of which is intelligence. Intrapersonal intelligence is very important for children, if someone has a high level of intelligence, he will be able to control his emotions so that the actions taken are based on the correct knowledge. Therefore, in developing this intrapersonal intelligence, a stimulus from parents is needed. The purpose behind this research is to describe the role of parents in developing intrapersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The researcher uses a case study approach approach, the type of instrumental case study approach. The selection of research subjects was carried out by purposive sampling, which consisted of two families. This information collection method is carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques created by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that parents play a role in providing support, parents play a role in providing guidance, parents play a role in uniting children's activities, parents play a role in providing understanding for children, parents teach children in emotions, parents play a role in habituation to children.

This study aims to determine the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which contributes to the economy of the surrounding community. Lake Napangga is one of the lakes located in the Rokan Hilir area which has promising tourism potential if managed properly. Therefore, the role of BUMDes as the manager of Lake Napangga should be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object to empower the economy of the village community, but the management of this tourist attraction is not only influenced by the seasonal agenda but also the Coronavirus Disease pandemic that emerged in 2020 This study choosing the type of qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects has not run optimally by the BUMDes in this case due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, the inconsistent seasonal agenda, the lack of promotional activities and the COVID-19 Pandemic that appeared regularly. Suddenly disrupting the sources of income for people who depend on this Lake Napangga tourist attraction. This reality is what makes community economic empowerment in order to increase income still not running optimally. And aspects of sustainability in this case are needed to develop the tourism potential of Lake Napangga in the face of unforeseen conditions, in this case COVID-19 becomes an example of problems that must be faced in order to run the economy of the community and maximize the management of potential tourist attractions.

Design-based case studies allow researchers to examine instructional innovations that are bounded by perspective, context, and time. Design-based case study is an approach that blends case study research with design-based research in order to more systematically examine the process and products of an intervention. This approach provides a framework for engaging in iterative cycles of data collection and analysis to determine if, how, and why goals of instructional innovations have been met. This chapter provides an overview of the design-based case study approach and responds to common concerns surrounding case study and design-based research and how design-based case studies address these concerns by building on the strengths of both approaches.
