One manifestation of teacher leadership is the existence of classroom management. For this reason, if teacher leadership is associated with teacher skills in classroom management, there is a very close relationship. The higher the quality of classroom management, the better the teacher’s leadership. Then further in a learning process in the classroom, it is expected to be able to create positive behavior when students are participating in learning activities. But in reality forming positive behavior when student are taking part in learning is not easy, it is necessary to have quality leadership and be accompained managment skills.the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher ledership and classroom management skills on student learning behavior. Based on the result of the multiple linear based on the result of the multiple linear regression equation test conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that teacher leadership and classroom management skills have an influence on student behavior. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the calculated F value 32,075 > F table 4,02

People’s behaviors can affect the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Public behaviors, including proper personal hygiene and healthy life practices, the use of appropriate masks, and the application of good disinfectants, have an important role in human health and protection towards prevention and control of COVID-19 spread. This study aims to perform a survey of public behavior and best practices related to COVID-19 prevention and control among Indonesian communities. A cross-sectional study was designed to collect information using an online survey. Respondents were gathered from 34 provinces in Indonesia through the Indonesia National Safety and Health Council network and Universities network. Respondents voluntarily submitted their response to a predesigned online questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using SPSS 24.0. A total of 771 respondent subjects (male 386; female 385) were recruited. The results show that 96% of participants implement positive behavior of personal hygiene, including wearing a mask when going outside their house, and almost 67.3% of respondents sprayed a disinfectant in their house. The majority of participants hold a door handle (37.2%) and desk (28.1%) at a frequency of more than six times a day. There were 8.2% of participants implementing good personal hygiene, including hand-washing at least once a day and maximum of more than six times after going to the toilet. At-risk behaviors were conducted by respondents in which they touched part of their face at a frequency of once during an hour. It was identified that males are less likely to perform better hand hygiene as opposed to females. In conclusion, the study showed that positive behavior of personal hygiene related to COVID-19 has been implemented among Indonesian communities. This result suggests that positive behavior based on community-based prevention and control needs to be continually maintained in order to prevent and control COVID-19 spread.

We investigate the cosmological and thermodynamic aspects of Weyl tensor corrected [Formula: see text] gravity. For this purpose, we assume some well-known cosmological bouncing scenarios such as symmetric bounce cosmology, oscillatory cosmology, matter bounce cosmology, little rip cosmology, superbounce cosmology and develop some cosmological parameters. For instance, the equation of state parameter [Formula: see text] describes the quintessence phase for symmetric bounce cosmology, vacuum phase for oscillatory, little rip and matter bounce cosmology while it gives both quintessence and vacuum phases for matter bounce cosmology. It is also observed that the squared speed of sound [Formula: see text] gives positive behavior for all models resulting in that the models assumed are stable. We evaluate generalized second law of thermodynamics which remains valid for all cosmological models except symmetric bounce cosmology. Moreover, we also investigate the thermal equilibrium condition [Formula: see text] and found its validity for all models except symmetric bounce cosmological model.

Under The Guidance Lanny Purnama Kosasi And Zaid Abdurakhman, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and the support of the Health Office simultaneously influence the quality of service, to determine and analyze the effect of management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office partially affect service quality and to determine and analyze between management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office which have a dominant influence on service quality at UPTD Puskesmas in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The study population was health workers at the UPTD Puskesmas in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, 685 while the sample was 87 respondents with multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis test are known that management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office have a significant simultaneous effect on service quality, the second hypothesis test is known that management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office have a partially significant effect on service quality and the results of hypothesis testing Third, it is known that management commitment has a dominant significant effect on service quality at the UPTD Puskesmas in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.   Keywords: Management Commitment, Positive Behavior, Health Office Support and Service Quality

BACKGROUND: Lack of knowledge and inappropriate attitude toward pain management have been recognized as major obstacles to the application of pain management by health workers. Most of the nurses carry out pain management when performing invasive actions on children is not good. AIM: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and the behavior of nurses in pain management in children during invasive procedures. METHODS: This study used an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional engineering design with a total population of 30 nurses and a total sample of 30 nurses at RSI A. Yani Surabaya and used a total sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the level of knowledge, while the dependent variable is the behavior of nurses when performing invasive actions on children. Data were analyzed using the Fisher Exact Test for significance α = 0.05. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire and observation sheet. RESULTS: The results showed that 23 respondents who have sufficient knowledge with 18 respondents having positive behavior and 5 respondents being negative. While 4 respondents who have good knowledge with positive behavior 3 respondents and 1 respondent behaves negatively. respondents who have less knowledge, there are 3 respondents with negative behavior. p = 0.033 (p < 0.05) then there is a knowledge relationship with the behavior of nurses on pain management in children during invasive procedures. CONCLUSION: The level of knowledge of nurses about pain management in children during invasive procedures obtained a enough level of knowledge. The nurse’s behavior level toward pain management in children during invasive procedures is positive. The results of the analysis using statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between the knowledge and behavior of nurses about pain management in children during invasive procedures.

Within the framework of the international project “Virtual Reality As a Tool for Countering Bullying Amongst Youth” – “VR not bullies” – the author, colleagues, and partners created a cycle of 6 workshops for bullying prevention where virtual reality (VR) videos are used as a tool. The aim of the project was to promote empathy for bullying victims, understand the causes of bullying, and demonstrate examples of positive behavior. As part of the “VR not bullies” project and in this article, the author has sought answers to questions about what technological and artistic means of expression to use to model empathic responses in viewers; analysis of literature and case studies (including self-produced material) have been applied. Short VR videos are a convenient technology to use when working with young people and working in groups. Although it is not a cheap method, it allows you to look at situations that would otherwise be unavailable for geographical, financial, or other reasons. Short VR videos are a fast and effective medium to promote emotional empathy and other perspectives, and their inherent interactivity stimulates young people’s interest and attention. However, more traditional methods, such as reading stories or role-plays with in-depth, long-term involvement, may be more effective in building competitive empathy and understanding.
