Advertising and brand image are important factors in creating positive and good CustomerLoyalty for a product. Advertising and brand image become a banchmark of the success of a companywhere as successfully applying the four things will affect customer loyalty and can increase sales sothat the achievement of a company's goal is profit and not forget to pay attention to the interests ofconsumers loyal to the product offered by the company. The purpose of this study is to describe theinfluence of advertising and brand image of customer loyalty. This study uses a sample of SamsungGalaxy J5 Pro smartphone users in Pringsewu, Lampung with as many as 60 respondents. Samplingtechnique using Snowball Sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linearregression. The results of this study indicate that advertising have a significant effect on customerloyalty, while brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty (Study on Customers of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics Product Users in Gunungkidul). The sampling technique has used a Non-Probability model used was the purposive sampling method. The sampling criteria in this study were that some customers of Natural Nusantara cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, had purchased Natural Nusantara cosmetic products at least twice. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, The data analysis method used Multiple Regression, Y = 15.163 + 0.212X1 + 0.433X2 + (-0.006X3). The results showed that product quality and price had a positive and significant effects on customer loyalty of Nusantara Natural Cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, so H1 and H2 was accepted. While brand image had a negative and had no significant effect on customer loyalty of users of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics products in Gunungkidul, so H3 is rejected.

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty Wardah Cosmetic at Transmart Bahu Manado. This research method uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 96 respondents who are Wardah product costumers. The sampling techniques in this study are using Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple regression data analysis method with an associative approach to see a causal relationship that includes validity test, reliability test, and simple regression analysis processed using the help of computer program SPSS 25. From the test result can be known statistically, it can be seen clearly that the independent variable Product Quality affects the dependent variable Customer Loyalty. The result of the study show: Based on the calculation results of the determinant coefficient obtained the R square value of 0,725 or 72,5% which states that there is variable influence Product Quality on the variable Customer Loyalty, while the remaining 24,5 % is influenced by other factors not present in this study. This shows that Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Where if the Product Quality is getting better, Customer Loyalty will be higher too.

his study aimed to determine the effectiveness of receiving zakat for education from Baitul Mal Aceh Utara in Dayah Darul Mu'arrif Al-Aziziyyah. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents selected using the Census sampling method. The data analysis method used was interactive data analysis with the Miles & Huberman model by taking steps to reduce data, present data and draw conclusions. The results showed that the acceptance of zakat for education from Baitul Mal Aceh Utara for Dayah Students at Darul Mu'arrif Al Aziziyyah was effective because the assistance received was used appropriately, such as for the cost of educating students and the assistance provided was very beneficial for students with the results of the study of 46 respondents or 76.7 % of respondents who answered that this educational assistance was very beneficial and 14 respondents or 23.3% of respondents answered that this educational assistance was beneficial.

The high level of environmental concern will encourage individual to consume environmentally friendly products and encourage company to implement the green marketing strategy. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effect of green marketing tools namely eco-label, eco-brand and environmental advertisement on consumer purchase behavior with brand image as an intervening variable. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique through questionnaire with 115 respondents who are consumers of Ades in Semarang. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study show that eco-brand and eco-labelling have positive and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior while environmental advertisement has negative and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior. Eco-brand, eco-labeling and environmental advertisement have positive and significant effect on consumer purchase behavior through brand image. Brand image has a role as an intervening variable between eco-brand, eco-labeling and environmental advertisement to consumer purchase behavior.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

The aim of this research is to examine influence of corporate image and perceived value towards gofood customer loyalty. This research is examined quantitatively. Data of this research is primary data collected through questionnaire, each question is represented in 1-5 likert scale. Population of this research is Surakarta society who has installed gojek apps, especially who has used gofood service. Number of sample of this research is 100 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linier regression. Resulting that corporate image has a significant influence on gofood customer loyalty. In contrast perceived value doesn’t have significant influence on gofood customer loyalty.

This study aims to test and analyze the Implementation of Enhancing the Compliance of Reporting the Statutory Assets of State Assets (LHKPN) in the Scope of Regional Agencies at the Directorate of Registration and Examination of LHKPN. In this study the authors used a Qualitative Descriptive Data analysis method using the Interative Analysis model. The author uses the Triangulation technique to test the validity of the data that has been obtained during the study. Purposive Sampling Method is a sample determination technique with certain considerations. The results of the research prove that the level of LHKPN Reporting Compliance in the Scope of Regional Agencies has decreased from 2016-2017. This percentage can still increase if it is supported by the role and awareness of the Obligatory Report to report their assets and the commitment of the Regional Head / Head of Institution related to the application of sanctions for compulsory reporting who do not report LHKPN to the KPK. The next level of LHKPN Reporting Compliance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Government in 2017 has increased. Because since the beginning the Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Government has committed in the framework of preventing corruption, one of them is by reporting the LHKPN and issuing the Bangka Belitung Islands Governor Regulation No. 56 of 2017 concerning Management of State Organizer Asset Management in the Province of Bangka Belitung Provincial Government and issuing Circular Number : 840/0098 / VII / 2018 dated April 3, 2018 concerning the delay in payment of the Income Improvement Allowance (TPP).

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of initiative, learningorientation, adaptability to HR performance. Data obtained from HR nurses in RSUD DR. R.Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi Grobogan using the questionnaires of 96 respondents. Thesampling technique non probability sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiplelinier regression. Results from this study showed that the variables of initiative and learningorientation has a significant effect on adaptability. Learning orientation and adaptability hasa significant effect on HR performance. While of initiative is not a significant effect on HRperformance. The results show that adaptability is not able to become an intervening variablebetween initiative influence on HR performance and adaptability is not able to become anintervening variable between learning orientation influence on HR performance.Keywords : Initiative, Learning Orientation, Adaptability, and HR performance.
