This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty Wardah Cosmetic at Transmart Bahu Manado. This research method uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 96 respondents who are Wardah product costumers. The sampling techniques in this study are using Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple regression data analysis method with an associative approach to see a causal relationship that includes validity test, reliability test, and simple regression analysis processed using the help of computer program SPSS 25. From the test result can be known statistically, it can be seen clearly that the independent variable Product Quality affects the dependent variable Customer Loyalty. The result of the study show: Based on the calculation results of the determinant coefficient obtained the R square value of 0,725 or 72,5% which states that there is variable influence Product Quality on the variable Customer Loyalty, while the remaining 24,5 % is influenced by other factors not present in this study. This shows that Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Where if the Product Quality is getting better, Customer Loyalty will be higher too.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital, Innovation, and Knowledge Management on firm performance. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are primary and secondary. The population in this study are all MSME companies engaged in the fashion sector. At the same time, the samples in this study were 10 MSME Fashion companies in Jakarta, which were selected by random sampling method. The data collection method used in this research is field research in observation, interviews and questionnaires, and library research. The data analysis method used to determine the independent variable on the dependent variable used multiple linear regression formula using SPSS Version 20.0. A data analysis method is a tool used in solving problems. In addition, the analysis of research data using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME Fashion companies in Jakarta, and 2) Innovation does not have a positive effect on the performance of MSME Fashion companies in Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze personality, job satisfaction and the influence of personality on job satisfaction of employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai consisting of 43 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and simple regression. The results of the test show that the personality of openees to experience is a prominent personality of the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai with an average score of 3.8889. Meanwhile, the average value of descriptive statistics for the job satisfaction variable was 3.1457, indicating that the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai still did not have good job satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that personality does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees with a P-value of 0.382 greater than 0.05. The managerial implication that can be given is that companies need to consider the factors of employee personality, especially when recruiting employees. Companies also need to consider aspects of job satisfaction, especially in terms of good salaries

<em>This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. The results of the study state that partially, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.</em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty (Study on Customers of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics Product Users in Gunungkidul). The sampling technique has used a Non-Probability model used was the purposive sampling method. The sampling criteria in this study were that some customers of Natural Nusantara cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, had purchased Natural Nusantara cosmetic products at least twice. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, The data analysis method used Multiple Regression, Y = 15.163 + 0.212X1 + 0.433X2 + (-0.006X3). The results showed that product quality and price had a positive and significant effects on customer loyalty of Nusantara Natural Cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, so H1 and H2 was accepted. While brand image had a negative and had no significant effect on customer loyalty of users of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics products in Gunungkidul, so H3 is rejected.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions and to test whether there is a significant influence between product quality and purchasing decisions on Aristone guitar products in Bandung. The research method used is the research method of verification analysis, by conducting validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple coefficient analysis, and determination analysis. Based on statistical tests conducted, t test showed that there is a significant effect of product quality variables on consumer purchasing decisions on Aristone guitar products in Bandung. From the results of the correlation coefficient analysis is obtained that if the product quality increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions, and vice versa. The degree of relationship between product quality and consumer purchase decisions is strongly interpreted. The coefficient of determination shows the contribution of product quality (X) to consumer purchase decision (Y).

The aim of this research is to examine influence of corporate image and perceived value towards gofood customer loyalty. This research is examined quantitatively. Data of this research is primary data collected through questionnaire, each question is represented in 1-5 likert scale. Population of this research is Surakarta society who has installed gojek apps, especially who has used gofood service. Number of sample of this research is 100 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linier regression. Resulting that corporate image has a significant influence on gofood customer loyalty. In contrast perceived value doesn’t have significant influence on gofood customer loyalty.

The aim of study was to determine and analyze the influence of the quality of work life to the commitment of lecturer organization at Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon. The data of this research were obtained from the questionnaire (primary) which was disseminated on the lecturers of Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon as many as 51 samples from the population of 257 people. Data analysis method used in this research using simple regression showed that influenced significantly and positively because Fhitung 25.819 bigger than value Ftabel 3.18 and value of Adjusted R Square equal to3.32 or 33.2% which indicate influence of quality of work life to organizational commitment. This shows that there are still 66.8% factors or other variables that affect the organization's commitment. Inadequate and fair reward indicators are the most influential factors on organizational commitment.

Advertising and brand image are important factors in creating positive and good CustomerLoyalty for a product. Advertising and brand image become a banchmark of the success of a companywhere as successfully applying the four things will affect customer loyalty and can increase sales sothat the achievement of a company's goal is profit and not forget to pay attention to the interests ofconsumers loyal to the product offered by the company. The purpose of this study is to describe theinfluence of advertising and brand image of customer loyalty. This study uses a sample of SamsungGalaxy J5 Pro smartphone users in Pringsewu, Lampung with as many as 60 respondents. Samplingtechnique using Snowball Sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linearregression. The results of this study indicate that advertising have a significant effect on customerloyalty, while brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence Service Performance (X) consisting of 5 research variables are Reliability, Responsivenes, Emphaty, Assurance, and Tangible, Satisfaction (Z), and Loyalty of Customer (Y) at PT. BPR X Koto Singkarak, using data collection method that is in the form of questionnaire counted 75 respondents. In data analysis using validity test, reliability, and test of classical assumption that is normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedastisitas, and autokorelasi. The analysis method used is linear regression linear variable level analysis. While for hypothesis testing that is F test, T test, coefficient determinant of R2 by using tool of SPSS. The result of research indicate that Reliability variable influence to customer loyalty at PT. BPR X Koto Singkarak, Responsivenes variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. BPR X Koto Singkarak, Emphaty variable has no effect on customer loyalty at PT. BPR X Koto Singkarak, Assurance variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. BPR X Koto Singkarak, Tangible variable affects customer loyalty at PT. BPR X Koto Singkarak. Based on the results of linear regression testing using the moderation variable found that the satisfaction variable strengthens the relationship between Reliability and Emphaty on customer loyalty, while the satisfaction variable weakens the relationship between Responsivenes, Assurance, and Tangible to customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the repurchase of GOSH products in Palu City with brand trust as a variable between. Exogenous variables used in this research are Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2), while endogenous variable is Brand Trust (Y) and Repurchase (Z). This type of research is quantitative. The method of this research is descriptive causal. The samples used in this study were as many as 96 respondents with the form of sampling using the technique of Purposive Sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is the method of analysis PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the price has a significant effect on brand trust (t-statistics 2,66), but the price has no significant effect on repurchase (t-statistic value 1,74). While brand trust has significant effect on repurchase (t-statistic value 7,71), likewise with product quality significantly influence brand trust (t-statistic value 4,71), but product quality has no significant effect on repurchase (value t-statistics 0.93). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap pembelian kembali produk GOSH di Kota Palu dengan kepercayaan merek sebagai variabel antara. Variabel eksogen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Harga (X2), Sedangkan variabel endogen adalah Kepercayaan Merek (Y) dan Pembelian Kembali (Z). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 96 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek (nilai t-statistik 2,66), namun harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap pembelian kembali (nilai t-statistik 1,74). Sementara kepercayaan merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian kembali (nilai t-statistik 7,71), demikian juga dengan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek (nilai t-statistik 4,71), akan tetapi kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian kembali (nilai t-statistik 0,93).
